I was there Friday afternoon and there wasn't any smoking going on for the weekend, which I found odd. So, in summary. Good food. Friendly. Seems like a clean cart. Why 2 stars? Because "meh, I've experienced better." If you are going to call it BBQ, there's a lot of good BBQ out there. This is a good value. This is good food. This is not epic BBQ.

She serves from 10a-7pm and is cash-only right now. She has breakfast sandwiches, eggs and cheese with various meats and coffee. Then she has the 1/3lb smoked meat sandwiches, pulled pork $6, Angus beef brisket $6, pulled angus beef $7, and Chorizo Onions & Peppers $6. These are all served on toasted potato buns with your choice of chipotle mayo or spicy ghost mayo. Making it a "platter" is $2 more for 2 side and your choice of sides are zesty coleslaw, Texas dirty rice, and Cowboy beans. I had the dirty rice and coleslaw and they weren't bad, but you're not going here for the sides. She's got some entrees, Whiskey Baby back full rack of ribs $23, Dixie Chix (half chicken) $8, and half rack and half chicken $21. She has a baked potato for $3 and a Bomb potato $5 which has pulled pork and is wrapped in bacon. I'm working my way through the meats and they are wonderful. No more waiting for the Amish market to have a pig roast and then waiting in obnoxious lines. She's got great food coming out of that truck, so give it a shot!

Ribs were very good Coleslaw and Mac n cheese were both top notch. Wings were meaty and good. Cornbread was tasty but dries out quickly so eat it fast. All in all we would probably order take out from here again when we need a local bbq fix and don't want to do it ourselves.

I told her an item wasn't in the bag. Initially she was apologetic. She asked what did I want to do. Whether I wanted to come back for the Cole slaw or take the loss. I responded due to the distance what I would like is for her to tell the kitchen staff to be more thorough. However, her response was "people make mistakes and hung up the phone". At no time was I disrespectful. She even mentioned similar things occurring the night before. I went back to get the Cole slaw and encountered Danielle. Again, she was dismissive and she stated "not liking working with customers like me" I then asked why because I'm black? She then stormed into the kitchen loudly verbally complaining about our interaction. I explained the situation to another waitress and asked if she would go to the kitchen to retrieve the Cole slaw because I didn't feel comfortable with Danielle retrieving my food in the kitchen after our encounter. Thank you to the waitress that graciously went in the kitchen for me. Although when she walked in the kitchen for my request, Danielle was heard yelling at the waitress stating she was going to call "Lisa". Due to this situation today, I may need to reconsider where I spend my money going forward. Respect doesn't cost a thing.
