This used to be our go-to for pick up; however, their quality has declined so there are more "misses" than "hits." We usually do online orders. Unfortunately, their online ordering system does NOT reflect what is instock. Drinks are constantly out of stock. I am well aware of supply chain issues, so it would be good to reflect the online ordering system to reflect what is available so consumers can pick an alternative. As for food quality, it's gone down pretty bad. The broccoli is usually a hit, however, the color is yellow when we pick it up. I don't know if it's overcooking or just sitting there for a long time. Usually, their broccoli does last a couple days, but for the past few times, it's only been lasting less than 2 days and there is a sticky residue; apparently, the broccoli had already gone bad and they still cooked and served it to me. Also, you pay extra for broccoli only (bc my kid loves it), so I do pay the exra., So you can imagine how not happy I am when I open the bowl (after driving to pick up and arriving at home) to see it is mixed vegtables. Their customer service is always, "just come back with your receipt and we'll replace it." I know it seems pretty straight forward and easy, but when you have hangry kids and doing it on your own, it is NOT easy at all to just leave the house again in order to rectify a mistake the restaurant made. Usually, I am pretty okay about mistakes being made, but I've noticed it's nearly been every order I've made that there is some issue. The workers are awesome and super kind. So I don't know if it's management, short staffed, or whatever it is, something needs to be addressed and done. read more

Your new phone ordering system is awful. Hire people that know how to take your order if you're not going to have it done in store anymore. I repeated our order 10 times and came to pick it up and it was completely wrong. Now I have to wait another 20 minutes for them to recook everything. Very frustrating. And they don't even offer a discount or free dumplings for the inconvenience. Don't think we'll be ordering here anymore or at least not using the phone service that's horrible. read more

Looks like any other wabba grill, EXCEPT the service, cleanliness, and quality of food is above and beyond expectations. You can clearly tell that the manager Karen cares about the customers that walk in the door and has incredible way of making you feel like a special customer. The men's restroom made no sense. The has towel manual dispenser was about 7 inches from the urinal. If you have big hands you have to avoid touching the urinal while you crank out paper to dry your hands. Long waits and the steak was tough rice was hard. I lady handing the food had no hat or hair net. Need to make some changes.. read more

Rude staff. Smallest bowls of any Waba grill I have ever been to. We're paying for a full bowl. But mine wasn't even half.

Yikes. Service is lacking!!!! Flys. Over cook food. Can't see this location staying open long.. Not what I am use to with WaBa Grill. The one in Chino is Excellent. I heard they each have different owners so that could be a big reason. My wife's chicken was over cooked. My beef had little flavor. Neither meal came with vegetables like in the picture. When we asked they said there owner isn't doing vegetable. Maybe you should take the pictures down. There was only one other guest in the dinning room and almost all of the table were dirty. The person taking the orders was very hard to understand and really didn't know the menu very well. This is really too bad, Eastvale needs good places to eat to keep the people in the town. I hate leaving bad reviews but this one has to be done. I went placed our order to go and after went home. As soon as we got home and started getting our plates ready we notice the restaurant made a mistake in our order so we called ahead to inform them we where returning because there was a mistake. The young ladies over the phone was so short and bothered about the situation. When we got there from the start rolling their eyes at us and being so rude and made it out to be our fault even accused us of eating the other plates we ordered (we left the correct ones at home) but clearly our receipt has our correct order so obviously the restaurant made the mistake and we just brought that one back we didn't expect anything but our order to be redone correctly, well 3 of the girls had so much attitude and was rude to my husband it left a bad taste in our mouth and kept our receipt and wouldn't return it. We plan on calling the manager in the morning this was not ok and don't plan on returning. read more

Went in Sunday afternoon, I don't know what's wrong with the manager Karen but she's rude. For someone to be in a managerial position she needs to do some improvement. I've also seen other reviews of her being hostile to her co workers which again she's a manager?? Only giving some stars because the food is always good here and the place is clean. read more

UPDATE Review 3/28/19: I called back that night literally one minute before closing and the staff spoke to Raul (manager) about the situation. He had us return the next day to help resolve the issue. He was very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated that he took the time and effort to make this situation right. I told him they really need to reconsider using GrubHub in the future because it makes a negative impact on the restaurant. Also I received a message from WaBa Grill customer service hoping to resolve the issue. I wrote back explaining that the store manager Raul made it right. I usually love the food here, but yesterday was a huge miss. The vegetables were not good. I ordered a family meal and had to throw most of the vegetables out since the cabbage was made up of mainly large white pieces....like the very tough part of the cabbage. We did not enjoy it. Customer service is usually ok here. They definitely talk amongst themselves a lot and take a minute to recognize customers standing and waiting for their attention. That has happened to me more than once here. Very disappointed in my visit. Hoping it was just an off day. read more

I've been coming here for the past few years and it's been a weekly thing after work with my girlfriend. We came here last Thursday and found out they didn't give us our avocado for two bowls after doing a mobile order. We didn't call in after they closed because I understand what it means when the store wants to close and someone is there complaining so I decided to mention it the next time I go. I went in today and mentioned it to one of the workers that looked liked the manager. I told him about our missing avocado the time before, and he looked like he would correct it but as soon as I checked my food after I left the store there was still NO avocado!!! I Was there Sunday Afternoon , cashier very nice but the manger was already being rude and hostile to her coworkers was very very rude. Manager was going on about how she had to come in to work for nothing and was being disrespectful. I ask the cashier if my son could wash his hands since the restroom was out of service and she said ok. When we approach the restroom the manager came out, was on her cell phone and started yelling that the restroom was out of service. She refused to give me her name and was extremely rude. I went a couple days ago because a friend of mine told me about their new vegan option. She's vegetarian, her sister eats meat and vegan food, and both told me it was really real! I went and ordered the vegan steak bowl with veggies. About five bites deep, I'm thinking holy crap they really nailed it with this one... until I got a really fatty piece of meat. I grabbed my receipt and went to the front to ask about it only to have the manager make the situation completely worse. Not only did she accuse me of yelling at her "underage employee" when I kept a calm a voice, she told me there was no need for me to escalate the situation when I kept very calm considering the circumstances, she refused to give me my money back because I ordered wrong. Because I asked for the "vegan steak bowl" instead of the "plantspired steak bowl", they gave me real meat. I've worked food for over two years, if there's ever any question about a customer's order or a new item that may have allergens or fit a specific diet, I ask questions. Instead, they didn't hear word for word what was on the menu so they gave me the default. When she finally agree to giving me a refund she tossed the money down and walked away. This is a terrible experience and I have battled with myself to post this because I have not spoken to a Manager and I am embarrassed of what happened. My son and I stopped here to take some food to go and he wanted teriyaki. So when we walked in we asked if they had teriyaki and there was a new girl at the register and she said "no" we don't have teriyaki and I said are you sure ? I remember having it here before and that's what I said to her. She then said "this is not a Chinese place ". I am half Japanese but for her to say this was insulting and rude. I know teriyaki is not a Chinese dish. For her to make a comment like that was racial to me. Then the other girl said did you mean the wabi sauce and I said yes that's it. Taste a lot like teriyaki she said. So I reluctantly placed our order for the steak with the Wabi sauce and it was definitely what I had remembered. So the nice girl was helping her put our order in the register and the same girl with the rude comment told her to stop because she has to learn (very rudely). So I talked to the girl that was walking away and told her that that girl was very rude and I really can't believe she told me this is not a Chinese restaurant!!!! I really wish I would've gotten the names of the girls but I think I will go there and speak to the Manager or see if I can get the name of the really rude one. Customer service needs work. The cashier (thin Hispanic lady) doesn't seem to care when your order is taken. If you ask questions, she gets annoyed. The way she takes your order is rude. She leans on the cash register on one arm and doesn't even make eye contact to you. If she hates her job that much, then maybe she can find another one. Oh and beware of other employees talking Spanish in the back...some of them were cussing in Spanish lol. I'm only giving 2 stars because the food was good. read more
