Pretty good pho option for this far north of Haltom City. Stopping by on the weekend (only time it is available) for the Bun Bo Hue (a spicy beef stew) is a good move. The other weekend special is Mi Xao Gio (stir fried veggies on a nest of crisp egg noodles) is pretty good too. Other Vietnamese staples too: bahn mi, coi cuon (spring rolls), and beef stew (regular on weekdays). Bottom line: I love the spicy options! read more

This is not my favorite pho place of all times, but it is one of the better joints in north FW. The broth was rich and flavorful, not too salty or bland. I always get my usual pho tai (eye round steak), and it comes out just right. There is room for improvement in terms of adding more noodles & meat into that large pool of broth. For appetizers, I enjoyed the egg rolls, freshly fried. Wait a few seconds before biting into them or else feel the hot burn. The fried calamari, although seasoned with salt & pepper, erred on the tasteless side; the quantity that they serve to customers was so little compared to what they charge for the appetizer. If you're not into pho, they have quite a variety of rice dishes. I really liked the grilled pork chop rice plate. The meat was well marinated, tender, and juicy. For the combination fried rice, the plate included chicken, beef, & shrimp. The dish was your typical stir fry, but a little heavy-handed on the soy sauce. Drink plenty of water to dilute that down. I absolutely love their Vietnamese iced coffee; order this when you're dining in. They have the entire shebang...coffee filter and everything. The coffee is quite strong. Last time, I ordered the coffee togo, and it just did not taste the same. Somehow the brewing was rushed, and it felt like there was artificial flavoring added - not as delightful if I was dining in and watching it brew myself. They also serve boba, which I have yet to try. Service is pretty fast. Overall, the food is decent, but the prices can be a little steep for the quantity they bring to the table. read more

I want to start by saying the food is quite tasty. But the service has gone down, the prices have skyrocketed as well. The portions are small and extras will cost you. If you don't mind that, then by all means go for it! The pho broth is rich with flavor, my favorite is the veggie pho; it comes with baby Bok choy, broccoli, I think nappa cabbage, carrots, but I don't think the broth is veggie based I'm not entirely sure. The spring rolls are occasionally hit or miss but mostly fresh and delicious. I recommend this place for date night. The only reason I am changing my rating from four stars to three stars is due to the fact of how poorly my family and I were treated the last time we dined here. Ugh. Disappointment and annoyance are the two words that come to mind with my experience. I got the "Five Spice Roasted Chicken" with flavored Red Rice. "Man, I better get the half chicken portion. There's no way I can finish a full chicken!" I think to myself. I get my plate and my immediate reaction is "WTF." This thing is TINY (I compared the chicken to the Sweet n' Low packet, so you get an idea of how tiny this thing is). It's like half a quail. "THIS is a chicken?," I ask the manager/owner/supervisor. "Yes, it's like a hen." "...." Maybe that should be specified on the menu then. Flavor wise, it was pretty good, but I think due to the small size, it got overcooked, so the breast was stringy/kind of dry. The red rice is basically regular white rice mixed with something tomato-y (reminiscent of ketchup). Not necessarily bad, but I think I would've preferred regular rice (the red rice is ideal for all you adults who liked mixing your rice with ketchup as a child). read more

I ordered some pho to-go. Definitely hit the spot for my recent pho craving. Staff is nice, the decor looks retro modern and the restroom was clean. Nothing really bad to say. My 3 phos togo were all huge compared to some other places. I think this pho is okay for the Keller area, there aren't too many spots close by that sell pho, so I was happy. The pho dac biet came w a lot of noodles, tripe, steak, and tendon. I added extra meatball. The menu looks interesting, will come back and try more. This is a great Pho place if you're around the Watauga/ Keller area. There are not many Pho places open around here and this a great choice for those who need to quickly satisfy that craving. Their Pho is pretty good, a little bit pricey compared to other places I have visited but given the area they are in, that's understandable. I've tried the Pho a couple times and they are pretty consistent in the flavor in broth. This place has become my new favorite pho place. I normally get the pork and rice plate when I go to pho places and that is what I got here. The presentation was great along with the flavor. The pork wasn't over cooked it was done perfectly. Been here twice now and we are so thrilled that we have a place in our neck of the woods we can go to and get decent Vietnamese without having to drive to Haltom City. Excited to see a new Vietnamese restaurant in the Keller Watauga area. This is a clean modern place with a trendy feel. I ordered my usual, Pho Tai and spring rolls. The Pho was a smaller bowl and cost a few dollars more than most Vietnamese places, esp those in Haltom city. They only offer one size. The Pho Tai was ok at best. Seemed to be missing something, just not enough of that marrow flavoring to me. The spring rolls, well I decided to branch out and try something different. I got the salmon spring rolls. The fish was way too strong and over powered the whole deal. I won't order those again. They couldn't seem to understand what my daughter wanted. She wanted grilled pork spring rolls. Not sure if it was offered on the menu or not, but the language barrier was sufficient enough that she got something called a "traditional" roll, which isn't what she asked for. She said it was ok, but a bit bland. Some of the staff were a bit quick, so focused on speeding here and there and taking fast orders and running around, as if speed was the only focus. They were so fast to walk by, didn't refill glasses of water, left plates on tables, and one person seemed rather unhappy to be at work. A few others seemed happy. Mixed bag on the staff. After eating my spring rolls and small bowl of pho, I was still hungry and wanted to order more food. They brought the ticket and walked away. I guess that meant I wasn't to order anything else, so I didn't. If you want a modern trendy place, this is a place to go for the western minded person. Vermicelli with shrimp was the same as dry noodles. Bigger shrimp would nice. Pho is small compared to other spots but the location is perfect for summer as you can get ice cream next door. Vermicelli with pork was good. What's really good is the selection of boba drinks and options. Boba isnt overcooked or undercooked and has the right texture. The pork bahn mi was nice and buttery on the outside with a hint of salt. The flavors of the fillings were so tasty and the cilantro gave it a nice burst of freshness. W ordered the veggie spring roll and the chicken spring roll. The veggie roll was by far my favorite especially with hoisin sauce. The pho had a nice flavor but it was more my husband's thing. I came on the second day of grand opening and I was severely disappointed. This would've been a perfect Vietnamese place to go because the next nearest place is 20 minutes away. I got the shaken beef with caramelized onions. The beef was not only completely flavorless, but was also tough. The vegetables it came with were undercooked and hard, and the onions were almost raw.", leaving an extremely acrid smell in my mouth. I also got shrimp tempura spring rolls, which were also not good, coming with only 1 shrimp per spring roll. I really did not enjoy the food but the service was decent, but considering we were the only people there it's not easy to confidently say.
