I've been coming here for years since I was in highschool even before with my mom when I was little. I made an appointment to get gel removed at 5:15. I arrived 5 mins early she tells me it's going to be 2 mins. I've been sitting for 15 when she tells me to finally sit down at a table. Still nobody starts my foils at least. I also specified multiple times I want to keep my natural nail so you would think they would leave the foils on for as long as they can. So now I'm sitting waiting for 40 mins not one person tells me how long it's going to be or even a sorry. Only when I get up to leave because I had somewhere to be then someone is able to start on my foils. After soaking for maybe 10 mins she starts drilling the gel off...by the time I leave I was nice enough to tip the woman who did my nails and I don't even get a thank you she just grabs it and immediately walks away. I got no sorry for my time being wasted. It's just really rude since this is the only nail salon I ever go to and have been going to for years. Also not to mention one of the lady's said she forgot to write down my name when I called the day before and was laughing about as if that's cute. read more

I had made my appointment to get my nails done before my trip and The day of my appointment I received a phone call from one of the ladies saying she needs to cancel Me because she overbooked. I had no other time to come and I only have one day before my trip. I have been a loyal customer during the past 6 years, and after today's experience, I made the decision to never go back to this nail salon. The owners are very unprofessional and have gotten worse over time. How is it possible to "forget" to write a customers appointment in the appointment book? This has happened to me multiple times and the fact that they don't bother to apologize or make appropriate arrangements in keeping customers happy is upsetting. Also, the nail polish they use is not authentic and I am almost certain that they add/mix other brand nail polish into OPI and Essie bottles. I say this because the nail colors come out to look different and chip very quickly. On a brighter note, the nail salon across the street was very friendly and provided excellent customer service, given that I didn't have an appointment. I'm so disappointed and upset right now it's unbelievable. I called and asked if I can come in for a gel polish change on my acrylics at 12:30 and asked how long it would take because I needed to leave for work by 1. Karen, who I believe is the owner or manager told me it would only take 15-20 minutes. I showed up 5 minutes early and one of the techs took me in. She seemed like she didn't know how to deal with acrylics because it took her about 20 minutes to remove the gel on both hands until another experienced tech came and showed her how to do it. At this point my nails were already ruined. Mind you, I had just gotten them done at another salon 3 days prior. My nails look like GARBAGE. They're completely uneven and lumpy and they changed my shape without me even asking them to. I'm so furious that I wasted $21 for this terrible job. Now I have to go to another salon to get a fill when I wouldn't have even needed one if I didn't come here because she filed my nails so much that there's grooves in them. I have been coming here for years. There are so many things I like about this place. The salon is nice and clean. They have a great selection of colors and services. Joanne has been doing my pedicures for a while now and I love her, but lately I have been walking in because my schedule has been very busy. I have gotten my nails done with many of the girls there and they do not disappoint. I have been traveling and doing my nails at other salons and now that I can compare, I have to say they do an amazing job here. My gel manicures and regular pedicures last me a while, so for me it is definitely worth the money to come here. Unlike other places I have been where my gel manicure starts to fall apart quickly. I definitely recommend this salon. My only downfall is I wish they would be better about taking their appointments on time. I know everyone's experience can be different when it comes to this place and I think it has to do with the fact that they don't have someone answering phones and taking appointments. They do it while they're helping customers and though that may not be a good thing and annoying at times, most of those ladies know what they're doing. I love coming here and have tried going to different places but always end up coming back here. I will only let Karen do my nails because I consider her an expert when it comes to getting the designs I want just right. She's always sweet and takes her time to do the job right. I just recently went in and as always was satisfied when I walked out. I even get a lot of compliments at work and I tell them the location I got them done at. I go at least once a month and my acrylics never fall off nor does the gel. Always happy going here, even if they overbook sometimes and you have to wait. They just need to fix their scheduling system. Other than that, nice and relaxing place to get your nails done and a pretty fair price for the work they do. I pay $60 for acrylic fill with a gel design with a $10 tip, so I spend $70 overall. But it's worth it! read more

Disclaimer: I am very picky about nails (as any girl should be) I've come here a total of four times: twice for gel and twice for mani/pedi I have no complaints about the gel service but if you want regular polish you're bound to get poor attention to detail service. Specifically, I've noticed that many of my preferred colors on the wall were dry. Maybe I'm wrong (doubt it) but you would think that a NAIL salon would have quality NAIL polish. Am I right or am I right? Also, both times I've noticed that the polish has not been applied evenly and the top coat (which is clear) has left very noticeable gaps. I've also had them cut my cuticles so hard (more like pulling than cutting) that there was some blood drawn. Unacceptable. Will likely go to another place next time. P.S. After you pay (sometimes they ask if you'd like to pay before polish--which I do) they don't bother helping you put your sandals back on. read more

I want to get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. I showed the woman who is doing my nails a picture of what I wanted and what I got was not even close. I did speak to Karen a day later and she did offer to redo my nails but when I called at 9:15 to let her know I had a family emergency there was no answer. I also wonder why I can never get a straight answer regarding pricing. I was told the full set of acrylics is $32 and I believe a pedicure is 18. I did have calluses removed which is five dollars but my total was 83? The time before this I had spent four hours there. This was just for a set of acrylics. Seems the woman who is doing my nails couldn't figure out which base she was suppose to use for chrome nails. It's really a shame because this is within walking distance of my house. STOP DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME I've given them 3 chances. Disappoint everytime. Full set popped off within a week. Next set was so wide & thick, the tips were wider than my own nails. When I asked for more natural look she said no problem. 3rd set I took off & went to a professional salon. Also the worst pedicures ever. Some staff let you know they hate being there and facial expressions say it all. Let's no talk about all the bad mouthing going on in their language about the clients. I walked in today with high expectations from this place because before my Visit I divulged myself in the reviews and so far everyone LOVES this place. Sooo I thought "why not give it a shot?"... Unfortunately I walked away hating my nails and the service here! My nail technician was Joanne. As she's shaping my nails with the drill she scraped the palm of my fingers at least 5 times, it hurt so much that I was surprised she didn't break skin, she never cut or trimmed the dead skin around my finger nor my cuticles (or offered if it was additional payment), and she left a few of my nails misshaped or uneven in length. Despite ALLLLL of that... after applying my top coat she said "okay, have a nice day" in a rushing manner and didn't point me in the direction of where to dry my nails after telling me I shouldn't use the mini fans to do so... then where tf am I supposed to go? I spotted the drying nail bar across from where I was sitting and I went there to sit down and dry them. The machine wasn't on so I had to figure that out myself, thankfully it was fool proof and I turned a switch on located underneath the counter. It took forever to warm up and there was so much dust that a few specs got on my nails and dried within the paint. To wrap this up - my party had to leave and I never had the chance to fully dry my nails... while everyone else's nails turned out amazing my turned out to be shit. I now not only have air bubbles in the dried paint of my nail polish but they have specs of dust and a few dents because I punctured them while trying to remove dust particles. Despite EVERYTHING I still tipped Joanne a $5 dollar tip because I'm not a jerk. Although, I am heavily regretting giving her a tip because she had the audacity to give me attitude about not having cash on me yet I still gave her something instead of nothing at all. I get dip powder done and they usually last me 3+ weeks (that's a long time for me) but I got my dip done here and it didn't even last me a week. My nails were bending when the dip powder doesn't make ur nails bend.. it feels thick as acrylic. I paid almost $80 bucks for dip and a regular pedicure and it didn't last me a week. I was fuming. She scheduled an appointment for me on a Saturday with only one day's notice with Michelle for Gel Manicure & regular pedicure. Michelle did a great job on my toes especially! My hands are always a challenge with everyone because of my nail shape but she still did a great job. Great service, great work & great location. My total was less than $50 with a gel manicure, regular pedicure and an extra 5 minute massage. Great Prices! P.S when Michelle was massaging me the lotion was warm!!!! Twice I've walked in and they say its going to be 20 minutes yet they gravely underestimated the wait time. If you value your time don't waste it by coming here. The times they've done my mani pedi they don't cut down my cuticles like I ask them to do and they don't apply polish to the whole nail (they leave space at the bottom so they don't need to cleanup extra polish later). I don't like this because in one week my nails have grown and I'm able to see the nail polish commencement line thus my manicure doesn't last as long. read more

I went to this nail salon this past weekend. Although an appointment is not required, I suggest making one because they get very busy. The staff was friendly and Angel did my mani and pedi. I was going to get gel mani but decided to get my eye brows waxed instead. Because I had made an appointment, I only had to wait about 5 minutes. However, when I walked in, there were about 3 people waiting ahead of me and almost all their chairs were full. Then again, this was Saturday morning, so naturally, everyone would want to get their nails done for the weekend. It is very clean and they did a great job! The place is clean and they do an okay job. But their prices for gel are ridiculous. They are 2 min walking distance from my home, but This is the place I go to when I don't have time to go to my home nail salon which is 10 miles away which does a better job, and has affordable prices. One big turn off- they close their doors exactly at 7, and won't start you if they'll finish with you past 7:15. I've never heard of a nail salon turning ppl away especially during the summer. Maybe I've just been spoiled at my home nail salon where the owner will stay behind and finish the last walk in client just to make sure you are taken care of. read more
