    Carne asada panini
    Robert F.

I've been in Las Vegas for almost 30 years now and I don't think I've been to the Boulevard Mall since I first moved here; when I was living down the street in the college dormitory. The mall has changed a lot since then and all the food places have as well so I was eager to check out the new spots. We found the Viva Cafe and stopped in for a coffee at first but after looking at the menu decided to order some food as well. I ordered the carne asada panini and it was delicious. Crispy, crunchy bread on the outside and tender, marinated steak on the inside. Definitely a great spot for a quick stop from all your shopping.

Family owned cafe inside of Boulevard mall. My favorite is the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with all of the toppings. Santa Fe steak salad is also really good. Great prices for fresh food classic deli food and coffee drinks.

Great tasting cold brew. I wish this was closer to my house. I would definitely go there again. Great ambience and nice staff.

Inside. Gorgeous painting. Fitting for the place. Clean.

This was a great coffee shop find! It's located inside the Boulevard Mall on the east side. It's a Colombiano based coffee shop. They offer smoothies, coffee, tea, as well as food items. I'm actually more of tea person than a coffee one. So I decided to get a special order of a black tea with steamed almond milk. The young man working the place was more than helpful, accommodating, and understanding. The tea was real good and made just right. The decor and seating is great to meet with a friend or even study. I would definitely return here. Opt for this local gem than the chain coffee shops. Prices are great, too!

We quickly stopped by here to just to grab coffee. Yes kinda weird to stop at a mall just for coffee, bit that tells you the coffee AND service is good. The workers there a genuinely nice. The cool thing to know is the mall is under construction. The blvd mall is currently building a movie theatre. This will dramatically increase the business. This coffee house house serves food too. Another yummy experience. One thing I would mention ask to lower the amount of sweet pumps into your coffee if you love the taste of espresso. Also the drip coffee is served a bit too hot, but again the flavor is there.

This was the best espresso I ever had in my life. Did not expect to stumble onto this place and was only in the mall for a movie.

Teach your baristas to put a little more care into explaining the coffees on bar and what's available on pour over. I wanted a single-origin coffee so I asked the barista taking my order. She said the espresso wasn't single origin but said they offer single origin pour overs but told me it would take 10-15 minutes. She then handed me a laminated sheet with all of their offerings and I chose the Mexico but she said that's what was on espresso....? I got confused because she told me there wasn't a single origin on espresso? Anyway.... the paper she handed me stated that a pour over will take 3-5 minutes, yet she told me 10-15 minutes twice. So I called the bluff. The place was empty. I ordered the pour over anyway, sat down, and sure enough, my coffee was ready in about 3-5 minutes. It almost seemed like she didn't want to make the pour over because she recommended an americano. Specialty coffee needs more transparency, more education, and more passion. If you're a coffee roaster, your staff should be excited to talk about the coffees they're serving--not discourage people from ordering them. I sensed laziness. If you see a customer struggling to pick a coffee, recommend something that's fruit forward or something that's more classic. Don't wait for the customer to ask, ask THEM what they like and work off the customer. Care a little bit more. This was my first and last impression. Vesta Coffee will be my go-to.

I was so pumped to see all of their new locations around the city. I ordered the Nitro cold brew with some vanilla syrup and the Big Bang Burrito. The coffee was fantastic. Crisp, refreshing, and just on the edge of that nitro bitterness, with the help of the vanilla syrup. The perfect coffee for a blazing hot day. For a coffee shop breakfast item, the big bang burrito was huge! Filled with eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, tater tots, and cheese. The crema sauce served with it was amazing and had a nice spicy kick. They have multiple tables inside, along with a couch in a smaller lounge corner. There are a few tables outside and some concrete stadium seating, but when it's 100+ degrees outside, ain't nobody got time for that! I love everything about this place and the few times I've met the owners, they've always been super friendly and engaging.

I got the orange juice to drink and the french toast with a side of grits (because I feel like it's rare to find a place that does just straight grits in Vegas). Orange juice was a good size for the price, and the side of grits was a hefty portion, I was super excited for that. The french toast had cream and fresh berries on top. The french toast was soaked and griddled to perfection, thick bread that takes on the moisture very well. And the berries kick it up a notch!
