Took a trip back to Honolulu not too long ago. I booked my round trip reservations on their website from airport to waikiki and back. i was greeted in baggage claim and shown to the vehicle. the driver was friendly and the service was prompt. i didnt have to wait for other people to fill an entire bus like some of the other shuttle companies i've used in the past. got a nice small van so it was faster because i didnt have to wait for a million people to get in the bus and be dropped off at their hotels. huge plus. going back to the airport the service was just as good and just as quick. the driver picked me up on time and i got to the airport quickly. great experience+saving money=win. i'll definitely be using VIP Trans again in the future. read more

Easy reservations, crappy for updates/changes. Made my reservation online to be picked up at HNL. Originally it was for a 10pm pickup. I decided that my flight was too late and went for standby for an earlier flight. I had emailed them about it, and said to notify them 5 hrs prior at least if pickup time gets changed. Perfect, since the flight from SF is about 5 hrs. I got in on standby and would now land around 12pm. I called them up, gave them my name and reservation number, and let them know the new time of arrival. Guy I spoke to confirmed. I landed, picked up my luggage, and saw no VIP trans person waiting for me with a sign. I called them up, notified them I was at the airport waiting and they said they didn't have me in the system. ????? I mentioned that I had called over 5 hours ago, changed my picked up time with the guy who picked up the phone. Nope, apparently he didn't change anything (FAIL). She called up the person at the airport who then went to find me. From there on, it was easy breezy. But yeah, that kinda ruined my happy-go-lucky streak (got on standby, got my upgrade, landed earlier, and luggage came fast) Going back to HNL airport was a lot easier. I called them up the night before and made a reservation. Right around the pick up them, they were there. woo. Yeah .. just be aware if you update your pickup time. After reading their negative reviews, I was very reluctant to go with them but they were the cheapest so I took my chances. My arrival ride was great. The porter was super friendly and the shuttle was on time. The driver was super friendly and smiley too. My departure ride was on time as well but the driver was very grumpy. He got mad at me for helping him out with the luggage. I'd give 5 stars but that driver messed it up for me. Other passengers felt the same way too. He was this old Filipino guy that had no customer service training whatsoever. I'm Filipino which is how I know he's Filipino and so you don't think I'm some racist. This guy just gave a really bad vibe but he got the job done - picked us up on time and dropped us off 2 hours prior to departure. I'd go with them again. I just hope I don't get that driver. Aloha! I'm reviewing their service from the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet to the Waikiki hotels. They charge $5 vs the $2 for the public bus. They claim the trip is 25 minutes, so we figured it would be faster than the bus (70 mins) and we'd get to sit, and not have to wait in a line in the sun for a standing-room-only bus. The 2:30 bus never showed, so we waited from 2:20 till 3:10 before the 3:00 bus left. That was the last bus of the day, and they kept us there until the bus was full, so we had a rather long wait. I can't fault the driver for the traffic, but it did take 80 mins from when we paid the ticket lady to when we returned to our hotel (Hyatt Waikiki). So taking the bus would've been faster, but VIP was more comfortable at least. read more

Cheap trip to and from the airport, just maintain a liberal time buffer. It seems that the City and County of Honolulu have a racket going with the cabbies. For those on a relaxed schedule, the $2 bus would seem like a terrific option. Unfortunately, the no luggage rule pretty much excludes that option to all but airport workers. The alternative is VIP Transportation, who offer a $12 one-way, $22 round-trip drive from the airport to Waikiki hotels. Sure they'll take their time getting there, and will probably stop at other hotels along the way, but it's otherwise a comfortable service that is less than half the price of the taxi option. Schedule your pickup 2.5 hours before your departure; that should be plenty of time. read more

We made reservations to tour the USS Arizona Memorial (via http://www.recreation.gov) & the USS Missouri (via http://www.ussmissouri.org) in advance. One thing we had read is that we needed to pick up the USS Arizona tickets at least one hour in advance so on Friday morning, we took the 8:00am VIP Transportation shuttle which arrived at 8:15am and was not direct to PH, stopping instead to drop three different parties at three different terminals on the airport. But we did get to the memorial sites safely and we figured if pit stops at the airport were the worst of it, that wasn't too bad. After a wonderful experience at the memorials, we returned to the shuttle pick-up location around 1:30pm in expectation of the scheduled 2pm shuttle. Here's where things really started to go awry. A relatively small, 14-passenger van arrived at 2pm and found that there were 22 of us waiting. The driver assured us that he'd already radio'd headquarters and another transport was on its way "shortly" for the eight of us who were left behind. At 2:20, one of the women we were waiting with placed the first call and was told someone would be there in "15-30 minutes". At 2:50, another woman called and was told that the driver had come by and we must have not been paying attention. You can imagine how she reacted to that. Another woman called and was told "10-12 minutes". And another was hung up on - twice. Finally at 3:30pm, the original driver who had left us stranded 90-minutes earlier returned and was baffled that we were still there. He pushed the limits to get us all back to Waikiki as quickly as possible, but for me the message remains the same - DO NOT USE VIP TRANSPORTATION! read more

If you're looking for transportation to and/or from Airport & Waikiki, I would suggest getting a taxi. Take a look at other peeps' reviews and you'll see that I'm not exaggerating. Shuttles take about an hour each way and cost you between $12-$15 per person (each way). Taxi will cost about $35-$40 and take about 25 minutes for each way. I work in Waikiki. Recently, hotel guests (M/M Reed) waited for their shuttle which showed up 30 minutes late. I hope they didn't miss their flight. The delay is not uncommon. Ask anyone in the hotel industry, they'll tell you to wait at least 10-15 minutes past your pick up time before calling to check on them. For the most part, VIP will show up on-time or close to it. But I just don't like the waiting around and then on top of that... they have additional pick up too before heading out to the airport. Thus the one hour transfer. Aloha. read more

We used this service twice when we arrived in Hawaii. Other than them not having us on the reservation sheet upon our plane landing, the ride to Waikiki went off without a hitch and the driver was phenomenal. He gave us travel tips and a sightseeing tour on our ride into the city. We were so pleased, we vowed to use them again. We needed to take a 5:14 am flight to another island, and called VIP to schedule our ride to the airport at 3 am. These people advertise service 24/7. That is not true. When I called them to reserve, the lady in reservations put me on hold saying.... "let me check the schedule". She put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Finally my husband witnessed my frustration and called them with his cell phone. He explained the situation and the lady told him "the schedule was full" AT 3 AM? DOUBTFUL. They just didn't want to pick anyone up at 3 am even though they advertise 24/7 service. He asks the lady, "when do you plan on taking my wife off hold to tell her?" No response. Finally, we had to return our rental car to the airport but needed transportation back to the hotel district. My husband called in to VIP to arrange to have us picked up at the airport to go back to our hotel. The lady says, "no problem... just call and we will pick you up and get you back to your hotel".WRONG.... so we drop off our car and call VIP as instructed and they act like we are crazy. So now we are stranded at the airport. GREAT. We had to take the city bus back and got home so late we barely got any rest before our 3 am departure. Use this service with caution. read more

We made 2 round-trips on VIP Transit- an airport/hotel trip and the Pearl Harbor trip. Airport Trip: The staff member met us on-time at the baggage claim with our name on a sign. He had a cart to help with our bags. We were escorted to an older minibus (not in tip-top shape but got the job done) and rode with other guests to the Waikiki hotels. Allow 45 minutes from the airport to Waikiki hotels because of Honolulu traffic. Return trip was in an older conversion van. Friendly service, not talkative drivers, but just fine. We booked online before the trip to get a discount fare. Pearl Harbor Trip: We rode in an older conversion van over bumpy Honolulu roads. Recipe for carsickness! We were also stuck in morning traffic (not the driver's fault) which made the trip rather unpleasant. Perhaps it wouldn't have been as bad if the van didn't smell like smoke or we didn't have to listen to Bieber Fever all the way to Pearl Harbor. When we returned to the van a few minutes before our scheduled pickup time, the driver was there. However he would not let us sit in the air-conditioned van until it was the exact pickup time. Booked online in advance. Could have gotten better rates if we waited to book when we were in town. Would probably look into other options in the future but this service was perfectly adequate. read more

There was 5-6 employees just standing around and no explanation as to why we did not have a ride. $100 down the drain plus we took an Uber back to the airport because we did not want to deal with this company again. My boyfriend and I used VIP Trans for a shuttle to and from Pearl Harbor. The shuttle was on-time and nice & clean - seemed pretty new - to pick us up from our hotel and bring us to Pearl Harbor. The driver was really friendly - pointing out restaurants and areas in Honolulu all along our way to Pearl Harbor. I would have given VIP Trans 5 stars, but the shuttle was 15 minutes late picking us up from Pearl Harbor and the bus was older - definitely not as nice as the first shuttle we took earlier that morning. But again, the driver we had was really friendly, pointing out sights around Honolulu the entire way back to our hotel. Overall, not a stellar experience, but friendly drivers who safely drove us from point A to point B, and for an excellent price ($10 each round-trip). read more

Again very aweful service by VIP. I needed to be dropped off at a hotel near the airport for a very important meeting. The reservation guy told me the pickup is at 7 and I would be there by 7:30. The shuttle made 3 other stops and I was still in Waikiki at 7:20. I ended up taking a cab and paid $50. I would have taken a bus if I wasn't promised 7:30. Just aweful! read more

The worst possible customer service. My wife was only helping Japanese tourists wandering around the airport that booked on Expedia Japan. She called for them and had to deal with a very rude lady, maybe a dispatcher. Terrible phone manners, just the worst attitude. When my wife became irritated at the lady's rudeness she just put my wife on hold without warning. When my wife called back, she did it again. Then started blocking her call. Just the absolute worst customer service. I would avoid them if possible. Also, if you are the owner or manager you should seriously consider terminating this employee. She wouldn't give my wife her name but she took the call on Saturday 4/22 at around noon. The Japanese customers name was Maetani. read more

Unreliable! We booked the pearl harbor shuttle from Waikiki and the shuttle going to Pearl Harbor was over one hour late and so we called and complained and they sent us a Taxi service instead. Note on the return trip from Pearl Harbor to Waikiki there are only three, yes count with me, three return times and they are at least a few hours apart. So we ended up taking the TheBus back to Waikiki and not wait for another hour and a half or more since we don't know if this shuttle will be late as our morning one was. Thank god we didn't book them for airport service, I wouldn't want to be late for a flight because of these guys. I think your best bet for shuttle service is Roberts Hawaii or some other big company which has multiple runs to and from Pearl Harbor. read more

Price is good. It seemed like it took forever to load up. It's a small bus, and I don't know why I had a van in mind. We stopped after loading up to pick up another group, and the driver at first didn't even tell us why we were stopping--just pulled into a parking lot, parked, and got out of the bus without a word. We sat there for about 20 minutes with air conditioning that worked poorly. There were only 6 seats free on the bus at that point so it wasn't obvious that we were picking up more passengers. A huge group of passengers finally emerged, and all but 6 had to wait for another shuttle. The driver was nice enough, but he would. not. stop. talking. He kept joking about how long it was going to take to get to Waikiki, and I couldn't get a good sense of the actual amount of time. I got into the airport before 2, and was honestly worried about missing my window to pick up my rental car! (Needed to do so by 5). He kept telling cheesy jokes, and didn't adjust at all to the fact that everyone on the bus had just been on a long flight and was getting more migraine-y by the moment at his yapping. That said, when we got to our hotel, he was kind and helpful about helping us get our bags out. Nice guy, the energy was just way too much and he didn't seem to be reading social cues. Already have the service booked for our trip back to the airport--but I am concerned about their timeliness. I have already paid but I'm considering just eating the $22 (and finding another service), because a missed flight would cost way more than that. read more

I booked transfers for my clients arriving into Honolulu last night. They were arriving 5 hours apart. The first one could not find the person they said would be in baggage claim waiting for her. She got a police officer to help assist her who was patrolling the area. He could not find them either. They looked for the van. No van. She called me asking what to do and I called and was immediately verbally abused by a very aggressive woman who refused to give me her name. Called me curse words and said my client was a "no show". Well since she was still at the airport with an officer helping her, we can confirm she is not a "no show". I couldn't even get that information out in the 3 times I was hung up on. 5 hours later, my second passenger was also not met at the airport. Both clients ended up having to take an Uber. Not the best way to start their vacation. At least we had time to warn the second arrival. She went to the baggage claim, then she took photos of proof that they were not there and what time she arrived. I will never in good conscience trust any client to VIPtran again. I will be checking all my other booked reservation to Hawaii with transfers included and change them immediately if I see them as the operator. BEWARE read more

Was greeted at gate by very friendly woman with aloha nui! When we arrived at the shuttle area there was no shuttle. I was told by the young man that it was just at the other end of the airport and would be there "any minute". Well 20 minutes later it was there. I don't mind people making mistakes. What I really mind is dishonesty. I arrived at the conference I was attending just as it started- no time to grab breakfast Then when I left the motel to go back to the airport, I was told by the phone operator and VIP van driver at the hotel not wait in the roundabout but to wait in the underground Aloha Landing. Since three people from VIP had told me to wait in the underground landing area, when I saw a VIP van enter the roundabout, I did not rush up to the roundabout to get it. If it was not for a very nice hotel employee who ran up to the van as it was about to leave the roundabout area, I would have missed it. I don't think this company knows what they are doing. read more

I was very disappointed that the beginning of my Hawaii vacation started off with VIP Trans. They did not show up where they said they would, I had to call multiple times to eventually have someone on the phone tell me to walk across the airport to another exit. Then when I finally got there, they didn't have my name on the list. We waited a total of 45 minutes before we actually got on the transportation. The two gentlemen at the airport with VIP Trans were not professional and a little too casual. One good thing I can say is the driver was very polite and helpful. read more

I used VIP Trans when I was visiting Hawaii back in September and had a great experience with them. Being a tourist in Oahu for the first time, I took the Royal Circle Island Tour with some friends and really got some great exposure to the island and was able to see several key sites within a single day - I would not have been able to accomplish all of this otherwise. I also found the the guide/driver to be very knowledgable and brought some personality to the tour, which is necessary after a long day of site-seeing and traveling. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but cannot say that I share the same sentiment. I had an enjoyable experience with them and would recommend them to anyone who is trying to see the best of the island within a single day. read more

Shuttle service from the Waikiki to HNL has some really shoddy and inconsistent providers. After trying two, one of which was one of the worst transportation experiences I've ever had, my neighbor recommended VIP to me. While they are not perfect, they shine compared to the other services I've used. For pickups from Waikiki traveling to HNL, they have always arrived promptly and gotten me to the airport on time with curious service. Pickups from HNL into town are not as consistent. The dispatcher seems to not realize which letter off of baggage claim they pick up from, and you have to wait in an uncovered area for whenever they show up. The fault of this is partially how HNL is set up and partially their dispatchers. My though is, to the airport, they are great, from the airport, lacking. read more

Upon arrival at the airport baggage claim, the agent was there with my name held up. He greeted me and showed me where he would be waiting while I claimed my bags. Another agent was also helping with the bags and transporting them to the van. The driver of the van was extremely hospitable and informative. He gave info about the approximate length of time to our hotel and the order of dropping-off. Along the route he pointed out highlights of the area and included some historical data. All of the agents seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. I felt comfortable and safe during this entire experience. I will use them again for my return to the airport. read more

They were supposed to pick us from our hotel at 2:15 for a 4:45 flight. I called at 2:30 to see where the van was and the customer service rep said it will be pulling into the bus depot at my hotel in just a few minutes. 20 minutes later, I called again and a different rep told me the bus came at 2:15 and took a group of 4 instead of us. I took off several stars since the people over the phones weren't too nice and their operation is pretty ate up. I had sent two emails asking for a response on my change of address to be dropped off and picked up and never received a reply. When I arrived at the airport, the guy in the lime green shirt was easy to spot. I don't really see the point in getting a lei greeting. I was the first to arrive, waited for 7 other people (4 groups - so a total of 8 people + driver) meet us up so I waited since I didn't have any checked bags. The van definitely is an old white van and the website is misleading. It was pretty comfortable to me, and I was patient as I didn't have to be at a place at a specific time. Anyway, I told the driver my situation with emailing and not getting a response and he had no problem dropping me off where I needed to be. When it was time to leave Oahu, I called to make sure that they were picking me up at the right place and, needless to say, they didn't. Many mistakes and no apology. The driver that picked me up was courteous and even was 5 minutes early! The drivers, were VERY accommodating and VERY nice and did what they could so that it was as comfortable as possible for us. So, because of the drivers, they get 2 stars. read more

After a series of long holds with the reservations line we were able to make a reservation for the 8am shuttle from Waikiki to the Arizona Memorial. After our driver picked us up and was 1/2 mile from out hotel he asked what airline we needed. We then informed him that he was supposed to be taking us to the Arizona, to which he replied that we were booked as an airport run. He then informed us that he would drop us off at the Arizona after picking up more people that needed to go to the airport. After dropping off the new people off at the airport he drove us to a military base where he was denied entry. This caused him to have to go back on the freeway and drive some more. The whole ride took over an hour. The return shuttle at 11:30am was not on time and the chartered VIP Trans shuttle driver that was here was not able to help us with any info. They ended up never sending the 11:30 shuttle and we had to take a cab back to Waikiki. Do not use. I booked VIP Trans for airport pick up and drop off in Sept 2015. Our initial pick up was scheduled for 215p to our hotel. A VIP Trans representative showed with our le'i greeting but after waiting 45 minutes for a VIP shuttle, my travel partners and I decided to get a cab. The morning we were scheduled to depart HI, our shuttle was scheduled for 430am. It was 30 minutes late. We ended up taking a cab to the airport that morning as well. I called both days to complain. The first day I was put on hold/transferred. After being on hold, it rang a second time and went to a vmail that was full. I called back and no one picked up. I called again after returning to the mainland and was told I was a "no show" for our return shuttle. Which is true, however, with a flight to catch we couldn't afford to be 30 mins late, especially when VIP Trans recommends they pick you up 2 hours and 45 mins ahead of your flight time. All transportation was booked online on Sept 2, 2015 for Sept 23-28, 2015 travel. In my opinion, if you book that far ahead of time they should be anticipating your arrival and departure and have a shuttle ready, especially when you confirm 24 hours ahead of time. It was ridiculous having to wait 45 mins and still have to grab a cab to our hotel. We were on a bit of a time crunch as this was business travel, to which we communicated to our VIP Trans rep. Our VIP rep never communicated with us what was going on. We constantly had to ask for updates on pick up before taking a cab. He also mentioned he couldn't reach dispatch at all, so he couldn't even give us an estimated pick up time. If you want reliable airport transportation, this is NOT the company to use. **Update 1/13/16 was contacted by the manager. She apologized and asked me to email her for reimbursement. I emailed her and she never responded. I emailed her again two months later. The charge was finally comp'ed in Dec 2015 - while our travel was in Sept 2015. read more

Frustrating, time consuming, neglectful and rude. We booked 2 to 3 days ahead of arrival. Email instructions say to go to 'baggage claim' and a driver in a green and white Hawaiian shirt will meet you there with a sign with your name on it. NO, that's NOT how it works. Baggage claim is a fairly large area and when you descend the escalator, you don't have enough information to know where to go or what to do. We walked around, looked around, asked questions, etc. No driver, no green shirt, no sign. We wandered around and followed a sign for 'pre arranged' - which would be incredibly simple to add to the ambiguous email instructions. We got out to the area and saw a VIP van. Walked over to the VIP van, talked to the VIP driver and he had NO CLUE about us, or what we should do. He said he was taking flight crew. We weren't allowed on that van and it left with very few people on it. We found another VIP van with a driver and he also said he couldn't take us because dispatch told him to head back. He gave is a number to call. The number did not work. He was still there so I asked and he gave me another number. I called. I got put on hold. We are standing outside, tired after a 7+ hour flight, have paid reservations, have been turned down by 2 different drivers that left in less than full vans and now I'm on hold. The woman comes back and asks me several questions pertaining to our reservation, flight number, names, and timing, etc. ( They should already know everything she asked me based on our information provided when we made the reservation.) She asked at least 3 times where we were. I repeatedly told her outside baggage claim, under "PreArranged 5" where the vans pull up to pick people up" yet she would ask again... She abruptly said someone would be there as soon as they got a van to send and it would be about 10 minutes. She then hung up. We waited. and waited. It's now over 1 hour since our flight landed, at least 30 minutes standing around outside waiting on someone to show up. Still, there was no person with a sign, with our name, with a green and white Hawaiian shirt. Finally a VIP van arrives, I approach the window and try to speak with the driver and he's really unclear who he's supposed to be picking up, is trying to talk to the office on the phone, ask me questions, etc. We FINALLY seem to convince him that he's supposed to be picking us up but he says he's there for a party of 7. We are 2 and it's looking like he doesn't want to take us either. Eventually we get in the van and start to leave. Then he finds the family of 7 so we stop, load them and their baggage into the van and we leave. During the trip, the driver asks twice what hotel we are going to. Gives us his daly manifest of multiple pages and asks us to find our names and highlight it. Done. Then, again, he asks which hotel we are going to. Third time is the charm, we make it to the hotel, unload and about 2 hours later, finally begin our Hawaii vacation. There are too many other companies that provide this service and I'll say we won't be using this company again. Disorganized, unprofessional, poor training, horrible communication, confusing instructions, rude staff, and totally unconcerned about the customer or perception. read more

We TRIED, key word tried, to use VIP Trans for a tour of Pearl Harbor and surrounding sites in Honolulu. Unfortunately after waiting an hour to be picked up for our tour after calling 3 times we found out they decided to cancel the tour and did not tell us. I give them 2 stars because they did try to make up for this by having a cab pick us up and take us to pearl harbor and they also sent a van to pick us up ( and they are supposed to be refunding our money ) but we also didn't get to see the other sites and this became quite a hassle in general. The van was exactly 1 hour late picking us up at Pearl Harbor. Called three times starting 4:35 pm (pick up time). 1st time told 10 to 15 minute late because delays at the airport; 2d time told van would arrive "momentarily" "within 5 minutes"; 3rd time told the van had arrived and left because we were not at pic up place (we had been at drop off /pick up place since 4 pm and only two vans of another company had come by so no way to miss us or for us not to see VIP van). As I was being told we missed the van and placed on hold a third time, I could see the VIP van turning from the highway and coming toward us. They were obviously making up stories on the phone. I was put on hold each time for at least five minutes. The guy on the phone said he was just saying what the dispatcher told him and that he just handled reservations. They were very rude each time blaming others in the same company or blaming us. The driver blamed the company and an overturned vehicle we did not see on way back. They all had attitudes. There was heavy traffic in late afternoon but nothing new about that. This company should be avoided like the plague. On the way to Pearl Harbor it stopped 4 times including at the airport (from Waikiki) which delayed the trip a lot. The public bus would have been cheaper, faster and more reliable. The only good thing was that they picked us up on time. Paid cash (no credit cards accepted) which means they get your return money up front and can't get it back because it was in cash. Roberts Hawaii has a stand at Pearl Harbor for same service and uses new large new buses and they were on time for other people using their service that were in are area. The cost is $15 round trip for Roberts and they don't stop at the airport. VIP charged $11 round trip but their service was worthless considering the frustration and delays. They obviously don't care about good service and lack management control. I ignored others' bad reviews of VIP to my regret. This is the first bad review I've ever written and I hope others pay attention. I also hope companies like this disappear and the good ones triumph. Do not take this method of transportation. Poor customer service and we waited over 30 mins while a empty van was here. Called supervisor and she wasn't helpful in addition to being rude. What's the point of booking a ride in advance if you're going to make us wait 45 mins? Beware ..... this is the last method of transportation. Take a Uber. read more

If you're in no rush to or from the airport then this is the service for you! But if like most people you like to be on time to the airport and not wait an hour plus then this is not the service for you! When we arrived to Honolulu we were given no information on pickup time or location and once we called (3 times) we ended up waiting for over an hour for our shuttle. The customer service reps I spoke to each time I called were not the nicest either. This wasn't a big deal since we had nothing planned for our first day. I set up a time to be picked up and taken back to the airport for the end of the week, they told us 5:15pm which was perfect and gave us plenty of time to get to our flight with little to no stress. What they did not tell us was that they had to pick up 3 more groups of people! We didn't head to the airport until 6. We arrived to our gate right as boarding started thanks to short security and baggage lines. Find another service, heck even an Uber would be worth the price compared to this service. As I write this review we are waiting for our shuttle which was supposed to come 30 minutes ago, at 8am in front of our hotel. We booked it last night because we wanted to go to the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet this morning and the lady on the phone told us we could pay in person since my mom didn't want to use credit card over the internet. Not sure what organizational detail fell through... I guess technically we did see a VIP Trans bus go by about ten minutes ago (still 25 minutes late now) but it didn't stop for us. And now we're waiting for another 15 minutes for a shuttle to hopefully come after we had to call in and were put on hold for 10 minutes as well. Perhaps I'll change my review once we're back in the hotel later but for now this'll have to do. Edit: the ride back was actually pretty decent. We called to ask when the next shuttle back was and they said they were already there. We had to wait for more people and for the bus to come but they let us wait in the ACed van. The drivers both ways were really nice and helpful, with "Cousin Ray Ray" on the way back being particularly funny. So took this from one star to three stars. Maybe call ahead like another review said to make sure they have you on file. read more

Don't use this company rude and unorganized. They will make you wait for an hour while they have drivers available .. I'll be sure to let our booking agent know as well. read more
