I love WaBa Grill but hate this location. Every time I come here it is dirty and they are always out of something. The customer service isn't great either. I understand the food business and have worked in it when I was young. I get that it is most likely a temporary job but take some damn pride in your performance, it will go a long way. First time coming to this establishment. I ordered the salmon plate and ask to substitute the rice with vegetables. The salmon was burnt and the vegetables were raw and lukewarm. The workers seemed to not look happy just in a like a blah mood, not good, communication between workers was poor. One star for the cook who was nice; he just needs more training. Raul always has a smile on his face and remembers his customers and their orders. He goes over and above to provide excellent service. Saturday night, I was craving for waba. I drove there, it was 820pm and the "Open" sign was off, the lights inside the store were half off. I looked from outside, one staff was standing around the table and playing with his cell phone, looking like he was ready to leave. I checked store's hour, it supposed to close at 10pm on Saturday night. Please update your store's hour. So people don't waste time coming to your store to just find out you close early. read more

I really enjoy the beef and chicken bowls at Waba Grill. At this particular location, I've never had a bad experience in terms of customer service or quality of food. There's only one thing I don't like and it's the strange smell whenever you walk in. I don't know exactly what it is but it almost smells like a public bathroom. I love waba, I am a frequent goer. I've been to many Waba's across the Inland Empire & I have to say that this one was probably the worst I've been to. Kitchen area looked unorganized and dirty. Some cooks and those who were preparing the food were not wearing gloves. I've been here multiple times and it seems to be the same. I also ordered a 10 piece dumpling & the sauce that comes with it was not closed correctly and was unfortunately spilled all over the bag of food. read more

So were do we start. Today aug 3 2018, i had gone in to get the chicken bowl special, the environment seemed pretty calm and chill until this guy came in and began to yell at the employees. I come into the store various of times once or twice every week and I have only seen him 3 times since i began to come to this waba grill location. If this man is a manager or is in charge that was not the correct way to speak to an employee. Especially because their were a couple of us customers there waiting on our order and he was speaking spanish to them, he probably didn't think any of us understood. Out of the three times i have seen him this was the second time I have heard him do this to the employees and felt like I should say something. Waba grill gets three stars just because the food and healthy and decently priced. Employees SUCK though, every time I go in it's some young girl who has the worst attitude. After hearing all the bad reviews about this location I was hesitant to try it. Well I ended up biting the bullet and giving it a shot, and had a really good experience there. Our bowls we ordered were really good, staff was nice and place was really clean. I had one complaint, I had ordered 3 bowls one being a chicken bowl the other two were suppose to be just beef.. well those two ended up being half and half's. Since I was already home with them I didn't bother to drive all the way back to make a fuss about it, Over all it was good. read more

I am surprised to already see a lot of negative reviews for this place since it just barely opened up. But, my family and I are fans of Waba Grill. Their food is great, and seems to be really fresh and healthy. That is why, when this location opened up in our neighborhood, we wanted to go. During our visit, we did not really experience anything particularly bad about the place. But hopefully, management sees all the other reviews and pays attention to what needs to be addressed. I would hate to have this location closed down after finally having one nearby. read more
