My centralized heater stopped working right during the holidays. Reached out to many over the weekend and Volta not only called back on Monday but also was able to find someone to check the same day late in the evening. James was able to figure out the issue with the blower right away. Discussed the challenges of finding the replacement parts for bit older model like mine and followed up with call in the morning next day with a quote and placed the order. The office promptly scheduled a follow-up as soon as the part arrived on same day late in the evening. James installed the part and discovered that another part was having issues when the system turned on. He tried his best for several hours though it was too late ~8 PM to keep it running at least for the night. Safety first approach and so turned it off. I would say James was bit disappointed as he cared about us having to deal with low temp this whole time. However he was relentless and very next morning found the replacement part, gave me the most fair and reasonable price for tit. Drove to the warehouse himself and came right back and fixed in no time. He went above and beyond to have the heater working on coldest day of the year. Can't ask for more!!!! Great service from James! I needed my AC fixed - the receptionist, Alice, was excellent and gave me appointment options for the next day. Upon my request, she said she'd look for same day appointments, and within a half hour, she called back and we scheduled an appointment for today. James (the technician) texted me when he was on the way. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and replaced our blower capacitor. The unit was up and running soon after. James is extremely well-mannered! Called Volta mid Friday because my furnace will not turn on. The guy who answered was very helpful and said he has a technician who can come to my house between 4pm-6pm. I was glad that a technician can come the same day because in other companies i tried the earliest was Tuesday. James, the technician, arrived around 4:30pm and was courteous and pleasant to talk to. He immediately looked at the furnace and my thermostat. James short diagnosed the problem being a bad control board. James quoted me the cost of labor and replacement part. I called Volta HAVC service for the second opinion since my home insurance authorised technicians came to conclusion that my refrigerator is not fixable. James, Volta Technician did perfect diagnosis and said that it is a fixable issue and provided the clear report and it helped me to reopen case with home insurance for claims. David, Volta manager closely worked with home insurance and convinced them about the diagnosis report and got authorised for the fix. He installed the latest nest in my older condo and researched another issue which end up being nothing wrong but a simple issue of a switch accidentally turned off and because I had another service, I was not charged for that.
