I called Vladimir @ 7 am because I noticed my water heater was leaking the night before. He had me send him pictures, and within minutes told me I needed a new water heater and provided me a very competitive quote over the telephone. He arrived @ 9:30 am with a new Bradford White 40 gallon water heater. He had it installed within 90 minutes. He tested all faucets in the house to make sure it was running properly. I also asked if he had time to take a look at 3 leaky toilets & 1 leaky shower head. Without hesitation, he agreed. He installed 3 flappers and 1 shower head within 5-10 minutes top. Unlike the 'bigger' plumbing companies out there, the technicians make you call into the office to make a separate appointment. He's very patient, knowledgable, kind, courteous and cares about what his work and his customers. He hauled away the old water heater & had everything cleaned up when he was done with the job. The owner responded quick and his quote was cheaper than most. We had a leaking shower faucet caused by a bad cartridge ($32 part). I tried to replace the part myself but that part was seized from years of hard water exposure. Unfortunately he could not removed the seized water faucet holding the cartridge in. He said he would have to cut into the shower and he could get an entire kit to replace everything so it's like new. Quote went from $100 to $480 which seemed fair. He went out that same day and got all the parts needed and was done same day! Leak is gone, new fittings installed and shower looks like new now! Given the current situation of social distancing and quarantine, Vladimir was easy to work with. Came by within 30 minutes of reaching out on a Sunday night, had on a mask and gloves, let me know what to do/who to call since my water heater was still within warranty. We just called VLN Water Heaters this morning about a plumbing issue, and Vladmir arrived promptly and addressed our issue. As his work was done so quickly, we asked if he would take a look at our pressure regulator, as we had another plumber recently "test" and who informed us that we needed a new regulator, as our PSI was too high. Vladmir dashed to his truck to grab a test gauge, and informed us that our water pressure was just fine, and that no new regulator would need to be installed. We had a leaking faucet from a Delta brand. We tried to remedy and tried to fix it but it was not solving the issue that our initial plumber told us that it would be more easier and practical to replace the entire faucet so off to Lowes we went. Selected the replacement faucet we wanted and availed of the installation package program they had.
