The trashcan is full and it's dirty stains everywhere. The picture doesn't know justice and it smells.

I repeated my order three times. No rice, sauce on the side and only veggies. He still gave me lots of sauce (too much) in my bowl. I told them that there are no more straws no more lids by the fountain drink machine and he pointed and said there's some by the register instead of saying OK no problem, I will fill it up. The trashcan is filthy. The counters are not wiped down. I will never come here again. The place is empty and there's four workers on this Monday shift at 4:20 PM. Unacceptable service and acceptable hospitality and dirty and it smells!

Steak bowl with Avocado and mini chicken bowl.

Great food super fresh and great customer service from Jaimy ! Would definitely be coming back.

After trying multiple roast duck delis, I can confidently say Duck Palace is one of those places…read morethat quietly delivers exactly what you want--no gimmicks, just consistently well-executed classics this far east of SGV Let's start with what you're here for: the roast duck. This is where Duck Palace really earns its name. The skin hits that ideal balance--lightly crisp with a slight lacquered sheen--while the meat underneath stays juicy and flavorful without being overly fatty. It's not trying to be trendy or reinvent anything; it's just done right. The seasoning leans traditional Cantonese--savory, slightly sweet, and aromatic without being heavy-handed. I did not try the supporting dishes, but they had a good variety outside the roast duck. This is where you can tell whether a place is a one-hit wonder or a true kitchen. They had BBQ combo plates, stir-fried dishes, and various sides. Service here is efficient, is part of the charm. You're coming for good food, done well. Best to call in to reserve a duck ahead of time because they will sell out by mid-afternoon. The space itself is clean and straightforward--more casual than upscale--but comfortable enough for both quick meals and relaxed family meals. What I appreciate most about Duck Palace is the consistency. The price is reasonable for what you are paying for and the duck combo meal is enough to feed 2-3 people. Pro tips: - Go earlier in the day if you want the freshest roast selections. - Takeout holds up surprisingly well (the duck skin still has some integrity if you don't let it sit too long). - Great option when you want authentic flavors without driving deeper into the valley. - Discount for paying in cash Bottom line: If you're in Diamond Bar and craving authentic Cantonese roast meats, Duck Palace is a reliable go-to. It may not be flashy, but it delivers where it counts--and sometimes, that's exactly what you want.

Man this place is good. The duck tastes just like the ones in Hong Kong. I didn't get any of that…read more"duck taste", which is amazing. Most duck places in SGV still have the gamey taste of duck. My friend got the salted chicken, and that was delicious too. Their sets come with cold side dishes and rice. Overall I think Duck Palace is a great place for a very casual and quick meal. Note: You'll probably smell like food when you leave the restaurant though! Keep that in mind if you have to go somewhere else after.

I ordered the tofu stew with sausage, and the portion was huge!! I ended up splitting it over two meals. I also added an egg for an extra $2.50, which was a nice touch. Overall, the stew was delicious and really hit the spot. The ordering process is pretty straightforward bc you pay first before finding a seat. There's also plenty of parking available outside, which is super convenient. One cute detail I loved was the small ice cream bar in the front which it adds a fun touch to the place. I'd definitely come back again!

The interior was a more empty feeling space but maybe it was because it was just empty on a Saturday evening. The food itself was honestly just okay. I have had some curry udon in the past, but it just feels like this was a packaged curry with udon noodles and sausage. This was not worth the price. Same with the spicy rice cakes. The sauce and soup was solid, but a bit too much tang and it felt more like a packaged rice cake you can buy from the store the cheese was melted at first, but it became hard quickly after. I don't think I'd recommend both of the items. The saving grace was the Korean fried chicken wings. These are good, the sauce was yummy, and the texture was great. I was disappointed because of the high remarks for this place.

If you are looking for a Mediterranean spot that balances speed with high-quality, healthy food,…read moreGeorgie's is it. The restaurant is very clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. I visited with my husband and our toddler, and the staff was kind and accommodating to our family. We each tried the falafel plate--the falafel was perfectly cooked and everything on the plate tasted bright and fresh. It's rare to find a place that offers such quick service without sacrificing the quality of the ingredients. Whether you're looking for a quick sit-down lunch or a healthy dinner to take home, this place is a gem. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

It comes with pita and garlic sauce too which is so flavorful! I like to split the pita, spread the garlic sauce inside the split pita bread, then I put the meat and salad and sometimes I add the tzatziki too! I always tell people to come hete or I bring them myself because it's just too good! The only thing is sometimes I wish there was more meat! You only get 5 pieces of meat usually and for almost $20 it's a high price for a small amount of meat! Other than that, I still come back bc I can't find a place that has this quality, just wish there was more meat on the kabob plates!

The BEST chili cheese fries in the I.E…read more Being semi new to the area, I have been on the hunt for the best chili cheese fries around town. As an L.A native I have my go to spots, and I hadn't been able to find any place to compare, until now! The chili cheese fries were amazing!! The fries were perfectly cooked & seasoned (not too salty), the chili is flavorful, and the amount of cheese on top was perfect. Each layer of ingredients complimented one another. I placed my order via drive thru, and even with a couple cars ahead of me the service was fast. The cashier was friendly & offered yellow chili peppers with my order && of course I said yes! The yellow chili peppers complemented the fries perfectly. If you're on the hunt for chili cheese fries, look no further.

The negative is it was very bland. The steak had lacked flavor or seasoning, nor did the eggs and hash brown, and there was a LOT of hash brown. I did ask for some salsa, which helped in the flavor department, but should salsa be required for flavor??? Lastly, the person who took my order asked if I wanted any hot sauce or ketchup. I said ketchup please. Yeah, I got a handful of hot sauce instead. There are some other menu items I want to try so I'm probably going to go back. I'm just going to avoid the breakfast burritos for sure.

My kids and I recently visited The Stand and had a great overall experience…read more I ordered the Onion Stack Burger, and it was excellent. The bun had a great texture, the burger was grilled perfectly, and the crispy onions added a delicious crunch that really elevated the whole sandwich. I paired it with The Stand Blonde Ale and wasn't disappointed! The beer complemented the burger very well. Part of me wished the burger came with a side, but considering the burger alone was over 1,000 calories, I was probably better off without the temptation! For the kids, we ordered the mac and cheese and a hot dog, and both were well received. I also appreciated that they offer a good variety of kid-friendly sides, which gives families plenty of options. We also shared a cookies and cream milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and very tasty. The only downside to our visit was a small service issue. I had to help my kids in the restroom and couldn't leave the table unattended. By the time I returned, my daughter's leftover mac and cheese, which she wanted to save, and our lemonade had been cleared away. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was disappointing since we weren't quite finished with them. My daughter wants to come back because this was apparently the best mac and cheese ever. Overall, the food was excellent and I'd definitely come back. Just wish there had been a little more caution before clearing items from the table.
