I've taken my car twice for the same sound, both times the sound comes back right away. Last time I took the car in, I explained to the gentleman Tom helping me that the sound keeps coming back. His response, "brakes ain't supposed to be completely silent". As if I'm coming in multiple times to waste my time. Then he informed me I have a minor coolant leak and would contact me once part is ready. No contact thus far. I also called to have an email receipt of my services there, they refused to send it to me. Other Volkswagen dealerships have no issue sending it as not everyone has time to drive all the way back for a hard copy. I am very disappointed and would not recommend coming here for service. Stay away! So the finance company they went through has been sued for shady practices. In reviewing my documents their finance department (Volkswagens finance department) at this location falsified documents. Yes I should've understood what I was signing, but I brought up my concerns to Danny Delgado and was told it was fine. Should've known they were shady when he had to send me different loan documents s form different companies. Anyway, after multiple attempts to contact the finance department and no return calls, we are going to have to go to court over the money they've cost me Oh and service department? Ha! They sold me a car on 4/5/22. I signed all documents and gave them my down payment. Drove off the lot at 8:30 pm the same day. I'm greeted with a phone call the next morning while at work(4/6/22 | 11:09 am) saying they need the car back. Asking where I am? Saying we can come to you and pick up the car. Give us the car back. They're claiming a technical error caused them to sell me a car that had already been sold to "corporate." Whether that's true or not is beyond me. After speaking to several people who handle car loans, banking, and the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs for the County of Los Angeles, nobody had ever heard of something like this happening before. My credit is "amazing" (their words) so this isn't a repo situation. I'm forced to leave work to avoid any damage occurring while I am away from the car. Otherwise, I'd be responsible for said damage according to the contract language. I arrive at the dealership and they immediately asked for my keys. I refuse until they sit down with me and break down what is happening. Everyone sticks to the same story. They mention how they "feel bad that this happened, but mistakes happen." Then try to sell me a car with fewer features and different color options, at the same price. The best they could do was $200 off the price. Delusional. Not even the amount of money I lose for missing out on a day's work. Still, no sign of the GM who happens to be out for lunch. I have the time since I had to leave work to handle this so I wait. Keep in mind, he and I spoke over the phone and I let him know I would be there and expected a check in my hands for the money I put down, a letter to the credit bureaus admitting fault to take the inquiry off my report and a copy of all documents from all our interactions from the past two days, he agreed. None of that, was there when I arrived and he was out for lunch. I waited roughly another hour, after 40 minutes of trying to get more answers from the salespeople. All this while other sales associates are mocking me and making jokes. How dare I try and get my money back and be upset this is happening to me. He does finally show up and gives me the same story. Anyway, we have been buying cars from them for over a decade. After this and the insult of an offer, they used to try and make it right if you could even call it that. We will not be back and will be warning everyone about how awful they have become. How they mock people looking to get their money back after their screw-up. Avoid, avoid, avoid. read more

Estimated wait time I was told was about 3 hours so left to take care of my errands and returned to wait about 4-5 hours more and even though I asked an estimate time they mentioned my car was next and would be out shortly. Ray was always great about letting us know whenever a vehicle was available--even before our reserved car actually arrived. The staff was really great about helping us navigate available EV owner benefits and credits. When my parents bought an EV with another luxury manufacturer, their sales folks didn't really advise them of the incentives available. From first test drive with salesperson, John, to negotiating a deal with Manager, Jamal, it was a smooth experience. Figured the car might be up for grabs until I arrived but when I got there the car had a "Sold" sign in the window. Nice. Jamal was gracious and quick to respond to questions via text/phone. No hard selling techniques. Just real people to talk with. The process in the dealership took a couple hours but I gather that's pretty normal. Several people stayed late at the dealership to finish our deal. Then they washed and detailed the car for us. John took the time to sit in the car and go over how to use the tech. Finance Manager Danny D. was awesome. He went through everything and gave us great advice on how to finance the car. Highlights: -- Good people. -- Clean, pleasant dealership. -- No hidden fees. I paid just what I was quoted. -- VW 2018's and newer have 6 year/72k mile bumper-to-bumper warranty--big selling point. Will update as my interaction with them goes on. So far, all positive. One small nitpick, you may get hung up on if you call. Maybe the phone system. Happened a bunch to me, but keep calling. They're worth it. UPDATE: VW Pas came through on promise of some floor mats made during my deal. Good follow-up. UPDATE 2: Credit score has dropped 44 points since buying the car. First hit upon applying for loan.
