Now I'm just gonna say the staff that works at this waffle house is a group of cartoon characters I swear lol. They are so friendly and keep you laughing and having a good fun time at work. They work together so well and make great food at the sane time. I noticed there are regulars there that will only eat if specific cooks make their food which shows loyalty. They could eat anywhere else but the come there daily. That in itself speaks loudly about how good the food us and the customer service. The only negative I had is that it is cold as can be in there and the bathroom is even colder but that's the only negative. It was clean, service was fast, attentive, and genuine. read more

This was a terrible restaurant experience. Why? Because the service was abysmal. This is a breakfast restaurant - eggs, bacon, toast. It should not take FORTY-FIVE minutes to be served, especially at 11pm. I don't care that there were "only" three people working, I don't care that it wasn't even busy. I have never experienced such slow service in my entire life. We waited so long that we were this close to walking out. My friend who I was dining with said that she was giving the place a second chance after the service had been this terrible the month before. The service had not improved in the meantime. Additionally, the place was a freezer. There was no heat. I had to put on my winter coat to stay there. I would have given the place 1 star, but the food was astonishingly good. The cheesy eggs were sublime; the hash browns with the country gravy were redonkulously good. The bacon was crispy and perfect; the toast was buttered to perfection. man, I love Waffle House. Basically, they are all the same. What could make them differ is location (surrounding) and employees. My visit was early in the morning (like 2am) while I was trying to stay awake for a 6am flight. they made my food fast and it was on par with Waffle House quality. I always get the same things at WH...... grits w/cheese and a side of bacon...... sometimes along with a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. Everything came out good. I've been coming to Waffle House as long as I remember. Started going to the one in Arizona in 1991 and was pleased when I moved to Colorado two years ago they had one here as well. This Waffle House is as good as any other that I've been to. My go to staple for breakfast is their pecan waffle, a side of sausage and coffee. They never disappoint, the waffles are always hot and coffee is decent. I do like the fact they have an open kitchen so you can see what's going on and watching the food be prepared. This will always be my #1 go to for breakfast. read more

This specific Waffle House surpassed our expectations. It was our first time dining in Waffle House and all seven of us enjoyed every kind available (peanut butter, chocolate chip, pecan, and sweet cream) and hash brown. Ask for Sarah as your waitress... We are from Texas and we're passing through Colorado we decided to stop by to have breakfast, the manager Bonnie took our name down and said there was a 10 minute wait. We waited over 10 minutes which was understandable due to them operating at a 50 percent capacity due to COVID. What we didn't appreciate was that they were sitting two other people before us when we had arrived about 5 minutes before them. When we asked the hostess why this was so, she said that according to her manager they were next and not us. I've never heard of a manager picking who sits next. We left since our time was limited. This manager and hostess need re-training when it comes to keeping track of the customers and who comes in first. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this Waffle House! read more

I went here in search of a good cheesecake. They have good crab and waffles. Their peach omelette butter is amazing. This is a place to go if your looking for good alligator burgers and fish sticks. One stop shop for Spanish onion fritters. Dog friendly, no cats. Lizards ok but only if they are educated. Lesbians are identified by arm bands and tacos are free on Frumpledays. If you like picked cow taints then look no further. They make a delicious wonton spaghetti. Coffee was fantastic! There is a cobbler in the back as well so you can have your shoes repaired while you eat. They have great giraffe ears. Ice cubes come in the shape of books. They have a great dvd selection. Socks where a bit pricey. I bought a car here and it came with a great warranty. Great prices for amazing home style food. Ever want to try rooted bible eyes? Then look no further. They have roasted roast and toasted toast. The have mouse butter and mongoose preserves. They make a mean peanut butter and jelly hat. Looking for fried goat tail with a side of oysters? The food was ok. My eggs and waffle were delicious. My bacon was burnt so I was a little disappointed. The hash browns were too crunchy. My waitress stayed on top of drink refills and she kept a smile. Unfortunately, it was filthy inside. They attempted to do a little cleaning but it didn't put a dent in the mess. read more

I've only been here 3 times in the past month. The first 2 times the grills where down and the one time I go and their grills are on my order isn't even worth coming here. Last night my granddaughter went in this Waffle House for dinner. The staff were wonderful and I got the feeling of a small town diner where they know the customers. The place was clean and the wait was very reasonable. I ordered the Texas Cheese Steak Melt and she got the 2 Egg Breakfast with Bacon. I could not keep my eyes off the cook. I am a very experienced cook and I recognize mastery when I see it. This woman owned that grill! I did not catch her name but she was working on a weekday evening if you want to try your luck to get her cooking. She seemed like your grandma in the kitchen whipping something up with the skill that only decades of cooking produces. She was fast, completely organized, and totally relaxed. When our food came it was perfection - cooked perfectly, seasoned just right, and excellent taste. Even though it was not fancy restaurant food I would say this is one of the finest restaurant meals I have ever had. After my Dismay because Burger King was Closed i seen Mc Donalds and Seen Waffle house right in the same parking lot. I was cringing because i figured Waffle house would be busy. Well it was but there was still seats. As always the Waitress quickly took my order. My Tea with Honey was delicious and didnt even need sugar which is rare for me. The eggs w cheese had the right amount of cheese. The Sausages werent burnt. My Waffle came after i finished my Grits and Toast. After 30 minutes of no service, my friend asked if we could get service and we got kicked out. It's not like we asked the server. We were talking. Just talking about that then she threatens to call the cops. Told us she could call from her personal phone or the business phone, why? Because we asked for service? This place is rude and ruins moods. We are great customers yet got kicked out for talking about if we would get service after over a half an hour of NO service. I had a really sweet waitress, she was very attentive, professional, and polite, and extremely respectful. Devon never let my drink empty, and constantly checked on me and my food. Waffle House in my opinion is never a let down and this location is no different. The servers are always friendly and fun to interact with, especially late nights. The food is always fast and accurate. Gotta love being able to listen to your order being called to the cooks on the line. Prices are always cheap cheap. Came in on a Saturday morning and it was a full house. The two women taking reservations took our name (there was only two of us) and instructed us to wait on the ghastly red chairs, which we did. 45 minutes later we noticed that every person and or group had been seated before us and we decided to ask why. The very nasty hostess rolled her eyes and said that she had already crossed out our name and that we could get the next table when one became available. I demanded to know why our party name was not called and she sighed heavily and said, "that's not my problem". Yammyyyy! My first time going there and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly to me and always refilled my coffee. I love coffee! But, for the first time I tried their waffles and it was delicious and very puffy! And not to mention the price. We've been here several times and service was good. Tonight, was the 1st time with HORRIBLE SERVICE, The silverware tha was placed on our table was dirty, we asked for coffee, no creamer was brought to us, we got it about 5 minutes later. Our order was messed up, I had burnt bacon and one of my petpeves is when a server/waitress reaches over you and the food. Just ourtright poor service, my 7 year old said it best. Usually you can't go wrong with Waffle House. We have them all over Florida. I have never been disappointed with their food until yesterday. How can you mess up waffles? They didn't taste anything like usual. We all ordered waffles and we collectively agreed that they were not what they should have been. My daughter had hash browns with her order. They messed that up also. The employees don't seem to be happy with their jobs. I heard more that one complaining. One stated they were being worked like Hebrew slaves. Overall I wouldn't eat here again nor recommend the place to anyone. read more
