A week ago, our dryer was sounding like it was laboring to spin the drum. I checked a few vendors on Yelp to figure out a reputable service. Several service repairs said that they would not do work on dryers that were stacked. Volta, however, responded quickly and sent David out to assess the situation. When David showed up (within 2 days of my initial inquiry), he was quick to assess that the motor of our dryer was being loosened by two loose screws, which he was able to quickly fix. But since our dryer had never been maintained, we asked if he could do this. He was able to do this job on the spot (took about 1 hour, and didn't require the dryer to be taken down). Now the dryer works like before. Super happy with his service and professionalism. The rate they charged was very fair too. Would recommend! read more
