Been to many Raising Canes locations and this is pretty consistent with other locations. Service is pretty quick here and staff are friendly which is great. I try to order online if I were to pickup and it's always ready when I arrive shortly. Parking is plentiful outside, free parking lot with plenty of spots. They have a drive through which gets pretty packed during peak hours. Also have plenty of seating inside and is moderately spacious. What's efficient is that the vibe is very clean overall, not smelly at all but instead it's filled with chicken smell, very adequate. My go to here is the box combo, 4 pieces of fried chicken, sub the coleslaw for extra toast, and some fries. Food is very tasty. Often times the chicken strips I receive are big and tender, not dry at all and very crunchy. Toast is definitely the star of the show, crunchy on the outside with a soft interior. Very warm and tasty. The Canes Sauce works with everything on the combo, not too salty, but not too sweet either. Sauce is perfect. Overall, a solid spot in Chino Hills, I do wish that they upgrade their rewards program to be more accessible, other than that, no other cons. Very solid spot overall. read more

This was my first time at Raising Cane's, and Audrianna made the experience a great one. She was incredibly friendly, took the time to walk me through the menu, and really went out of her way to help me decide what to order. Excellent customer service! The restaurant also had plenty of indoor seating, which made it comfortable to dine in. As for the food, I thought the chicken fingers were just okay. They were pretty plain in flavor and not as crispy as I expected. I've seen Raising Cane's in a lot of places, but after trying it, I don't really understand all the hype. I came here on a Monday night and it was a little busy. Parking is pretty easy since they have their own parking lot. Once inside the first thing I noticed was that it was decorated like a party inside. There were 3 disco balls spinning in the middle of the room and the music was kinda playing loud. Not sure if it was the like that all the time or if it was just that night but it was very different than your typical fast casual spot. It was nice. I ordered something small, a kids meal which was about $8.20 with no drink. It came with 2 strips and fries with a sauce. I didn't get a drink. The strips come very hot, fries were pretty hot too. It was pretty small. I was with my Dad and he got a 3 count meal which came with 2 Texas toasts, fries and 3 strips. When we found a table, it was pretty dirty.. we had to wipe it ourselves. I roll up tonight around 9 pm and the young brunette high school girl working with the tablet/menu wouldn't come to my door window so I could read the menu. She literally stood like 7 feet back. Food is great, no complaints. My issue is with the cleanliness of this restaurant. Sunday, 12/28 the exterior trashcan was full with drinks around the rim of the trash can. The restroom I went into had no seat covers, and only one roll had a few sheets left. The floor was a mess, trash everywhere. Tables, not clean. The manager and/or staff should have some pride in their workspace. There's 3 people standing behind the counter, one of them should step away and help clean the space. It's gross. read more

Got here 3:30am on the dot thinking this establishment was still open (I checked online and Yelp and it said opened till 4AM). All I wanted was a drink before going into a hard day of work (short staffed) and was refused service saying it was closed. I get it I worked food service before. When I went up to order the girl looked me like I was stupid. prior to that the girl was talking to her other coworker across from me and we just kept shooting me dirty looks and I was just kind of confused because I'm just trying to order my food. When she was taking my order, she was just really disrespectful and she was like well that just didn't come with that and just being honestly a pesky employee even though there was no line behind me and there was two cars in front of me, so it wasn't busy. I came here last year, and did drive thru. Once I got home I opened the container to find the smallest pieces of chicken and like 5 fries. The order was also wrong since I asked for no coleslaw. I never returned since. I tried Canes again this year since I was craving it. To my surprise I got a lot of French fries and decent size pieces of chicken. Wow, never even heard of this chain, and I was in the mood for a chicken sandwich so I was just scanning maps and Yelp and this place popped up. This Raising Cane's is right near the in-and-out in the Walmart shopping center area. They also have a drive-through for lazy people like me, well, or those who go out at night wearing pajamas lol. The line was very long around 6pm, but they had staff outside helping each car order. I really liked this. I ordered the box meal which came with 4 chicken tenders, fries,cole slaw, bread, and Cane's sauce. Result = FANTASTIC. Great flavor. One of the things I noticed was that they had music playing as you drove around the building, Bose speakers, yay. I thought this was classy. I decided to park my car and take some night photos.
