It is owned and run by a local family who lives in town, and the service definitely felt like it. The store is clean and welcoming with a fire place too. This is the best thing to treat yourself once you've had a gym session or even just wanting to eat healthy all around. Place is super clean and maintained. Staff is great and from top to bottom of that Menu seems to always do its job and that's by tasting great! I come at least 2 or more times a week, I usually get the Pesto Bowl, Tropical Paradise smoothie, or the Tropical bowl and on a hot day when I need a refreshment I get the dragon bowl. The food is amazing so as the service. The employees are very kind and helpful. Vitality bowls is also allergy friendly, they take allergies very seriously. I cherish Silvana for educating me on how important food is and the benefits of each ingredient.
