This team is great and friendly. They work hard to get orders out quickly. Recently I was charged for a waba bowl and got a chicken bowl. I didn't have time that day to return however I frequent this location so i knew I would be back soon. 2 weeks later I mentioned the mixup and the manager was super great apologized and made me a bowl to make up for the mistake. For the second time I came into this location and in a 2 mil radius they're more expensive but they are also skimming on the chicken. I asked for sweet chilly and the containers hardly have sown and when I ask for a second small container they make a face. I don't recommend this location they're cheapskates on everything. Look, it's Waba Grill. If you like it, you like it. I enjoy Waba Grill since the food doesn't look or taste like fast food. Quality meat, good rice. The real win is the Waba Sauce mixed with the Waba Hot Sauce. Makes any bowl amazing! Location isn't great but parking was ok. I ate at an off time today, about 3p so could be crowded but was only one other customer in there when I walked in. Staff was quick and friendly. The store manager and employees are very rude at the store. I will not come back. They have a sign on the window that says you get free 1/2 avocado with the purchase of any entree. What it doesn't say is to download the wanna app and to sign your email up. This is false advertising. When I asked for the manager they became very rude and continued with poor customer service.
