They decided to hike up the prices and unfortunately it has pushed our family out from using them as our local car people. I have been going to these guys for nearly two decades so I can definitely say that this was not by my choice. The pricing to replace spark plugs was over $150 more than a different Kwik Kar location. When you consider that we have two cars that need the same thing, that's over $300. How could we possibly not go to the other guy? Needless to say I am so so glad they decided to retain the employees and secure their jobs but the price hike was just too much for our family. I hope they can compromise on this and keep some of us locals around for their business.

One hour later they call me back to tell me they don't have the filter for my car (Audi Q7) and that it'll take another hour just to get my filter in. Seriously, c'mon .. I didn't expect to be in and out in literally 45 minutes but doubling the time plus some? These guys need to get their business together. People don't have time to waste like this.

The day he came he was late and after being here may be an hour he came out and told us that he still had to do some more digging, but he would be back the next day to figure out how to fix it. Because he seemed trustworthy. I paid him the $180 for the diagnostic, but I should have never paid that because the next day he made all kinds of excuses and never showed back up. He ignored my calls and text messages for days and kept telling me he would come back but he never did. He ended up stealing the $180 and I'm still stuck with the broken down Van.

He asked if he could bring it back the next week in morning and was assured the machine would be fixed before then. When he took it back in after the weekend passed on Monday morning he was told they only do inspections at 8am, the machine was never broken, and his truck was the problem as some just aren't compatible with their equipment even though he's had it inspected there for decades. So did they lie the week before or lying now or what? He drove straight to another business and was done in minutes with no issues. He said "I will never go back to that place" after all those years.

Approximately two weeks later, he heard a clicking sound and immediately drove it to his auto repair shop. The vehicle had run dry--it had no oil in it whatsoever. So, when they drained out the old oil, they failed to put in new oil. This resulted in a completely new engine having to be put in the vehicle. This is a fairly new vehicle, so it didn't pay to just have it totaled. This most definitely was the most expensive non-oil change ever, at a $7,000 expense for a new engine. You shouldn't have to check the oil when you leave but I would highly recommend it.

I pull up in my vehicle which happens to be a manual transmission and the attendant says "hop out. I'll take it from here.".I go inside and as I look out the window, I see that the guy looks like he's not moving anywhere even though he's in the driver seat. I go outside to find him burning the clutch and nearly grinding the gears. For a moment I just sit there (trying to be patient) and watch, and ask him if he knows what he's doing, and he stalls. I offered to jump in the car and move it wherever it needed to be moved. He says, "No I got it proceed to turn the car on it and begins back up, but then kills it again." If you're going to run a service that works on cars either you need to know how to drive those cars or allow the owner to actually move it or needs to be. I did offer to leave and take my car somewhere else when another tenant comes says, "Hey, I can move it. He jumps in, but he is burning the clutch like nobody's business". Frustrated is an understatement and how I felt. The car was a VW. Nothing exotic. I would not recommend this place if you have any type of vehicle that you care that you care about.

I called this place and explained it to the guy who answered the phone.Immediately he gets combative and asks me to bring the car in as is so he can see and rectify..I told him if I drive the car without oil it would damage the engine..After back and forth he hangs up. I understand sometimes mistakes do happen but when it does the response is what determines a good business from a not soo good one I took my car down to another oil change place to have it checked out only to find out the drain plug was not tightened .. The Hispanic guy who I talked to to was rude and combative ..Not the way to treat a longtime customer
