Probably one of the worst waba grills I have very been too. Owner keep reducing the amount of meat and keep adding more rice to make the bowl look fuller. Some times the normal size bowl has the same portion of kids bowl. read more

The half and half bowl or plate are good however, lately this store has been very cheap on their portions. For example, the rice and salad at most stores is above the rim of the container. In the Eastvale store they have cut back soo much on the rice and salad that it is noticable and we are hesitant to return to this store in the future. read more

Love waba, so was excited to see location open in eastvale. I realize this place is new and deserves time to work out the kinks, but some of the things just seemed silly. First impression upon entering was the place smelled strange, like bad seafood. Almost made me lose my appetite completely. Cashiers were very robotic, monotone and seemed less than thrilled to be here. Compared to the other wabas I frequent, my food took twice as long to prepare. I ordered a chicken veggie bowl, and appearance and taste was quite good. Only criticism is that the veggies are quite large, as in they need to be chopped smaller. A few of my bites tasted a bit like seafood... Maybe cooking too close to seafood or not cleaning grill well enough? Not sure if ill be back anytime soon, they need a little time to figure it out. Sure do wish them the best though. read more

The service always sucks here, most cashiers are more focused on getting the customers order before even letting the customer finish. Personally this makes me feel like they don't care. Bianca is one cashier in particular who does this and never wants to find ways to help when it comes down to coupons as well. well first of all this place has the best steak bowls ever! second they have the most coolest staff ever, well iv only noticed that the night staff are friendlier the morning girls are rude especially the taller one. i ordered the steak bowl with extra onions and Alejandro delivered it nicely to us. he attended my family very well and made us all feel comfortable. i will keep coming back as usual thanks guys. read more

Had a perfect experience today at Waba, 6/9/15. I ordered a salmon bowl with brown rice and avocado. It was perfect! The salmon was cooked perfectly, it was a nice portion size and was fresh. The lady who greeted me said "welcome" as soon as I got in the door. She was courteous her name was either Janice or Janet, she was wearing glasses. My food came out promptly. I come here a few times a month since I work nearby, I always order salmon and I have yet to be disappointed. I have had bad salmon before, where its fishy or fatty. My first experience at this specific Waba grill was great. The cashier was super friendly and had a smile then entire time. Even the cooks and other employees behind her greeted me and were all in a good mood the entire time. It was a very positive atmosphere and they also got my food out very quickly. i am SO glad that this place opened in Eastvale! we definitely needed something like this! the food is great and the prices are totally reasonable. i personally always order the beef plate and it is alot of food. in fact, i usually split it into two meals. they also sell kimchi, so this almost reminds me of korean bbque (on a fast food type level). their food is very flavorable too! i also like how they offer free hot carrots and jalapenos...which are very fresh and tasty! read more

I love this Waba Grill. Clean, excellent customer service. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because there is a nasty smell by the drink machine.
