Could not be more disappointed with this dealership. Let me begin by this- customer service, literally the serving of people, is the most primary asset to any sale. It shows 1) that you care and 2) that you value their relationship more than the sale. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we saw that there was but one place to park (fortunately) because so many vehicles were parked in the tiny lot of theirs. However, It wasn't two seconds after exiting the vehicle that we were greeted by someone. That was fantastic! We told the salesperson (unknown name, heavy set older black male) that we were interested in a used jeep that we had seen online. The salesperson stated that the used vehicles were across the roadway- five lane highway using the middle lane as a turn lane. I asked if we were to drive over there or walk and he stated that we could walk and that he'd meet us over there. Perhaps a policy is in place at this dealership not to give a courtesy ride across a highly used highway? Not sure. No offer was given either way. But, a young black male in a nice Ford Truck (said he was the owner's son) was incredibly genuine and polite and offered to give us a ride over there. We easily could have taken my own vehicle of course, the point is the offer was extended and we were grateful. After being dropped off over there we were met with our original salesperson. I began looking around the lot for the jeep I had seen online and quickly found it. Once I did I began to ask questions about the jeep- basis non intrusive questions such as pricing etc so that I could get a good idea of what they were asking for it. The jeep was a 2016 Rubicon JKU. It had a winch, steel front bumper, "rock sliders" and heated leather seats. No navigation and a few other small problems. The asking price was around 34-35k. That really isn't outside of the ballpark where that sort of jeep should be. However, once my wife and I (who have a good knowledge of jeeps and aftermarket parts) began to look at the jeep we noticed several small issues that led to a large issue. Namely the following: the front bumper was the original Rubicon Hardrock and had a good portion of rust on the sides. The winch (I believe it was a 9.5 or 10k WARN winch) had rust all around the sides and cylinder and the rope (synthetic rope) had about 10 feet left completely exposed to the elements and wrapped around the bumper without care. Now, to some that may not be an issue but to those who have experience with winches, knowing that they have the power to snap and break without proper care, it becomes immensely important and shows the level of care that the previous owner or current owner has for the jeep. We then saw that the rear left door wasn't shut all the way which indicated to me that it could have possible damage but after closing it all the way we saw that it was fine. However, with that lingering in my mind I began to look at other points of possible damage and looked at the rear bumper. I saw that the stock bumper was hanging lower on the right than on the left and was bent slightly downwards at a degree. This indicates that it was probably rear ended but after asking about the accidents I was told that it had no accidents reported on it. (Clue: no accidents REPORTED). Now.... we have possible frame damage to the jeep. I then briefly looked underneath the jeep and saw a large amount of rust from the rear to the front of the vehicle all along the undercarriage indicating that this vehicle had been either 1) in salty areas such as beaches or 2) seriously off roading and someone didn't come home to take care of the jeep and do the repairs properly. I then looked and saw that the suspension parts (which I could barely read because of the amount of dirt and grime) said TERAFLEX. Teraflex is indeed a great lift for those who are into off roading but the entire suspension - even the axles!!- had been rusted to the point that I knew it would have to be replaced immediately even if it were to be driven on only the roads. I then saw slight scrapes, scratches, and a door ding on the vehicle and concluded that it was most certainly off roaded pretty hard. Once we test drove the vehicle (why did I even do that I don't know) the salesperson and I began to speak about it. I asked questions such as "do the front/ rear lockers work? Does the electronic sway bar disconnect work? Does the motor have any major/ minor issues with it?" He replied, kindly but seemingly annoyed that I asked, with "I didn't know it had a sway bar disconnect. What is that?" Of course this is a FORD dealership and not a JEEP dealership but still... know your product or just saw that you don't know but you can easily find out. I wasn't met with either of those. I, looking to trade my truck in, knew that my truck was well worth 20 to 25 percent more (market value) that this Jeep. I had spoken with one of the sales managers over the phone to attempt to buy a vehicle and have it delivered to Savannah GA. After not only being lied to about the vehicle being new when it was a dealership car that had been used a lot and had over 5k miles on it. I was never told that it was a dealership display model. I was told the vehicle was BRAND NEW. After finding out all the facts ok the vehicle I was interested it I ended up not getting it because it wasn't a new vehicle like requested. The "Sales Manager" informed me that what if he could get me an actual brand new vehicle for the same price and I told him sure that would be great. The sales manager lied and never wanted to give me a new vehicle for the same price he was just seeing as to why I didn't want the other vehicle that he was pressuring me to get. I ended up taking screen shots of all of our texting conversation and I have the screen shot on when he completely lied to me to get me to want something else!!! This is disgusting and lack of integrity for a so called manager to do! If the "Manager" is doing this I wonder as to how he is training his employees!!! Dealers already get a bad rep when there are good ones but this is a prime example as to why people are weary and scared to deal with legal crooks!!! I am offended and very disappointed and I will do everything in my power to bring this as high as I can and make sure that none of my friends and family get tricked or lied to by a criminal at wade ford dealership. I also am in the military and cannot believe I was treated this way by a company that so called appreciates my service to my country!! I have a 15 year old Ford van, and it started pouring gasoline as I was pumping it at the gas station. I never could figure out where it was coming from, so I took it to Wade. I needed to wait for the car, and the waiting room was clean, and so were the restrooms. They said that it was the gasket on top of the gas tank where the fuel pump is, and that they needed to drop the tank down and change the gasket. After a little research, I told them to go ahead, and they had it ready to drive pretty soon, all right while I waited. It was about $400 to fix, but it has now been about 6 months, and absolutely no problems. You know going into a dealership that it might cost a little more to get a car fixed than if you go to a private mechanic, but you also know that they know the car well and will probably fix it right. I would say that Wade definitely fulfilled my expectations, and fixed it right the first time. I would definitely go back. read more

This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I would STRONGLY suggest going to another dealership in the area such as Marietta or Sandy Springs Ford. The staff is extremely unprofessional. Not only was the sales rep playing loud and heavy metal music in his office the whole time we were in there but they were all so occupied with going to the rodeo that they even forgot to take payment from me for the car!! The sales rep had an attitude the entire time which is pretty stupid considering your paycheck depends on me buying a car. Their pricing is decent hence why I ended up buying the car from them in the long run but I refuse to ever buy a car from them again and surely would never give them another penny using their service department. I even escalated this to the General Manager and he said sorry and then followed a very form letter like answer. It became obvious after that email that there is a big lack of understanding on what customer service really is. Sandy Springs Ford just got a brand new customer and they can thank Wade for it! STAY AWAY.**** Trust me thier are other dealerships who would love to have your business and really take the time to help you with your major purchase. This dealership is not very customer service based. The salesman are only concerned about themselves and making a sale so please be cautious. This is a major purchase and they will want you to close the deal on the spot and will get very annoyed with you for asking questions. They do not like very informed shoppers who have done thier homework before going to them, because this will make them have to be honest and upfront which they do not like. My husband and I drove a very far distance to be treated like this was not very pleasant. We were so hoping to secure the car we wanted here today, but had some questions, which the salesperson gave us wrong information, but when we actually read what was on the paperwork, we found out that we would not receive the warranty that he had in fact stated, then he called over his other finance manager who will totally try to bogard you for your business and talk over you and you will not get a word in edge wise. When they see you are informed they will get annoyed at you and basically push you out the door and tell you " Call me when you make up your mind" Are you kidding me!!! Beg you to take our money after that treatment. Never!!!!! BUYER Beware!!!!!! ONLY CONCERNED WITH MAKING A SALE!!!!! I took my F-150 to Wade for some body work, which I agreed to have done. A week later Jeff in collision called once the body work was completed and I immediately asked him to send the truck over to Eric in service to have the fuel filter changed, since it was almost time for that service to be done. On, Thursday, May 10th, after the fuel filter service was completed, I arrived that evening to pick up my truck (1ST ISSUE), I noticed my truck barely started, as I was standing in the parking lot waiting for the guy to bring it to me. 20 or so minutes after I left Wade, my truck stalled on me several times before I made it home (2ND ISSUE). Now keep in mind in over 9 years of owning my truck, it NEVER stalled on me! Thank God it restarted and got me home! The next morning, I popped the hood and realized the positive battery terminal (picture to prove) was broken (which explains the truck barely starting when I picked it up), so on Friday, May 11th , I purchased a new battery. Also, versus bringing the truck back to Wade that late in the week, I reached out to Eric to give him a heads up my truck stalled, and I was going to bring it back the 1st of the following week, if it continued to stall over the weekend. I prayed the new battery would also solve the stalling issue, but unfortunately the stalling continued. The following week I contacted Eric and advised him I was going to bring the truck back. After a few days of my truck being at Wade, Eric called and said the fuel filter was not the problem and the Tech could not duplicate the stalling. Once I went to pick up my truck, I spoke to the Tech, and after explaining my symptoms/truck history the Tech mentioned he was confident the throttle body was bad. After I left and made it home, I researched stalling/throttle body issues. I then proceeded to have the throttle body replaced with a new OEM throttle body. After spending $500 plus, my truck continued to stall! By this time I'm beyond furious!!! Shortly afterwards, t I decided to take my truck to a local 3rd party repair shop for a their opinion. Long story short, my truck was not only diagnosed but repaired within a few days, by taking the time to test/troubleshoot the aforementioned parts (process of elimination) and not guessing! I spent almost $1200 out of pocket due to Ford breaking my battery terminal and now they will not respond to any emails for a resolution. This is not fair and no paying customer should be treated like this!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE LOCATION TO ANYONE!!! read more

AVOID this place at all cost. I gave it one star because this site doesn't allow me to give 0. The service department is rude and dishonest. The service director, Tim Black raised his voice and even pointed his finger in my face. I paid for a diagnostic and NEVER received a copy of the report. When I emailed him asking for one he refused to send it. All of this in addition to waiting in their waiting room for 6hrs, no exaggeration 6hrs. I am filing a claim with the better business bureau and the attorney generals office. Please do yourself a favor and do not get your car serviced here. Even as I was going through my issues with them, other guests were complaining about being charged for work that they did not ask to be completed. Set an appointment on Monday to bring in my car in Wednesday at 7:45 am I was greet by Jerald Sparkman who take care of me as soon as I stepped out of the car. Jerald went beyond and above when you gave me a voucher for a free breakfast meal from Ford Wade Cafe. After eating my breakfast I was called from the cafe 5 min later with my car done and by the way I got a oil change, Tire rotation and a full car inspection. So I've taken my 2008 Mountaineer there several times. Never had anything but super service. Until now, I live out of state now and visit my parents so I dropped it off Last night I said they could take their time just call me which was my mistake I guess. I asked if they needed my number but since it had been there previously several times. I was told no. Since had to go to do something nearby on Saturday i took my dads truck. No call all morning nor even prior to the close. By the time I got up there after waiting to hear I found they were closed. The car is outside but I have no clue as I type this if they are done, if they found anything wrong or how much it is going to cost me. The least the service department could have done was called me to let me know it's ready and tell me what if anything was done. Now I have no clue until Monday Morning! read more

I had an awful experience at this dealership. The sales managers are deceitful, dishonest, and I strongly recommend dealing with a reputable dealership. In October 2014 I purchased a 2010 Landrover LR2 from Wade Ford and it turned out to be the biggest lemon. I was told that the problems with the car would be repaired but that was an outright lie. I was sold a vehicle with a broken window and lied to that the car was still under warranty. When I dropped the car off I had to call for two days and then show up and was lied to in my face. They told me the car was repaired and no repairs had been done. Be careful, this dealership has the old school mentality of selling cars, with lies and by any means necessary. read more

I would only recommend this dealership if and only if I did not have to deal with the salesmen whose name was Joseph. At first he was friendly and I was set on a new Ford Edge when his demeanor turned aggresive and uncomfortable - bordering on sexual harrassment. I left the dealership without a deal and made a purchase at another dealer the following week. Everyone else in the showroom and office were extremely accomodating and I was so embarassed that I did not stop to address the situation with the GM. I'm not sure how to explain this. The radio on my Escape died in Dec 2013. I've lived without it since then but in May of 2014 I decided to get it fixed as a birthday present to myself. In the afternoon of the day I dropped it off they called me and told me that the radio went bad and to replace the unit would cost me $500. I wasn't going to spend that kind of money on a radio, so I said no thanks and went to pick it up. That night as my son and I were running some errands the radio JUST CAME ON. All by itself. Since then it has gone in and out playing just fine for 30 min or so and just going silent for 15-30 min. I'm now starting to believe that it may be the wiring. I guess my point is WHY DID THEY WANT ME TO PAY $500 FOR A NEW UNIT? Maybe there is more to this and I'm not saying they have done anything shady...but it's just a little too coincidental the radio comes back on the same day I take it into the shop, right? Based on what has happened I'm not sure I'll take my Escape back there. Something just doesn't feel right about how that went down. read more

I understand that weekends are busy and regular oil changes are only what can be handled, but service is the nature of the business and they could be servicing their customers in a much more meaningful way if they were able to actually repair vehicles on the weekends. Many people work on weekdays and cannot take time off to get their vehicle looked at. I (still) have a road noise on my rear passenger side after I hit a curb and was trying to get that looked at while my oil change was going on. The service rep told me that it was not going to get looked at in detail but they could take a quick look to see if it was anything major. Apparently it was nothing major because I didn't hear a word about it when I came back to pick up my car...not very good customer service in my opinion...when I went to pick up my car, the car wasn't ready for me to pick up and 10 minutes later the mechanic went to go get it. When he drove it up to where I was and got out, I didn't notice it, but after getting home, I noticed a huge area on my driver seat, where someone left a stain. I can't think of many times in my life where I've had a good dealership service experience so I felt the need to write this. My need was simple, I had two chipped car keys that I needed programmed to have spares for my truck. I called around and Eric at Wade Ford was the most helpful and also gave me the best price estimate. He said programming a key would be $100 and take 60 to 90 minutes. Well they programmed both keys at no additional charge and only charged me $89. It also only took about 40 minutes so I was very pleased. Eric was helpful and courteous and they even had hot coffee while I waited. read more

I got robbed by service. This is the WORST dealership I've ever been to. They wanted to charge me $870 in preventative maintenance. I took off several things from the invoice and got it down to $350. They took 2 DAYS to do 2 HOURS worth of work. When I got the car back, it hadn't been washed and my oil change sticker from another dealership was removed. Booked an apt online for the next day. Dropped off my car a bit earlier than the apt time however, I had a friend to pick me up while my EDGE was being worked on. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and a squeak in my window. They had to order a part for the window motor and I will go back when it arrives. Jason always has a smile and is very informative of what is going on. This is by far the best service center for FORD. I have moved to Fayetteville but will continue to bring my car in to this Service Center. I can work from their waiting room while I wait AND the café has coffee. Good to go! read more

I called about a vehicle and asked a question about the vehicle the salesman named jerry he told me to call him back in 10 minutes and I replied it is not my phone so I will call when I can what did he do he called my boss cell phone then when I called back he told me"I am to busy answering phones this car every body wants it" when the switchboard cut me off twice I called the used car manager danny and he hung up on me when I told him the salesmen said he was to busy to answer a question. Took my husband's truck here last minute in the middle of a roadtrip to get his rear differential checked out because it was leaking. They squeezed us in as they were extremely busy that day. I had a great experience with Wade Ford. They had the Escape for which I was looking (the only one in three states) and still was able to work out a phenomenal deal via email. Once the price was established, managing my trade-in and getting me out the door was a quick and painless process. My only qualm was that the $750 email certificate Ford sent me was not honored due to information on the certificate. This was Ford corporate's decision, however, Wade Ford could've earned a TON of good will by honoring the lower price. Understandable, but unfortunate outcome...note to others: if you fill out a form on ford.com, don't give inaccurate information because they won't honor any incentives rewarded with that information. read more

First off I had a fantastic salesman Eddie! I went in to buy a 2017 f150 lariat that I found online advertised at just under $52,000 with 29 miles. I get there and it turns out the advertisement was wrong it had almost 6100 miles. They said it's still considered new because the manager drove it and it hadn't been titled. I was fine with this and still loved the car. I went on Kelly Blue Book and researched how much I should expect for that truck with those options and it came back at just over $41,000 for trade in value. Also at trade in value my car was just under $40,000. I told them I understood that everyone has to make money so I offered them my car plus $6000 for their vehicle. They ran the numbers and came back at my car plus over $13,000 for their vehicle which according to another source was only worth just over $1,000 more. It was my understanding that the manager quoting this was the same manager that drove the 6000 miles on the car and he wanted to sell it with no discounts for the same as they were asking for it with 29 miles and there was no room for negotiations! I was totally blown away by the audacity and mix of personal emotions and business decisions on wade fords part definitely Not good business practices or professionalism in my opinion!! read more
