I went in wanting to get that but settled on a completely different pair with transition lenses. Brad helped me pick a few different options he thought would be perfect for my face shape. I settled on the Esme in jet black with polished gold with transition lens. I've never had transitions before so I'm really excited for them to arrive! My vision insurance was out of network but I could get reimbursed and I was able to use my fsa card. They were pretty expensive with all of the things I added like the transitions and the thinner lens but they looked so nice and my insurance covered it. I highly recommend going in and having Brad help you! Also they fixed my current Warby Parker glasses that I accidentally bent and now they're like brand new!

Since my first initial visit, Warby Parker has expanded on their services - not offering an onsite optometrist - and locations in the valley. This was my first visit to their Fashion Square location. Many of their frames start at $95 +. Which includes your prescription. They then offer add one such a blue light, anti fatigue and more. My particular pair came in at $145, then I added on a few different features. They have an awesome warranty and great customer service option on their products and helps the longevity of my frames. They had lots of great options, but I was in to work out some warranties on previous pair. Mark helped me out and got the job done so efficiently and effortlessly. My new frames were ordered and should be delivered in about 10 days. Love my experiences every time I visit!

With cute $17 frames. Actually the best glasses I've had my whole life! Once upon a time I made a ton of money and went the Warby Parker route, but it pales in comparison to this particular center. Now I will say that not all are the same. It's truly the staff that makes this one stand out. They bring in optometrists like travel nurses so you won't always have the same one, don't get angry if one isn't on demand if you didn't make an appointment, and take photos of your documents and email them to yourself so that you always have a copy of your prescription. That advice will save you around the world. The best part is if you're in a pinch and lose a contact traveling but forgot to pack an extra pair, despite being a corporation Walmart, unlike many people, will help you out bc not seeing is dangerous! The exam cost $100. $75 at Costco? Yes you want to save the money but here's why I choose Walmart (and trust me, I'm an anti-Walmart lobbyist bc I love the farmers in my life but...) I lost a contact in Prescott a few months ago and went to Costco, which I've been to before for exams. Not only did they refuse to give me one, they berated me. I did not have a current prescription on file with them, but I keep a current one in my glove box from (at the time Vegas Warby Parker). They refused. Which is why I decided to switch to Walmart bc I cannot name a city that doesn't have one that would be able to validate. And maybe they can't bc each one acts individually so that's why I say take a photo, email yourself just in case you accidentally delete the photo. Adrian works the front desk and is also the technician that takes all your preliminary eye measurements. She is super friendly and interactive and is sincerely Interested in your well being. The genius behind it all is Dr. Cao who is very interested in your eye health and your ability to see. They have state of the art machinery to accommodate any eye or vision problem. Dr CAO is also amazingly smart. She's like a scientist in her profession. I have kerataconus which is a degenerative disease of the cornea (for 25 years) difficult to fit normal contacts and glasses. Dr. Cao was not only able to design sclera lenses for me but also never done before by any optometrist a pair of eye glasses. Now I see 20/20 where I am considered legally blind without correction lenses. If you have an eye disease that is preventing you from seeing, give Ironwood Vision a try. They literally changed my life.

WARNING: BROKEN FRAMES WITH NO COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES…read more I browsed for new frames and lenses in early April. No trouble at all with the lenses or the eye appointment, but they didn't have any frames on offer that worked for my narrow eyes. I asked if I could have the lenses put into my current frames and was given the affirmative. I gave them my frames the second week of April. Now, in the first week of May, I have been informed that my frames are destroyed. While I was refunded for the new lenses, I will get nothing in exchange for my belongings that were broken here. By simply trying to purchase glasses, I'm now out a $150 set of frames with NOTHING to show for it. I wasn't even given a warning that this was a possibility. The only recompense is that I was offered to come choose from the small selection of frames available there which don't fit. I'll be telling everybody I know about this.

Without having to tell that sob story or give any context at all, the pair of optometrists welcomed me in & replaced the screw when they were literally seconds away from closing shop for the day & activating the alarm. They didn't even want the $5 tip I insisted on leaving!
