Just bought a chicken bowl with brown rice to go, go back to work and opened my lunch. Looking forward to the quality and freshness Waba usually delivers, much to my dismay my chicken is dry, the rice is hard (like I was served the old bottom of the rice cooker leftovers) seriously disappointed. We ordered 2 chicken veggie bowls..... Portions are lacking compared to all the other Wabas I have been to(West Covina, Walnut, Chino). The brown rice was undercooked(hard), chicken was not chopped like the other Wabas and once again the portions were SMALL! These are franchised so quality depends on the owner of each location. I was excited for this to open since there are no good places to eat in Eastvale but sadly I will have to continue going to chino/chino hills when I eat out. read more

Food is great, go on a daily basis BUT service sucks! The girls that work there are SO RUDE!! I go out of my way to smile, tell them thank you and have a nice day (things they should be doing) and they act like jerks! You never see a manager there so they pretty do as they please. I normally get the chicken, broccoli, and brown rice bowl (which is great) I decided to try the salmon, and what pleasantly surprised. It was really good. Food is great but the girls that work here have some serious attitude problems. They don't greet, I've never seen them smile. Never say Thank You or Have A Nice Day. I even witnessed another customer waving her debit card in front of the Cashier to get her attention as she was looking over her shoulder, towards the floor at another worker. First things first...way to smoky!!! You need to vent this place or pump in oxygen for your customers to breath. Secondly, could all that smoke come from overcooking your food? Chicken way to dry and crispy. After all you do advertised that your chicken is not fried right? Beef is dry also. I had to drench my food with hot sauce and teryaki to make it edible. Seems like they are always messing up the orders. While I was waiting for my food I saw 2 customers who had their orders messed up. My husband went in to order food and he was given the wrong item which we noticed when we got home. I called to let them know and was told by the girl at the counter that that's what my husband ordered which was not true, then she proceeded to tell me that customers should check their orders against their receipts which most don't. Wow really I go in to order food and I pay you so it's my fault that you screwed up my order? Average waba grill. It was actually a bit hidden, specially if you use maps by apple. The place had a very gross restroom smell. Maybe having some fresh scent or something cause the smell creeps all the way to the soda machines and the teriyaki dispensers. I had waba grill for the first time in eastvale. Don't eat here. It was gross the chicken was dry the beef had weird fat in it. Wasn't worth the $18. Some change that I was charged . Ok. So I know these businesses are doing their best through COVID 19, and I'm trying to be understanding but there's only so much I can understand before I have to inform other people. I myself am in quarantine at the moment because of COVID 19 . So when my a wife asked me to go get me some food because I am stuck inside for 14 days I did some eliminations of restaurants around me and decided on Waba grill, BIG MISTAKE . While eating my chicken plate I found the mother of all hair in my chicken it immediately grossed me out I stopped eating . Due to the fact I am in quarantine otherwise I would have driven over there and given back the food and asked for a complete refund and never eat at waba grill again and also inform my friends and family to do the same. This is not only disgusting but unsanitary especially at this time where everyone is being extra cautious. BOTTOM LINE. The staff seems nice, even so, they will start packing everything away an hour to two hours before closing, so it is best to get your food to-go in the comfort of your own home you will not have to smell "cleaners" and hear the disruptive noise of dragging chairs and tables. The staff delegates the portions of sauce by looking through the cameras; therefore, be careful you may get one container too many and someone will abruptly come from the back and let you know that the owner will criticize them if they allow this atrocity. Interestingly enough, the sauces can be watched, yet the soap dispensers in the restroom can not. I went to this location two separate times about a month apart and both times the soap dispenser was not working. Which honestly makes me think that if I cannot wash my hands as a customer, then what are the people who are making my food doing. Honestly if i could give them zero stars i would. I have been to so many waba places and they are all different. People at Limonate Waba in Eastvale were good up until yesterday that i had to deal with the cashier. I asked her for "two waba bowls" and a chicken bowl with extra sauce. I repeated it 3 times because she looked like she didn't know what she was doing. I paid and went to wait for my food. I looked at my receipt and she had charge me for 3 chicken bowls. I went back and told her i wanted 2 "waba" bowls. And had to explain to her that the waba bowl was the chicken and stake bowl. She went ahead and charge me the difference for them so i went back and wait. When they called my number they were giving me 3 chicken bowls with barely any chicken in them and barely any sauce with them but for sure it was a whole lot of rice, it was more rice than anything else. If i wanted a rice bowl i would of said it. I explained the guy (i wish i had the names) what happened and he took care of me real quick. The half and half bowl or plate are good however, lately this store has been very cheap on their portions. For example, the rice and salad at most stores is above the rim of the container. In the Eastvale store they have cut back soo much on the rice and salad that it is noticable and we are hesitant to return to this store in the future. read more
