This was a terrible experience. I'd love to go into a diatribe as regards the myriad cut corners, lack of follow-up, discrepancies between promised/performed and the overall value, treatment and service, but that should suffice for now. All I will say in detail is do not trust them to do anything that is not in writing. Confirm literally every detail in said written record and expect to have to pay rather dearly for any/all issues that can be even slightly defined as not obvious. I took my car to this shop after it was involved in an accident with another driver who was insured by Western General. Francisco took ownership of the claim and did all he could to get Western General to approve what was needed to fix my car. This insurance company still refused to fix the damage to the front of my vehicle stating they couldn't tie the damage to the claim and Francisco fixed it free of charge! I took my 1968 Chevelle here to be painted. They did pretty good work on the paint and body. I'd give them 2 stars for the quality of the paint. Minus 4 stars for everything else. So I picked up the car after it was in the shop for a couple years for paint and body work. I'm not complaining about that. I was told ahead of time that was the deal for the price they quoted. Now I'll get to my complaints. I picked up the car and noticed the doors were not lining up properly. I went to open them and scratched some of the nice paint off the door. The tachometer was no longer connected and working, the electric vacuum pump was disconnected leaving me with no power breaks (I was told I needed new brakes because the brakes didn't work). I complained about the issues, took off and had another shop do the repairs. That pissed me off but I wasn't about to take the car back to this shop if they couldn't do it right the first time. After that I let it go because I was given a 2k break on the paint. Although I ended up spending more than 2k fixing the issues. The last straw occurred today. As I'm looking at my car sitting in the street blocking traffic, sweating my butt off, I realized something while looking at the engine compartment. My brand new distributor that was a black oem distributor installed by me prior to dropping off the car at paint and body is gone. It now has a Chinese made red piece of crap distributor. That explains why my tach wasn't working when I picked up the car from the paint and body shop. Do not trust this shop. They will swap your good parts with cheap parts to make a profit. read more

I learned about Vision Collision though a referral and I am glad I did. The owner Francisco is an honest individual who cares a great amount for his clients and will do what is best for his clients. His wife Lupe is exactly the same way and she helped me with the insurance portion of this ordeal. She was awesome and on top of her game. I have unfortunately had to have work done on my car due to an accident. I brought my car in the day after my accident and was able to get my car back in a week! Francisco and Lupe were very nice, easy to work with and very helpful between the insurance companies and their running around and lack of response. Lupe called the companies to follow up so that I can get my car back in time when the repairs were done (you know how bad claim departments can be with insurance companies). When I came to pick up my vehicle I was so pleased with the job they had done, my car looked like new again! Thank god! Since my car will barely be a year for me in March!
