Came here because I am looking for a new nail salon,workers seemed friendly the first time I came there is only about 3-4 workers. I usually get gel manicure(simple no designs) they had the elderly lady do my nails. I felt the manicure was a bit sloppy. Wasn't pleased but I told myself next time I go I will not have her do my nails. I didn't complain just noted this for next time. So next time came around and this is now my second time there .They tried having the Elderly lady do my nails again but this time I had to say something so they had her do my pedicure instead. (Which was whatever) The girl that did my manicure did a good job but that same night the gel literally came off with some of my real nail and when I went back the next day to fix it they charged me saying that it's because I broke it off when I had gel with no fake nails. And To top it off my nails are short already I posted a picture of my red nails so you can see how she fixed the nail it is very horrible. The worst I ever seen and I've been getting my nails done twice a month for the past 10 years practically. I didn't get mad I called everything I just told them nicely I won't be returning. I've been coming here for a couple years now and I was so happy to find a good nail salon after a lot of trial and error. I was very upset to go in one day and not find the owners that I was used to. I loved the way Karen did my acrylics. After I noticed there was new owners I was a little bummed but I decided to give them a try. I was very disappointed with the way Mimi serviced me. She acts as a receptionist and pays very little attention to her customers! She kept answering her phone, texting people, and attending anyone who came in by walking to greet them.. all while doing my manicure. (Using the same gloves during COVID). I also feel that they mistreat one of the older lady's that works there who has been working there since I started going. Every time I go they're yelling in their own language and making faces to her always demanding her to do things. As me and my sister were getting serviced w/ other people around including an elder lady, there were some business people taking inventory inside the store and they were walking in and out and one of the customers had to tell them to put on a mask. Like really!? Some of this was off topic but I just feel that these new owners are very unprofessional and I won't be coming back. Now to find another good nail salon within the area! read more

This is a little hidden gem in a local shopping center near my home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I walked in and they sat me down and we started my mani and pedi right away. A few minutes the clients starting pouring in. I thought they attended and acknowledged everyone as soon as they walked in. My gel mani was very nice and clean, my pedicure as well. ive been here a a couple of times and normally the service is really good but I came in today and said "hello" and no one asked me what I came in for today so I sat down and then a guy comes in a couple mins after me and he sat him down right away. Place is cute and small, the staff of friendly but there is only about 5 of them so when it gets busy they're all running around. Even the techs working on my hands and feet will stop what they're doing to welcome and check another customer in and start the water in the foot spa or help a customer pay them come back to helping me. It just seems like they're always being Interrupted while assisting clients. I've been there about 3 times already and my most recent time I got the super deluxe pedicure with a acrylic gel fill on my hands and I always ask to cut my cuticle which is another 5$ extra. The girl who did my toes did a good job but the tech that did my hands I feel Did a very sloppy job. It's only been 4 days and my cuticle and where the polish meet look horrible. I already have hangnails and it looks like it's been at least 2 weeks. It took them almost 2 hours to finish everything and right after the girl finished polishing about two toe nails she got up and left to help another customer and the guy doing my hands had o finish. I don't think I will come back here again. I spent $100 thats day (not including tip) and I want the job that I paid for to look nice like the amount I'm paying for. This is my first ever yelp review. That's how bad this was. I've been to this place three times now and the first two visits were ok. But today was horrible. The older lady with the glasses did my nails and did a terrible job. As you can see in the photos, there is polish all over my hands, and this is AFTER having asked her to clean it up because it looked so sloppy. I got my nails done around noon today. Its almost ten pm and the top layer of gel polish is literally peeling off one of my nails (see photo). I have no time to get this re-done by them as I leave for a trip first thing in the morning. I will have to have my nails re-done while on vacation. Such a waste of money. If you do here avoid the older lady at all costs. read more

Came in for a fill and let me tell you, the lady hooked up my nails. They looked way better than they first did lol. She did the coffin shape so perfect and overall made my nails look fantastic. I'm very picky about how my nails are done and I can honestly say she exceeded my expectations! I'm so happy I found a new spot so close to home.
