I have trusted the work needed on my vehicles to Charles at VAB for many years now. I was originally referred to him by a good friend who is a very well respected gentleman that has lived in that area almost all of his life and knows everybody who is anybody in OT Manassas. Charles has even done work on other vehicles for my friends and family with good results time after time. I have 2 Acura's (MDX & RL) and a GMC Sierra Denali that Charles at VAB has kept running strong and looking good for me and my family. The RL was hit by an uninsured driver. T-boned right in the middle of the rear door. I live in Centreville, and bought my 2015 Subaru Impreza from Brown's in Manassas, who have taken outstanding care of my car from the time of purchase. My car got crushed by a huge cement truck this past January, when I was in Queens, NY. I was very grateful to be able to drive it home. I called Subaru, who recommended Virginia auto body shop, which is right behind the dealership. Eric, who works there, called my landline and left a very reassuring, considerate message that he took care of getting me my rental, and that I could drop the car off in the morning. When I got to the shop, Enterprise was there with my rental car, everything went very smoothly, and Eric was wonderful. I just picked my car up, after a couple of weeks in the shop. It looks brand new! They did an outstanding job of repairing it, and it's immaculate inside and out. I had so much damage I had to enter the car from the passenger front door- the back driver side door window was completely shattered, and the side of the car looked like a dented soda can. I haven't had an accident in over 30 years, and what a change in the way everything was taken care of! I have a feeling Virginia Auto Body is still probably the exception. My experience with Kim's Auto Body Shop was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in for repairs, but it came back in worse condition than before. The air conditioning system wasn't working, and the radiator pipe popped off as I was picking up the car. Despite repeatedly reminding Kim, the repairs took over three months to complete. To top it off, I was charged extra for unauthorized labor and parts. Even after specifically requesting Mercedes-recommended coolant, standard coolant was used instead. The bodywork was incomplete, with cracks left untouched and essential components omitted. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor quality of work, and disregard for customer satisfaction make this shop one to avoid. read more

Yo, this is the best body shop in virginia. I went in to get a headlight replaced and they went above and beyond. Not only did they replace the headlight but they got me a brand new hood buffed out the dent in the back detailed the interior and touched up the paint. Dropped off a Jetta with front bumper damage. Fasteners and rivets tore away leaving the bumper unsecured and hanging off on one side. The shop was able to heat and shape the bumper back to normal and secure it with new mounts. Touched up the paint and buffed it out.
