I can't complain about these guys! They do the drycleaning for our company and are always friendly, cordial and do great work. I also take my personal dry cleaning to them. I recently had my wedding dress dry cleaned there and they did a great job! Their prices are great. They charge $10 for hemming pants and being short, they see me alot. I knocked off one star only because they "lost" 2 of my brand new dress pants but found them a week later without calling me to tell me this until I called them. I recently had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved by Vogue cleaners. I went here because a friend got her dress cleaned/preserved there before and highly recommended it to me. I found that their prices were very competitive with other places who offer the same service. I guess their prices vary on the amount of material the dress is and how fragile the material/beading is. My dress was heavily beaded, tafetta, and needed to be preserved in the larger size box. (they have two different box sizes) The total was $275. My go to cleaners!!! First off the brothers that own the place are great. I used to live right down the street and would walk there weakly with my work shirts and ties to be cleaned. I recently moved to Sunnyvale but still drive up to Mountain View for their services!! My black work shirts come out very clean and they always get spots and stains out of my tie. I just tell them where they are and it gets done! Pricing seems good in Sunnyvale I tried two place cabs it was extremely high. Needless to say this is my cleaners! And I only go here! The two young brothers that work the register at this location were both very nice, helpful and respectful. I brought in a christening outfit, 22 years old, which had been dry cleaned 22 years ago but has since discolored greatly over the years. They took special care with this garment at a reasonable price and helped to return it back to its original beauty. Everything went smoothly when I came here for the first time. I dropped my suit off and got it back four business days later. I told the front-desk guy I wasn't in a rush to get it back so I'm not sure if they could have cleaned it faster. I pointed out a slight stain on my suit pants (wool) and the guy marked the spot. When I got my suit back, not only did I barely notice the stain (95% gone) but they resewed a button for free. I'm going back there for my future cleanings due to their customer service. I used to live next to Vogue Cleaners so naturally they were my default dry cleaner and was always satisfied with my service. Within the last year however it was taken over by Eugene a really personable young man who has really added a special level of service and atmosphere to the place. It sounds kind of funny to say that about a small dry cleaner's shop but it's true. 4 months ago I moved to Sunnyvale but I still make the drive over to Mountain View once a week because now I won't take my clothes anywhere else. Since I've been doing business with Eugene and his brother Luke (who recently became a partner) I've only had one mistake made with my clothes. To be honest I didn't even notice it after it was pointed out but they went out of their way to make it right free of charge despite my assurances that it wasn't necessary. Now Luke works at the Escuela location most days and we talk like friends. Really shows that Vogue's customer service is pretty unique and high caliber when you have that type of experience. I've never had a standard dry cleaner in the past, more mixed and matched based on whatever errand or location made me notice it or was quick/easy. Just picked up my coat. I am so happy. It looks like new. I have a small child and there was a vomiting incident with my white wool coat. I was worried that it couldn't be saved but they were able to get everything out. If you haven't used these guys before you should. I just moved to the area and finding a dry cleaner who I can trust with my garments is essential in my line of work were 90 percent of my clothes are dry cleaned. I decided to try this location just a block from my new apartment. I am extremely pleased with the two young men at the counter. The price is excellent and my suits and shirts are presented perfect. I was very surprised that by my third visit the young man knew my last name and I was in and out in a few minutes. I highly recommend this location. Parking is a bit awkward in getting in and out but being so close I could also walk. Excellent service and I'm happy that I have found an excellent dry cleaner so close. read more

I wish I could give them 10 Stars, I was referred to them by a friend when I was in a little bind. I don't live in Mountain View but I was told that they were awesome so I decided to drive out here. I have a dress that was very dirty from the bottom and needed it clean for a dinner party. I took it to Vogue and I seriously almost cried because it's good as new. Fantastic cleaners I've been using for over 5 years now. They've handled food stains, tailoring, even imported clothes from my husband's work trips to Japan with no problems at all. I've been using Vogure Cleaners for over a year now. The two brothers are very friendly and very customer centric. Once they had missed a spot on one of my shirts. When I took it back, they worked on removing the spot and were successful. Also, another time, I had seriously stained one of my favorite (and of course light color) jackets. They worked on it and then when I still said I could see a light shade of the stain, they worked on it more till it was essentially invisible. This was an oil stain and I really didn't think they would be able to remove it. Love these guys! read more

Friendly and quick service! I took in a long peacoat and my BF's dress shirt on a Monday, she said they'd be done by thurs, but I needed them by wed and she had no problem with that. It was $20 for dry cleaning my long peacoat and $6 for dry cleaning my BF's shirt. I don't take stuff to cleaners that often, but that seemed like fair prices to me. I can't say enough about how fantastic Vogue Cleaners was to me during a recent visit. While staying at a hotel, I used the hotel iron to press one of my shirts, and rusty water shot out of it leaving a gnarly stain. I was in a bind and needed the shirt cleaned by the next morning, and these guys were able to remove the stain IN THE SAME DAY. I dropped it off at 7am and picked it up at 7pm. Spilled yellow curry on a fancy dress, tried washing it out with ivory soap and water, and the stain turned RED. Oh my god. This place was around the corner, ran the dress over there, and they said there was probably nothing they could do, but they'd try. A few days later, the dress looks perfect, better than before.
