Fair warning, if your new to the lash experience be prepared for service to take an hour and they provide a pillow to prop up your legs while you lay down and a blanket if you get cold. Tell them exactly what you are looking for and they can walk you through options. I love how professional they are and from what I've experienced from other places I regret they actually have the most reasonable prices. I encourage you to give them a try as well and there is a discount for new clients I believe but I don't remember now.

After burning eyes/ skin, itchy, uncomfortable feeling and an extended search I found this place. My tech, Angela who was wonderful was so caring. I explained my previous experiences and very proud and confident said " well that won't happen here". I thought well we will see about that. lol Well here I am so excited to say my eyelashes are beautiful, exactly what I wanted. I forget that I even have them until somebody compliments them. I definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back in two weeks for my fill.

Unfortunately, my second visit, just a few days before a wedding I was attending, was a completely different experience. Looking back, I wish they had rescheduled my appointment. As soon as I laid down, I realized the lash artist wasn't feeling well. If you're sick or not feeling well, it's common courtesy to wear a mask, especially when you're working inches away from someone's face. She was breathing directly on me, and I could hear her repeatedly wiping her nose. It made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, she seemed unsure of what she was doing and even had to ask someone at the front desk to come help her. I stayed patient and didn't complain. My first appointment had been finished quickly, so I expected something similar, but this appointment took much longer and the final result wasn't what I had asked for. She was also very rough while working, constantly grabbing my face with the same hands she had been using to wipe her nose. I felt unhygienic and genuinely worried that I was going to get sick. I'm a pretty easygoing person and usually don't speak up, but I was so disappointed with the outcome. I went to the restroom afterward because I was upset, and when I came back, I simply asked to pay. The person at the front desk asked if I was happy with my service, so I honestly explained everything that had happened. He apologized, but no solution was offered--no attempt to fix my lashes, no discount, or any effort to make the situation right. I told him I wouldn't be returning. My feedback is simple: if an employee is sick, please have them wear a mask or reschedule appointments out of respect for your clients. And if someone is still learning, make sure they're properly trained or reschedule the appointment until they're confident in the service they're providing. It would make a huge difference in the overall client experience.

The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

They honestly resembled a drugstore strip lash rather than a customized volume set. I called the salon and was told they could fix them. Unfortunately, the same technician ( ivy) worked on me again. She appeared defensive and, at one point, spoke to a colleague in another language during the appointment. While I want to assume she was asking for help, the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable and unsure of what was being said. After the "fix," the lashes looked even worse -- very heavy and spiky, giving a tarantula-like appearance. When I expressed concern, I was told this was the "doll look," and that the reference photo I showed (from the company's own website) was different because it was a cat-eye shape and the model had different eyes. This was confusing, as I've had similar styles done successfully by other lash technicians in the past. Overall, it was disappointing to see lash styles advertised that the technician didn't seem comfortable or experienced executing, and even more disappointing that this wasn't acknowledged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Out of the blue my grandma talked me into getting my toes done (I love how they come out I always get compliments) and the lady doing my toes asked to see my nails which is veryy normal I love when they take their time peaking at my set or while I get them done I find it so cute. she took a peak and said oh there cool huh that's when I knew I couldn't pay full price for my set but again I was too scared until another lady saw me looking at them too much and she came over asking to see my nails oh my days the face she made at them was beyondd. She immediately told my grandma to go to the side so she could fix them. The fact that this thousand square-foot place was basically empty should've been my first sign. My appointment was at 4 pm. She didn't complete the appointment she previously had until 4:45. When I asked the owner and her staff what the hold up was, she kept telling me she was almost finished. 45 minutes later I finally started my pedicure. When I checked in, no one notified me she would be running late. They have pedicure menu options upwards of $75. Laughable. My gel pedicure was $75. I asked my pedicurist to do my pedicure with hot water. They had no hot water. THEY HAD NO HOT WATER!!!!! So my entire pedicure was done in cold water. I let the owner know and she said it was because they have been doing head spas all day. Again, laughable. My pedicurist insured me that she was going to give me a discount. At this point, I didn't care I just wanted to be finished. When I go to pay, the lady at the cash register hands me a gift card for $10. I asked her what that was for and she said that was my discount. I said why the hell would I want a gift card for $10? The service you provided was terrible. Why would I wanna come back here and how is this at all the compensation for waiting 45 minutes and then having to do a pedicure in cold water? She then said she could take five dollars off of my treatment. I just hugged my lady and told her to call me when she's left this place, left after paying, and will never look back. This business won't last long. Not even the people who live in this area should accept this kind of quality.
