We started with the calamari, which was delicious, and even the bread they brought out was so fresh and warm. For dinner, I got the spicy rigatoni and added shrimp, and it was absolutely amazing. My date got the short rib pappardelle and loved his as well. We finished with the cheesecake, and this is where I have to give a huge shoutout to our waitress, Amanda. She was incredible from start to finish -- attentive, sweet, charismatic, funny, and just genuinely made the whole experience that much better. When we ordered dessert, she told us she was going to find us an awesome, big piece of cheesecake and asked which drizzle we wanted -- raspberry, chocolate, or caramel. Naturally, I said, "Give me all the drizzle," and she immediately said, "You got it." When she came back, she told us she didn't think she was able to find us a big enough piece, so she was taking the dessert off the bill. Meanwhile, we were looking at the cheesecake thinking the portions were completely fine! It was such a sweet and unnecessary gesture, and the cheesecake itself was delicious. The Harrison already has great food and such a nice vibe, but Amanda really made the experience memorable. She's the main reason I wanted to go out of my way to leave a review. It's also attached to a driving range and mini golf course. I tried the bbq burger and fries and sampled one of my mom's bbq wings.
