Parking available in the front. The place looked clean. Picked up a quick meal for the family so we ordered takeout. We had the combo platter of half teriyaki chicken and beef with brown rice and vegetables. Service was fast once we ordered.

YUMMMM!!!! oh wow... i'm amazed at the flavor of the waba today. i'm vegetarian so i was really looking forward to breaking it today with excitement for some yummy waba beef. i'm so happy i did because the food is perfect today. the steak was wonderfully marinated, it was tender and had a great flavor. sweet, smoky and delicious!! the vegetables were tender fresh and crunchy! delicious. the avocado was delicious but a little oxidized, but that's a given since i came to pickup and it sat for a a couple minutes. extremely happy with my food... flavorful and filling!! the service was fine, i was helped quickly and given my food and i was out the door! very happy with my visit today!!

Chicken was not thoroughly cooked. The service was less than satisfactory. I will not be going back to this Waba. Waste of $12.00

Waba grill is one of my favorite places to eat because of their healthy options. I love the way Waba Grill always accommodates my order for my diet/allergy needs. Love coming to the citrus plaza and enjoying the beautiful environment for families to relax. There are a multitude of places to eat dinner and have dessert right after. The restaurant was clean and the line was very short. I was slightly disappointed because this time around the cashier did not allow me to order plain chicken with zero waba sauce. The woman working the cashier refused to acknowledge that was a thing. She insisted that all the meat was marinated, although I've placed the order before at other locations. The food came out amazing besides the waba sauce being on the meat, but I'll still be back. This location usually has amazing service and awesome with accommodations.

I ordered Uber Eats and they unfortunately forgot my drink. I called to let them know and they offered store credit. HOWEVER, minutes after the initial call, I received a follow up call from manager Kolani apologizing for forgetting it. Kolani when ABOVE and beyond to correct the mistake. He personally delivered the drink to my house! Amazing customer service!! What a rare sighting of humanism and not to mention, the drink was DELICIOUS!!

Absolute Gem in San Bernardino!…read more From the moment you walk into this clean, quiet, and relaxing spot right across from CSUSB, you feel right at home. The food is on another level. We ordered: * Mongolian Beef: This was easily some of the best I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and sautéed with fresh carrots, bell peppers, and onions in a special sauce that hits all the right notes. * Vermicelli Combination: You can tell everything is made to order and uses high-quality ingredients. Their spring rolls with rice vermicelli and peanut hoisin sauce are fresh, light, and packed with flavor. What truly made the night, though, was the phenomenal owner working behind the counter. She was welcoming and positive and very helpful. The service here is immaculate--the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the owner clearly takes immense pride in the business. Our food came out super fast, and the portions were very generous for the price. If you're looking for authentic flavors and a unique dining experience in San Bernardino, this is the place to go!.

I just want to say on a side note what a responsible thing that is for a business to utilize the holiday weekend to improve their business to better serve their customers. Well when I got to the front door, it was locked. I sat down at the bench in the shade to find another location to feed my soup dumpling desire when lo and behold the most amazing man named Tiger walked up. I shared my bench in the shade as we started casual conversation. Then to my surprise he was one of business owners. To my surprise he and Casey opened the door and made me the most amazing chili oil dumplings that I've ever had!!! Tiger. I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for feeding my soul and my belly at the same time today. I give your business a five out of five star rating, and I wish you much continued success and happiness in life. I have traveled much of California some of Oregon and Washington and this is by far the best I've had.

It was a little hard to find the restaurant, especially since the sign is not right over the entrance, but just next to it where the small market is. Look for the Winchester Center sign next to the market. Since we arrived before it opened on a Sunday, we browsed in the market until it was tine to eat. We had a reservation for 6 of us, so they seated us at the one round table near the front. There is another longer table next to it on the left side where there's a colorful mural. The rest of the tables are booths. The restaurant is spacious and roomy and very clean. You can order items from the menu or build your own hot pot which is AYCE. Everyone in our party chose the hot pot. We were each brought a small blue pot that contained the sterno to heat up the soup and the broth of our choice inside. We also placed our meat order with our server. We went to the back-left corner to grab our veggies, and some other things to add to our hot pot. Our server came by often to take more meat orders, clear empty plates, and check if we needed more broth or if our sterno needed more fuel. Our server was delightfully cheerful and friendly. She was helpful and answered all of our questions, especially when we had to choose our broths. (Forgive me for forgetting your name!) I highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation if you have a larger party. Accessibility notes: most of the tables are padded booths. If you can transfer and slide, you should be okay. Otherwise, see if you can sit at a table that has chairs on the left side. The restaurant is spacious enough to park your mobility aid (or stroller for babies) near you. The restrooms are located in the back-left corner, 2 single stall restrooms, one for men and one for women. There is enough room for someone to enter with their mobility aid and a helper companion. You can enter the restaurant without climbing a step, but I don't recall where the handicap accessible parking was since we used a regular parking space and I climbed up the curb. No one from the family is local, but my brother-in-law chose this restaurant because it's somewhere where we can meet in the middle. We all loved it, and are adding it to our rotation when we need to come together for a celebration.

No, I could place a second order to get the fried rice. Ok, whatever, I'll take the steamed rice. The Orange Chicken was like rubber. I tried to bite a piece in half and it wouldn't pull apart, so the whole piece went in my mouth and I had to use my fingers to pull it apart which was embarrassing on a first date! It didn't taste good either. I looked for a knife in the plastic silverware, but there was none. I then went for a bite of the rice and it was so stuck together that I really had to jam my fork into it. It had no flavor at all and I was not offered any kind of sauce for it. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. There were only 6-8 people in the place, but it was so noisy that I had to keep asking my date to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. I was looking forward to a new place to eat and the online menu looked so great... How sad.
