After hearing all the bad reviews about this location I was hesitant to try it. Well I ended up biting the bullet and giving it a shot, and had a really good experience there. Our bowls we ordered were really good, staff was nice and place was really clean. I had one complaint, I had ordered 3 bowls one being a chicken bowl the other two were suppose to be just beef.. well those two ended up being half and half's. I am surprised to already see a lot of negative reviews for this place since it just barely opened up. But, my family and I are fans of Waba Grill. Their food is great, and seems to be really fresh and healthy. That is why, when this location opened up in our neighborhood, we wanted to go. During our visit, we did not really experience anything particularly bad about the place. But hopefully, management sees all the other reviews and pays attention to what needs to be addressed. We ordered 2 chicken veggie bowls..... Portions are lacking compared to all the other Wabas I have been to(West Covina, Walnut, Chino). The brown rice was undercooked(hard), chicken was not chopped like the other Wabas and once again the portions were SMALL! These are franchised so quality depends on the owner of each location. Food is great but the girls that work here have some serious attitude problems. They don't greet, I've never seen them smile. Never say Thank You or Have A Nice Day. I even witnessed another customer waving her debit card in front of the Cashier to get her attention as she was looking over her shoulder, towards the floor at another worker. Seems like they are always messing up the orders. While I was waiting for my food I saw 2 customers who had their orders messed up. My husband went in to order food and he was given the wrong item which we noticed when we got home. I called to let them know and was told by the girl at the counter that that's what my husband ordered which was not true, then she proceeded to tell me that customers should check their orders against their receipts which most don't. The staff seems nice, even so, they will start packing everything away an hour to two hours before closing, so it is best to get your food to-go in the comfort of your own home you will not have to smell "cleaners" and hear the disruptive noise of dragging chairs and tables. The staff delegates the portions of sauce by looking through the cameras; therefore, be careful you may get one container too many and someone will abruptly come from the back and let you know that the owner will criticize them if they allow this atrocity. Interestingly enough, the sauces can be watched, yet the soap dispensers in the restroom can not. I went to this location two separate times about a month apart and both times the soap dispenser was not working. Which honestly makes me think that if I cannot wash my hands as a customer, then what are the people who are making my food doing. While eating my chicken plate I found the mother of all hair in my chicken it immediately grossed me out I stopped eating . Stopped in for lunch with my wife and daughter. Cashier ok, didn't listen as I ordered so I repeated just about everything I said. Several of the tables were dirty, so I wiped one clean. The 3-4 napkins I took emptied the dispenser, so no more until we asked. Food was good. read more

Honestly if i could give them zero stars i would. I have been to so many waba places and they are all different. People at Limonate Waba in Eastvale were good up until yesterday that i had to deal with the cashier. I asked her for "two waba bowls" and a chicken bowl with extra sauce. I repeated it 3 times because she looked like she didn't know what she was doing. I paid and went to wait for my food. I looked at my receipt and she had charge me for 3 chicken bowls. I went back and told her i wanted 2 "waba" bowls. And had to explain to her that the waba bowl was the chicken and stake bowl. She went ahead and charge me the difference for them so i went back and wait. When they called my number they were giving me 3 chicken bowls with barely any chicken in them and barely any sauce with them but for sure it was a whole lot of rice, it was more rice than anything else. If i wanted a rice bowl i would of said it. I explained the guy (i wish i had the names) what happened and he took care of me real quick.
