Giving this five stars because the other reviews are trash. This is a Japanese style buffet where in other places, there would be a conveyor belt that brings stuff around to pick from. This place doesn't have that so they do it to order. The more popular items like crab rangoons and lobster rolls will come out quick. Other things may take a while. So order multiple things at once. The calamari was not good but I'm not a huge fan anyways. The drinks took a while but were great. I definitely recommend the crab rangoons, the hibachi flounder, lobster rolls and shrimp sushi. The server kind of acted like he didn't want to be there but other than that, the place was great. No hot pot yet so we will be back to try that for sure.

Service was AMAZING! The vibe of the place was cool. We were trying something new but we didn't like the food much. Definitely the food gets a 2.5/10 but the service gets a 9/10 only because no one was at the hosting stand when we arrived.

I'm not a fan. This is all-you-can-eat but not buffet. On their appetizers they don't have anything that even resembles sashimi. I tried and was denied. I asked that they hold the fake crab and they did on one roll and not the other. I ordered the shrimp tempura which was fairly good and an order of calamari which I felt like was a fail. Oh well, you win some and you lose some

I've been coming here for years for the all you can eat sushi and finally tried the Korean BBQ. Everything was excellent as always.

This place is amazing. After traveling to both Las Vegas and Houston within the past 2 months and trying Korean BBQ in both places (Master Kim's 1 & 2 and Bon KBBQ), this place is right there with them in food quality and flavor. No more traveling to distant lands to have this! This is now my home all you can eat Korean BBQ spot. This is a definite must have when you have to have your AYCE KBBQ fix.

In terms of KBBQ it's lacking. Totally missing the banchan for the KBBQ. We got the $35 meat selection and Ordered the marinated skirt steak, ribeye steak, spicy pork bulgogi, pork belly, garlic shrimp, garlic butter mushrooms, asparagus, and teriyaki chicken. We orders the beef bulgogi too but it came out look a lot like pork than beef. They had a selection of AYCE sushi and slim pickin for the appetizers. There was also a cold bar that had some sauces, seaweed salad, squid salad, house salad, oranges, melon, and a few dessert. The marinade is on the sweet side. There is house sauce and spicy bbq sauce available on the table. Service was good. Drinks were refilled and we were checked on as needed. Taste wise it was okay. Good to ease someone that's never had KBBQ before, but if you're looking for a more authentic flavor and experience then you're better off making the drive to Gangnam in NOLA. Their hot pot seems promising BUT very minimal on the veggie selection. Oh! Side note: we inquired about doing both cooking styles and was informed it would be $5 additional per person. Very tempting but wasn't sure if it was worth it so we just did the BBQ.

Hey not bad at all. No sushi for me, but my mom enjoyed the Cajun roll. I had chicken fried rice and hibachi vegetables that were incredible. Service was nice, and the lunch special was very affordable. I wouldn't go at night for 26$ though, lunch for 16$

This is located in the old Nagoya building. If you're driving too fast it's easy to miss the driveway. But my bf and I decided to stop here on Fathers Day because everywhere else had a long wait. We decided to do the $25 all you can eat sushi, hibachi and small plates. I my opinion that was the best value because I was able to order udon noodles, chicken and veggie teriyaki, 3 sushi rolls, and ice cream. I strongly recommend checking them out! Great quality and quantity for your money.

Horribly rude staff and a live roach at the salad bar. According to the Louisiana Eat Safe Health Inspector website, they were also cited for a critical violation regarding "insect/rodent control" on March 24, 2023.

The inside was clean, spacious, and wasn't busy, which was nice bec we weren't fighting swarms of people like at a typical buffet. I tried a little sample of just about everything. I loved how the food was hot and I'd say the chicken dishes were my favorite. I was pleased with the price, it was a little over $30 for 2 adults, which I felt was good for an AYCE buffet on the weekend. Overall, I'd recommend Hunan if you're in the mood for a fair priced delicious AYCE Chinese buffet!

Although limited selection, 2 offered rolls incorporated tempura shrimp, and since I only eat cooked sushi - I was thrilled. Hunan still has great fried wonton, dumplings and the BEST spicy pork dish on any buffet in town. Today I also tried their steam fish entree which was offered in a very light (soy/mirrin?) sauce - sooo tasty, and I don't even like fish much but keep trying to incorporate into my meals for light protein. When I asked the workers there what type of fish it was because it did not taste fishy at all, he said catfish which I was frankly shocked. I usually don't like fish because it's so FISHY tasting, but the way that they steamed it in there light Asian sauce really made it flaky and delicious without a strong fishy taste. Although this buffet is by far one of the smallest in the Sherwood / Broadmoor areas, if you haven't tried it yet I definitely recommend you do so. Especially if you can come going to buffet is fresh when they open at 11:00 a.m.

We were out running errands and the pang of hunger reminded us that we had not eaten breakfast…read more Following a brief stop at the Asian Mart, we proceeded to Teriyaki Tiger, which was conveniently located nearby. The estimated wait time for our call-in order was 18 minutes. My husband arrived 5 minutes after placing the order and found that it was ready for pickup, enabling a quick in-and-out experience. This establishment proudly proclaimed on its website, 'Extraordinary specialty, authentic taste carefully selects the freshest ingredients and serving traditional Japanese culinary skills to satisfy your taste buds.' After driving by it numerous times, we decided to indulge in one traditional, authentic Japanese item from their menu, eager to experience the epitome of culinary excellence. Marvin Gaye sang 'What's Going On?' So, let me describe what's going on at Teriyard Tiger, located at 11228 Florida Blvd... absolutely nothing. Because when it comes to authentic Japanese dumplings, they are not being served here. The perfectly crispy looking machine-made dumplings looked crispy, but tasted like eating a flavorless frisbee. As someone who shelled out $12.13 for two orders of dumplings, I expected to get the real deal, not some pre-made, pre-frozen impostors. The filling was basically just cabbage with some mystery meat that might've been pork, but I'm not convinced. And don't even get me started on the soy sauce - it was like they tried to recreate Japanese flavors, but ended up with something that tasted like it belonged in a bad 80s movie. Here's a tip: just use Kikkoman like a normal person. Several reviewers are praising this establishment, but my initial experience with their dumplings was underwhelming. The cost of dining out has skyrocketed across the USAs and menu prices keep climbing. Wasting my coin on mediocre food is not an option so as the adage goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Unfortunately, they failed to impress by serving frozen food, which raises concerns about the freshness and quality of their offerings. This experience has led me to question the authenticity of their claims. Consequently, sticking to my one time resolution I will not be giving them a second chance unless someone else is treating.
