But I wanted to point out this place the standard professional customer service was beyond standard it was outstanding from first day when I walked into this practice I was treated like a VIP. I had my first cleaning in my life here the lady was super professional made me feel comfortable calm she was walking me through the whole procedure on you all the time what she's going to do and what's going to happen and how I going to feel. I'm at the doctor Lee he was also super professional didn't try to get a treatment today didn't need referred me to another practice to have a root canal and the practice that I had to go to was also very professional I ended up not having a root canal so they didn't force me into a unnecessarily treatment and payment. I was a longtime patient of Dr. Lee's predecessor. When he retired and turned the practice over to Dr. Lee, I was a bit apprehensive. So many younger dentists these days seem to focus heavily on cosmetic dentistry and push costly services that aren't medically necessary. I want to know that the health of my teeth comes first and foremost, and I didn't know what to expect with this new guy. So....I've been seeing Dr. Lee for a few years now, and I'm very pleased with the practice. He's a young dentist with an old soul -- I appreciate his conservative approach to dental care. Dr. Wade and his team are phenomenal. My dad has been my dentist for my whole life, but we live in different cities now, and when I bit into a baguette and broke off my veneer, I was in dyer need. Every stop of the "fix it" process from booking the appointment, dealing with changes in my schedule, and actually being in the chair went smoothly and felt stress free. Dr. Lee and Tiffany make a great team. They are gentle and explained every step of my procedure in a way I could easily understand. My teeth look great, and the cherry on top is that Allison, at the front desk, really stepped up to bat for me when my insurance wrongfully categorized my claim. She saved me tons of money. I struggled before I make this negative comment, after considering I feel I have the responsibility for the community. I feel I got some unnecessary work from this office. Before I go to him, my dentist didn't say I have a cavity, I didn't have pain in my tooth. when I got the exam with him, he diagnosed surprisingly many cavities and suggested filling, but I just got an exam 6 months ago, there was no cavity, I wrongly believed in him and got some fillings with him, which I found I should regret forever afterwards. before the filling, I don't have any pain, and the cavity is not showing in the X-ray, he just said he saw them by eye and then did the filling for me. After the filling I feel sensitivity when drink hot or cold water(before the filling there was no such issue), then I go to him, Dr Lee only says try use some sensitive toothpaste, I think normal tooth should be able to drink water. It's unreasonable to have to use some anti-sensitive toothpaste to prevent what a dentist has brought to the tooth! And actually the anti-sensitive toothpaste is not working!! Afterwards, I felt that a doctor should be preservable, a drilled teeth will never grow out, filled teeth is absolutely weakened and not age well. If there is no cavity or very small cavity, the teeth should be cleaned and observe for a while, but he decided to drill really deep and makes big holes and I got the pain forever. I am wondering why is this, for what? I will try to say something positive at the end. The front desk lady Alison is friendly and excellent. Dr Lee is also friendly talking, hope he will find his way. Hope people in the community won't get unnecessary teeth work and pain and keep your good teeth strong and long-lasting. read more

I have been going to Dr Lee for several years and he has offered phenomenal service by being humble, accepting of feedback, making sure I feel comfortable as a patient. The people working for the office are excellent as well, with email reminders and calls of appointments. I've been lucky to not have had any major dental operations, so I can't comment on Dr Lee's skills there. Dr. Wade Lee is the man! My first impression of him in person is that he is a nice guy who radiates a general air of competency. I appreciate this, especially amongst those in the dental profession. I had several cavities in my rear left molar, and was afraid I'd need a root canal. In my initial appointment (which was very easy and efficient), Dr. Lee was also concerned I'd need a root canal, but this awesome dentist was able to remove the decay and fashioned me a nice crown instead! My crown procedure went pretty quickly. A note on shots: I really don't like them. As a kid I had a terrible dentist who did not do them properly and they were very painful. Dr. Lee was totally painless! He gets two thumbs way up! Dr. Lee is not the only wonderful person in his office. All his staff are super nice! Allison (at the front desk) is a pleasure to talk to and made me feel very comfortable when I called. She worked with me to make sure I could get the care I needed. =D I feel guilty for forgetting Dr. Lee's awesome assistant's name, so I'll find out and write it in later, because she totally deserves a shout out too. I used to not tight with a dental service regularly until I came to service from Dr Lee. I've been with Dr Lee for nearly 2 years now, and all my experience tells me he is a wonderful dentist! Doctor Lee is extremely patient and seasoned. He's gentle on helping me solve my teeth problems while always willing to answer all my concerns. Dr. Wade Lee and his team have provided me with exceptional care since he took over the practice of Dr. Landers in 2013. I highly recommend Dr. Lee, his hygienists and staff. Dr. Lee is knowledgable, technically skilled, patient and honest with his clients, and a strong verbal communicator who clearly explains status, issues and alternatives for courses of treatment. He performed significant procedures for me in perfect fashion with no follow-on problems -- from fillings to replacement of an existing crown to a new crown on a new implant. After a previous crown came off unexpectedly two days before Christmas, he scheduled me for an office visit the next day and installed a temporary crown for the holidays -- remarkable. Dr. Lee is a great young dentist. He is a very nice person and consummate professional who cares about his patients. HIs proactive approach to my teeth and oral health will hopefully prevent any major problems down the road and I appreciate his awareness of costs/patient responsibilities when it comes to working with insurance. As some other reviews, I didn´t find Dr. Lee accidentally. I searched on yelp for dentists and I checked about 50 offices and called to about 20 of them. After some sad experience in the past, my goal was to find the best dentist whom I can completely trust. So why I chose Dr. Lee among all other dentists? First, he had perfect reviews, and there was nothing, nothing bad written. It was definitely a good sign. Second, I liked Dr. Lee's smile on this website, only kind people can smile like this :) And, most importantly, I was impressed by his education and the message he wrote, about the desire to make a change in the community. To me it means a lot, and after two visits to his office, I am so impressed by him and his amazing team. It's so rare that all people in the office are so professional, nice and kind to you. The office is extremely clean, and all Dr. Lee´s assistants are exceptionally great. And, of course, Alyson at the reception made my experience a pleasant one from my first call. The treatment was painless and fast, and Dr. Lee explained everything patiently to me. I liked a lot that during my visits I never had to wait and in Dr. Lee´s office you really feel that the whole team is dedicated to you. So patient and thorough! All the staff are all super nice and diligent. The dentist takes his time and really wants to make the best decisions for your oral health. Other dentists I have been to in the past all make me feel like I am in a chop shop, they run me in and out so quickly. Berkeley, a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (during which time he was awarded the Dean's scholarship for academic excellence), followed by a post-graduate residency to further advance his skills. And, he took over this practice with 5 years of experience as a practicing dentist. I knew before I met him that I would be in good hands! I've been going to Dr. Lee for over a year now since he took over my previous dentist's practice, whom I had been seeing for over 25 years. During that time I never had a cavity or any other significant problem, so I thought this new dentist has quite a reputation to live up to. I found Dr. Lee and his staff to be caring and skilled and they are working with the latest equipment (I had never before seen X-rays so detailed). They have been very thorough with every regular cleaning so far. Recently I had a minor nighttime emergency with a sharp bone chip lodged between my teeth and Dr. Lee took care of me after hours - he had me come to his office within an hour that same evening. Last year I had sealants put on most of my teeth (at a very reasonable cost) and they are holding up like new. This was at my request -- he never tried to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. Yes, he is young, but he has exceeded my expectations for a new dentist. I have the highest confidence in the care I am getting. read more
