Food is great!! Love waba grill!! But PEOPLE make sure you check your receipts and bank statement because they tried to take money from me. I called the store with the issue and they tried to tell me that they didn't have my receipt and then I was passed to another girl and then the girl told me that I was only charged $75 which my bank statement saidsaid that I was charge $90. So they were giving me the runaround and saying that it was my fault that it's like that and she told me it happens all the time and didn't wanna give me the district managers phone number and name. She didn't even want to take my information down, all she said was I'll tell the district manager and have him call you but if he doesn't call you, you call back. The district manager Luis was helpful, Until he tried to blame me as well and said to check my bank..like it was my banks fault! Point of purchase was at Waba not my bank. So I said I was going to dispute the charge if he didn't take care of it and he said to give him a couple days and that evening my $15 was returned. He was very surprised that his employees told me that it happens all the time and I told him that he needed to check his employees because they were rude and they lied. What horrible customer service. I came to pick up an order arrived at 8:20pm. I went to open the door and they were locked. The hours state they are closed at 9pm. One of the male employees who was mopping looked at me and then acted as if I wasnt there and kept mopping. So I proceeded to the drive thru and the screen was off and so were lights from the menu board. I drove to the drive thru window and waited for a minute with no one appearing. I had to call the restaurant to let them I know I was here for a pick up and have been waiting at the drive thru window. She said ok. She came to the window and gave me the order. I asked if the manager was there and if I could speak to him. She called out for him, I think she said Abel. He came to the window and I told him why are you guys offering pick up and the doors are closed. He said oh well he closed them because someone didn't show up. I said ok, how come the drive thru is closed too. He said no it's not. I said yes it is, I was waiting there and no one said anything plus the screen is off and the lights from the board are off. He said well did you get your order, I said yes! But that's not the point. This is very unprofessional. He said again we'll do you have your order. Exceptional customer service at this waba grill location. When you walk in you always have the cashiers welcoming you with a big smile, they are always really friendly, and very helpful. I enjoy coming to this location because it is close to my job and it's fast to get my food with the little time that I have to eat. Great new super clean spot right off the freeway with a gas station in the same parking lot. I ordered the #1 with brown rice and onion, I added the Louisiana sauce once I got my order. There is also carrots and jalapeño, a variety of sauces and fresh brewed teas. Good selection of bottle drinks as well. They also have a drive thru! The food was hot and fresh. This is a brand new place, everything looks wow. I think it's a chain, I saw another sign for a WaBa somewhere at Milliken, not to far from my work, I'll try to find it some day. The food here is good, great for lunch, not too much, but enough for the money you spend. They have different plates, everything comes with a salad and some fruit and it actually looks like the pictures they have in the menu :) I had the shrimp plate, they come with rice, fruit and salad. This used to be my go-to lunch spot (before COVID 19). The drive thru is quite convenient. I finally went again after much contemplation since I havent been eating out much given the current pandemic situation. The driver before me was smoking with his window down not wearing a face mask, all while interacting with the cashier who was improperly wearing her facemask under her nose with the drive thru window open the whole time while she went back and forth several times to get him a few things. What's the point of that? Why even bother wearing a face mask. Couldn't she close the window? Talk about cross contamination! Eww. Then right before I gave her my card to pay, she pulled her face mask lower, took a sip of her drink, took my card swiped it and gave it back. No hand washing, no wiping of any sort. All while drinking her drink and bagging all our food and taking payments, she touched her face mask!. Needless to say, I lost my appetite after that. I've had less than mediocre experiences at this establishment in the past; but after my visit today, I will not be returning. I ordered a Tofu Veggie Bowl w/ WHITE rice. I was read back my order through the speaker, which was confirmed correctly. When I got back to my place of work, I opened up my bowl & much to my dissatisfaction there was BROWN rice instead of WHITE. Not the end of the world, nor would that call for me to write a review. I decided I would call and complain, since this is not my first experience with this location messing up my order. I was told that it was because their establishment was located so close to the Freeway that they were unable to hear my order. She refused to take blame & the assistant manager solution to resolve this issue was to give me a 10% off & free drink on my next visit. I told them that I would rather they pay attention to their drive-thru orders moving forward & they could keep their 10% and their free drink. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future and I would suggest if you are visiting, that you go inside to order... or else the freeway may be too loud for them to get your order correct! read more

I've tried every single Waba Grill location around my area and I have had to stop going to every single one because the quality of the food has significantly dropped and/or I have found really gross things in my food. Thank goodness this last location is close to perfection. My boyfriend and I ordered a chicken plate and a steak plate to go. The brown rice was so delicious. It was fluffy, soft and seasoned well. The salad was not overdressed and crispy even after the drive home. The orange was so sweet. But the chicken and steak... wow. Super delicious!! The portions are a great size as well. I thought I was done with Waba Grill for good after all of the bad experiences but this one location pulled me back in. read more

We don't have a WaBa Grill in Las Vegas and It's been years since I step foot inside one. We recently stopped at WaBa Grill because we wanted something quick, somewhat healthy, and inexpensive. At WaBa Grill, that's exactly what you're going to find. The restaurant was very clean too. The food is basically rice bowls with your choice of protein (fish, steak, and/or chicken). I'm such a pain in the butt at restaurants. I'm always substituting, adding extra protein, taking out unnecessary starches and sauces, etcetera, etcetera. The service was good and the cashier did a great job ringing up my complicated order up. I got a side of their salmon and seasoned steak. If you haven't been here before, then I warn you that their steak is drenched in sauces/seasoning. Their steaks are also very thin and salty. Their salmon is pretty good considering it's inexpensive and decently sized. The salmon was bit dry, but still did it's job. My girlfriend got their chicken bowl and thought it was okay too. Overall, Waba Grill is just another fast food chain that caters towards healthy eaters on the run. Peace!! read more

Great place love the ingredients majority of the time it is fresh I usually get the salmon plate. I usually forget that I can just get a salmon bowl and get pretty much the equivalent of the salmon plate for cheaper minus the salad that I'm not to preferential to. This location is pretty good don't usually come to this one but overall as a brand the food is pretty good. At this location the doors do seem to have its own trigger for the wind machine above it kind of scary made my boyfriend and I believe there might be a ghost triggering it. read more

They just opened up! They are on top of it. Customer service was great. I came in around lunch rush. I got my food quick because they cooks were looking over the shoulder of cashier. He started on my bowl before she completed the transaction. Awesome service!!!! Only flip side is I ate at the location. There is a fan the turns on with someone opens the door. It got kinda annoying because the door would be left open and the fan would just be running. (It's loud). :( Matter of fact it's been running the entire time I wrote this review. Lol it's probably been running for 5 min straight now. The cashier does recognize the noise because she has come to close the door twice. :) I'm sure they will fix this. read more

I love Waba Grill!! Whenever I go to Waba Grill the person in the front always greets me except for this one. My husband and I wanted to stop here on our way home because we've never been to this location. We sat there for five minutes before anyone said anything to us. Actually, we weren't even greeted. The girl at the front just asked what can she get us. There was no hello when we walked in, not even a smile. I would have understood if they were busy but we were the only ones in the restaurant and there was one car in the drive-through. We sat there and ate for about 30 minutes and everybody including the cooks disappeared... I don't know where they went but they were nowhere to be seen. I could've walked away with the register and they wouldn't have known. We needed the code for the restroom and no one was there. Whoever worked today shift should be fired... since they weren't there anyways! LOL It's Friday October 28 4:00 pm. Restaurant is nice... too bad the service isn't. read more

This is a great location for WaBa. A couple of things you need to know here. If you ask for a large water or just ice, it will cost you $2.20. Yep for tap water out of the dispenser. Basically you are paying for the cup & potentially getting something other than water...really? Just because of a few dishonest folks you have to make all of your patrons pay for it? Also, w/the chicken items, you are asked if you want white meat for .90 more. Better to go w/the regular option because the white meat has not been perfected here yet; was overcooked/rubbery. Prices seem a little higher but, overall, a good clean place to eat. read more
