My go to water spot. Very nice owner and love the labels they have for their water spouts for fun. Very helpful when needing to carry the 5 gallon jugs out. Always puts them in the car for me since I always come in with my baby. I appreciate the great customer service. My boyfriend loves to get the fragrant oils for our home. Best water spot around. Always clean and water quality is perfect. The guy that works there is always so polite and cheerful. I love how all the water dispensers are labeled with positive affirmations. It's so creative! I drive out of my way to come here, I'm definitely going to be a loyal customer. Only thing is if you need to buy a 5-gallon water jug with a spicket they sell the jug and add on the spicket and it costs $26. Do yourself a favor and purchase it elsewhere if you need one. What a great place to get water. They even have Alkaline water, which is amazing. It really helps my stomach feel better. The staff is great and they now have tacos. This is my first review ever on yelp, and I felt maybe I should share my experience at LD Water. I recently just found out about Alkaline Water, and wanted to find a place that was closer to home. Before I was driving to East LA to get my water, until I did a quick yelp search and stumbled upon this little hidden GEM! Dorian is extremely knowledgable and a consummate professional in every regard. He not only offered alkaline water at a very competitive price, but he also fixed my broken nozzle on my 5 Gallon Jug that I bought at another Alkaline location! The customer service was phenomenal, Dorian never pressured me in anyway, and he took the time to ask questions about what I was looking for as well as learn about who I am as a person, and for those reasons I know he genuinely cares about his customers and treats them like family. I could go on and on about this place and their staff, but I'll let those who read this review decide. What a great water mart! They have everything from alkaline water to snacks and food. A nice little one stop shop. Dorian and Vannary are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I always stop by this store for things I need and want. My wife and kids love it there also. It's always great to find a store that has what you need. Came in to fill up 2 5 gallon bottles today. I've never been inside a water store-actually I didn't even know they existed. But after getting a machine from Costco and their Sparkletts delivery, I noticed how much water I was wasting because I was having it delivered more than what was needed. I have a cat that has been hospitalized 2x in the last 2 years (urinary blockage;crystals), one of the times he almost died- so he now gets bottled or filtered water only. With the addition of more pets, including fosters, my water usage is large enough to justify getting a dispenser, but not delivery. So I'll be back to DP's store because he was not only friendly, he answered all of my questions and helped me to my car. A little over $7 for 5 gallons of half alkaline half purified, but it tasted good so I'll see how that goes. Store is fully stocked and lots of old school candies and snacks. read more

After moving to Long Beach about a year ago, I was in search of a place that did alkaline water by the gallon. It was surprisingly hard to find a place until I came across DP's and I haven't gone anywhere else. Dorian is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The store seems to be expanding every month and has a great selection of snacks, beverages and even ice cream!
