Location: small but clean, nothing alarming. Self serve veggies, sauces and drinks all well maintained. Now for the good part; Food: I ordered these new Boom Boom Tacos, I went for it with the Trio. Don't know if I took too long to pick them up but the temp was a bit cold. The tortilla, pretty legit. Had the feel of handmade, thick but not crumbly. There was just the perfect amount of everything, meat to taco ratio where I got a good bite throughout. Sauce not overpowering the protein option. And the cabbage mix was crispy and also did not fall out of the tacos. The chicken was good, nothing extraordinary. I added a little more WaBa sauce and their Serrano sauce and yum! The shrimp taco was pretty good too. Also added Serrano sauce, but should've had it just as it comes. The beef taco was my favorite. I enjoyed the sweet and savory taste of the meat and combination of sauces. Would I take them over OG tacos? No. (real good authentic Mexican tacos a few stores down the same shopping center at El Jefe) But for being fusion tacos. Not bad. I give them 7/10.

Terrible Customer Service. The employees have no clue of promotions that are going on. It's bad and I will never go to that location again.

No 'wow,' no fireworks, just... food that exists. Servers were friendly, though! Probably because they had plenty of time to chat with the only two tables in the whole dang dining room. So yeah. We ordered the Papaya Salad, Garlic Chicken Rolls and their Beef Jerky Special. We had a lovely conversation with the owner and she gave us special instructions on how to eat everything, such as eating the jerky with a small ball of sticky rice and sauce, followed by a mouthful of papaya salad as a palate cleanser--We followed those instructions to a T and it was truly enjoyable! For impressions of each Entree: The Papaya Salad is incredible, we ordered it with a mild spice level sauce. It's light, flavorful and refreshing and serves as a perfect palate cleanser if you order it with another item, but having it on its own is perfectly fine as well. The Garlic Chicken Roll was fantastic, crispy roll and tender chicken on the inside. It came with a sweet dipping sauce that had a flavor we weren't expecting but a nice surprise. The Beef Jerky Special: I absolutely love the idea of the beef jerky with a crispy-charred outer shell. My critique would be to dial back the charred-ness a little bit so that it doesn't dominate the center flavor. It goes perfectly well with the sticky rice and the sauce it comes with is really nice. Really great establishment with great customer service, I look forward to visiting again!

For starters, we got their Chile-Lime Cauliflower, and it is so good! The chile-lime vinaigrette is really what makes it! I have never enjoyed cauliflower so much! I only wish they would cut the cauliflower into slightly smaller pieces so it's a little easier to eat. But other than that, highly recommend this dish! I wanted something warm and comforting, so I got their Ribeye Pho. It comes in a pretty big bowl with tenderized sliced ribeye steak, noodles, and all of the pho fixings. Will be back to try some of their other Asian fusion dishes!

I sometimes get a free appetizer sometimes I don't. I've seen other tables get it when I didn't, so maybe they are selective. I went in today and got 2 rolls and a miso soup but the miso soup never showed up. It was on the bill but she removed it when I explained I was no longer interested when she gave the bill. My biggest issues with this location is the amount of menus to look at upon arrival. Service is always hit or miss. I can't say I've ever seen the same person taking orders in times I've visited. I do always see the owner or manager sitting at a table but never any interaction with ppl or service. I would say my biggest gripe with this place is when you get your bill to verify your tip amount. The bill gives you suggestions at 18%~22% but they aren't true amounts. I'm good at math and 20% of the bill says say $7 but the real 20% would really say $5.50. I would pay the higher amounts when the service was great but again it's been hit or miss service wise. I will still tip with poor service because ppl still need to live and it's getting harder and harder these days. Again I can say I've never had any complaints about the food itself but I hope the service will eventually get better.

Unlike some places where I leave feeling bloated, I don't get that way here. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, which is harder to find than you'd think. A lot of seafood places tend to overcook shrimp, making it rubbery or soggy, but Fire Crab absolutely nailed it. And the garlic fries? Insane. They definitely do not hold back on the garlic, which I loved. The garlic noodles were also incredibly buttery, flavorful, and downright addictive. What really made our experience stand out was the service. We came with a large group, and the owner was so sweet, attentive, and welcoming throughout our meal. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and making sure everyone has a great experience. Great food, amazing service, and consistently delicious flavors. The seafood tasted really fresh overall, and the sauce was flavorful, and packed with seasoning. It was a little on the thin side since I like it thick and it couldve used a lot more garlic. We got crawfish, shrimp, and oysters. The crawfish were decently sized -- a few bigger pieces mixed in, but mostly medium-sized. Still, they tasted fresh and the flavor was really good The Kumomato oysters were just okay. I've definitely had fresher, colder oysters elsewhere, but honestly, I don't come to a shrimp and crawfish boil spot expecting right outta the water oyster bar quality. Overall, Fire Crab hits the craving well. Solid 4 stars all around! Service had great attitide!

It tasted more bitter. The server did add more cream to sweeten it, which helped, but overall, I did not enjoy their Thai tea. I had the beef salad and updated to the ribeye meat option as the beef is supposed to be more tender. However, the meat didn't taste "more tender". The beef salad was also salty. We also had the tom yum noodle soup and larb salad. Upon looking at the larb salad, you can already tell that it was going to be salty, as other larb salad is not usually that saucy. And sure enough, the larb salad was salty, as well as the tom yum noodle soup. Restaurant itself was relatively small, it had simple decor, parking was easy, and staff were attentive and the overall prices were reasonable. However, the food was way too salty, making it difficult to even finish the meal.
