    BEST Bloody Mary!
    Patrycja M.

Best bloody I've had in my 40+ years on this planet, and I've had a lot of bloodies! They make their own mixer, which includes infused sun dried tomatoes, garlic and lemons. One of a kind famous bloody, I'll be back!

It was a rainy day in P-Town and four of us were shopping. One of the four of us requires libations whilst partaking in retail therapy, so we decided that Vorelli's was just the right place. It was! We had cocktails, snacks and good conversation. Super friendly service, relaxed vibe and a solid menu with options for everyone. Cheers!!

On a cool April afternoon, ducking into a booth at Vorellii's is a smart thing to do. Reasonable prices, no-nonsense and efficient service, and tasty lobster rolls. Recommended!

We stopped in for lunch and were so happy we did. The decor is old world style charm with wooden booths, soft lighting and relaxing music softly playing. Our server was personable and engaging. We ordered the half lobster roll with clam chowder. The meal was a nice portion size and so delicious. There were large chunks of tasty lobster served on a toasted roll with a side of bread pickles. The chowder was just the right texture of creaminess with plenty of clams and potatoes mixed in. Prices are very reasonable and meals are served in a timely manner. Stop in if you're in town!

Great little quiet restaurant . We sat near the window and watched people walk up and down Commercial St. The service was awesome. I had the crab cake with baked fries. V had the lobster roll with clam chowder soup. It was our first time here, and we loved it. We will visit again when we come back to P-town from Philadelphia PA.

I got a lobster roll and their clam chowder, it was delish!!!

As a vegan, there weren't many options for me. But the rest of my group enjoyed their food! I had two different drinks, and they were delicious. Well balanced flavors and not too sweet. Also, the server/bartender was attentive and friendly.

Great bar and bartender Jeff was excellent. First trip, we ordered calamari and coconut shrimp apps and some cocktails at the bar. We really enjoyed the shrimp app. Second visit, we made reservations for outside seating on the deck. Good view of the Provincetown harbor and a piano that sits on the beach. The American menu offers seafood and steakhouse options. Soups include French onion and seafood chowders. Our server, Chrissy, was very personable and super friendly. She definitely provided good information on menu for wine and dinner. We went with lobster chowder and coconut shrimp for starters and the pork chops with mashed potatoes for dinner. Chowder was loaded with seafood and flavorful. The pork chop was cooked medium to perfection with an amazing sauce. The mashed potatoes were very good. The meals were very filling so dessert was not ordered. The dessert menu offered full list for all palates including good list of digestifs. Both visits provided excellent experiences. No parking offered at restaurant. Park at P-town parking lots. The restaurant is located on second floor of Whalers' Wharf.

EXTREMELY DISTURBING EXPERIENCE WITH THE WAITER!…read more This took place around 9:00 PM on Thursday, June 4. Our group consisted of three couples dining together. At the end of the meal, we asked if the bill could be split into thirds. Our waiter, Martin P., told us that he would not split the check and instead instructed us to write down exactly what each person ordered so that he could charge us separately. Although no other restaurant we visited in Provincetown required us to do this, we followed his instructions and listed our individual items. When Martin returned, he was visibly upset and stated that our payments were approximately $70 short. There was confusion because our group was trying to determine who had already paid, who had not, and whether something had been missed in the calculations. I even asked whether we were expected to calculate individual tax amounts ourselves, as no one knew what tax would be for each separate charge. Rather than calmly helping us resolve the discrepancy, Martin began yelling at our group. At one point he stated, "If I don't get $70, I am going to charge one of the credit cards that I have." This immediately concerned us. We were not refusing to pay. We were actively trying to understand where the discrepancy occurred and make sure the restaurant received the full amount owed. To resolve the issue, one of my friends and I went with Martin into a back room to review the charges. After reviewing everything, my friend agreed to pay the remaining balance immediately. The payment was processed and the bill was fully paid. At that point I was trying to calm the situation and bring it to a close. Instead, Martin became even more agitated and began yelling profanities at us. He shouted, "Get the f*** out of my restaurant! It's people like you why we don't split checks! You all need to get the f*** out now!" Other people started noticing this go down. We were stunned. The bill had been paid. Nobody was attempting to leave without paying. We were simply trying to resolve a billing issue after following the waiter's instructions. As we were leaving, my wife later told me that Martin placed his HAND ON HER BACK and guided her toward the exit. While it was not forceful, it felt unnecessary and added to an already hostile and intimidating experience. What happened next is why I ultimately decided to write this review. A few days later, while walking through Provincetown looking for a place to have lunch, our group passed The Mayflower Food & Drink and noticed Martin working there. When he saw us, he deliberately tapped on the glass to get our attention. After making eye contact, he made a hand gesture across his neck and pointed for us to leave and keep walking. The original incident had already ended. The bill had been paid. Yet days later he still felt the need to single out our group and signal that we were unwelcome. Had this simply been confusion over a split check, I would not be writing this review. Billing mistakes happen. What I cannot overlook is being threatened with unauthorized credit card charges, being screamed at with profanity while attempting to resolve the issue, being ordered out after the bill had been paid, Martin touching my wife, and then encountering the same employee days later making a gesture directed at our group from another restaurant. This experience was troubling enough that I believe others should be aware of it.

Burger was sizable and cooked perfect to medium request. Bacon was rich but crisp and the Grafton cheddar had a melty sharpness you needed. Fries were hefty with crisp and fluff interior. Awesome onion strings so crispy! Fried green tomato held up well in the sandwich and the BLT was delicious overall. Loved this dinner and was a highlight of my vacation. The ambience is lovely...it feels high-end without being pretentious. Food choices provide something for everyone, including those with any kind of gluten sensitivity and other dietary restrictions. Our server was excellent and all of the food was outstanding. Personally, I thought that my salmon was one of the best pieces of cooked salmon I've ever had. (I prefer my salmon raw and tend to shy away from cooked salmon because it's usually overcooked and dry.) Others at the table had the duck sliders, the special oxtail soup, the burger and a different fish dish. Rave reviews all around. Cocktails were also well done! I'm still thinking about the flavor on the seafood--I was practically licking the plate! My dining partner got the lamb skewer ($28) and particularly liked the side sauce it came with. We finished with the lemon tart ($13), which was like a deconstructed lemon bar. It came with a sugar cookie on the side and fresh mint. It was so good that we were scraping the bowl! Unfortunately, the exterior of the building is easy to miss, with all of the curtains closed, making it blend into its surroundings unless you're specifically looking for it. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and appreciated the thoughtful nods to the original location, with several familiar items on display. It was a nice touch that added some character and nostalgia. We chose to sit at the bar, which is quite large. The bartender was responsible for approximately 20 bar guests while also handling drink service for the restaurant. Despite being spread very thin, she was friendly, attentive, and made excellent martinis. She truly did the best she could under the circumstances. We ordered an appetizer, which took a long time to arrive. When our entrées were served, both the pasta and chicken dishes were only lukewarm. The sauces were extremely thin--more like soup than a pasta sauce. To add to the disappointment, there was no bread service because the restaurant had run out of bread. Overall, the meals were fair but fell well short of our expectations. As we were leaving, we tried to speak with the hostess about the new location and the restaurant's plans for the future. Unfortunately, she seemed dismissive and showed little interest in having a conversation with us. We genuinely wanted Front Street's new chapter to be a success and were hoping for a much better experience, especially after spending nearly $200. There is certainly potential here--the location is beautiful, and some members of the staff are clearly working hard--but the overall dining experience simply did not match the price point. We hope the restaurant is able to address these issues as it settles into its new home for the rest of this season.
