Viola's is back, but with new ownership and a new menu! Viola's now offers tasty southern cuisine in a casual homey restaurant. We tried the lunch specials and will definitely return for the reasonable prices and delicious food. The catfish was cooked just right, fried hard, with sweet moist fish inside. We also enjoyed the homemade potato salad, and fresh beignets. The servers were friendly and an added nice touch was a visit from the owner who made his way around the restaurant to welcome patrons. I would recommend stopping in for breakfast or lunch for a good meal with southern hospitality!

Tucked into this charming little town of three Oaks, Michigan just off of interstate Highway 94, is this new adorable café that's inspired by Southern comfort cuisine. I was with a group of seven, and then we got a wide variety of foods ranging from the pancakes, to biscuits and gravy, to the gumbo, to their version of eggs Benedict. All the ingredients were incredibly fresh and delicious, and even the owner stopped by to say hi. (Absolutely lovely man) It was very busy and there's a little bit of the way, but it's absolutely worth it and I understand why. Can't wait to return.

Great breakfast & lunch spot in a charming town. New ownership have updated the decor and changed the menu (southern focus). Very welcoming owner and attentive staff. We had The Y'all-andaise (very good, comes à la carte), two pancakes (they are thick), and a side of hash brown potatoes. Really enjoyed the place, the food and the service so we'll be back. One thing that seemed odd (but no big deal) is that this was the first breakfast place I've ever been to that serves eggs but doesn't offer omelets.

    Beautiful!

I really enjoyed my lox bagel and thought it was one of the best I've had!! The flavors were nicely balanced with the onion, capers, cream cheese and lox. I was able to eat it easily and get a little piece of everything in each bite. The bagels seem smaller than average, but who needs giant bagels anyway? I found these to be reasonably sized. Big overstuffed bagels that fall apart while you eat them - lox sliding all over the place - are really annoying. These were satisfying without making you feel gross after. The coffee selection exceeded our expectations. We shared a chemex for 2. They had a few single origin coffees to choose from and we had their pink bourbon Columbian. We enjoyed our coffee and bagels outside in their seating area and this was once of my favorite parts of our trip! We didn't have to wait too long, but as we were finishing, a long line was forming down the block. Consider getting there a little early!

When entering the restaurant we were immediately greeted by staff and were advised to grab a menu from the nearby wall. Orders are placed at the counter, food and coffee. They also provide an estimate on wait-time for coffee and food based on level of orders currently placed. We were given a buzzer and advised that our name would be called for both coffee and food. The bourbon vanilla Madagascar latte was delicious, I loved that the coffee flavor was not overpowered by homemade coffee syrup. The paninis were delicious and very filling! They come with a side salad or kettle chips.

Highly recommend to get here early because after 9:30 am it gets really packed on the weekends…read more We waited in line for about 15 minutes to place our order. I looked around and noticed that we have to pick up our plate and drop off our plate and there's a section on the back right side of the restaurant where you have to take your dirty plate after you're done. Anthony was the one taking everyone's order. I'm the only one taking everyone's order in the front. It's best to find a table once you're there and then get in line to order The food was OK. I wish my chorizo Panini had more chorizo and that my gluten-free bread wasn't to burn or maybe because it was gluten-free. It looked a little burnt. I didn't enjoy the Uber cold drink a lot
