The salad was good, refreshing. No spice whatsoever, but we knew that (one of the girls can't handle as much spice). The winner of our dinner? The Thai Tea Flight! I love the option of flights anywhere I go. It gives you the chance to try all the flavors you're curious about without committing to one that you may or may not like. Man... these were amazing. If I had to rank the flavors-- it was a toss-up between the Original Thai Tea and the Ube but since this is the battle of the Thai Teas... the OG gets a slight edge. Both freaking amazing though (we ordered full sizes of these after). Obviously Thai Iced Coffee comes next but coffee should be it's own category. It wins on its own as coffee. I see a picture of basil chicken on here that might be worth trying, but for $18 for the pad thai I was definitely disappointed. But since I had some recently, I decided to go with something different: the pork belly basil stir fry and OMG, it blew my mind. Amazing flavor, so much fresh Thai basil! The veggies were still crisp, the pork so tender, and such a generous portion! I haven't had something so remarkably tasty in awhile. I hope they come back to gazebo garden frequently, as I don't usually visit the other food truck hot spots.
