Waffle House is a hit or miss! But this time it was great, you can truly tell when the food is made with love. Waffle House is very simple, straightforward, it's not anything crazy. The service is quick which makes the experience fast overall. Waffle House are known for their waffles which are always superb. Location was a bit outdated but clean!

This was my first time in waffle house, I've only seen a lot of memes about it. I was expecting fistfights and crazy people. There was none of that, but the food was very tasty and cheap! And the vibes were very cozy and friendly, service was good also. I am surprised! (Christmas night btw)

Food was not great. The Texas patty melt was just a burger with 2 slices of cheese that was not melted. The bread was thick wonder bread. The blueberry waffle over cooked. The bacon was burnt. The sweet tea not so sweet. The hash brown was the only good food. Service was very slow even though it wasn't crowded. Ambiance- place was clean, the staff weren't friendly. A but disappointed because we drove 1 1/2 hrs thinking we would get the same experience as the waffle houses down south. We may come back for another try at it maybe we just came on a bad day.

Stopped in with my family. The wait wasn't long at all, maybe 8min before we were seating and ordering food. The food was tasty, delivered relatively quickly. The prices are always good. Staff was very pleasant. The only con was it could have been cleaner. I saw tops of tables that looked mostly clean but dirty napkins and forks and food on the floor underneath. Utensils needed a good wiping as well before using them. I didn't go into the bathroom. Preferred to wait until I got home based on what I saw.

I rarely review chain restaurants in general but wanted to do so here. Walking in this morning, the place was packed but the long wasn't terribly long at all. We were seated at the counter and I ordered 2 eggs with hash brown and toast for $6. Nothing fancy about this other than it hit the spot without overeating. Their hash browns are made fresh on the spot and very light. My son ordered the ham and cheese hash brown bowl and my wife ordered the bacon and cheese version of it. They both enjoyed their meal. The place is very clean and all staffs were amazing and attentive. I would recommend this place.

I have been having a taste for the Cheeseburger bowl with grilled onions, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes. Like a song you can't get out of your head. Simple and not pretending to be classy. Quick response to needs. A food served almost instantly.

It was late breakfast time so stopped in after seeing the sign . Seating was booths few were open. I knew the items I wanted so usual scrambled eggs toast hash browns Juice. Service was fast and courteous. Food came as ordered see photo. Usual standard Waffle House design unit. Separate restrooms. Enough parking for patrons. Walking back to my car I saw this VW car pulled & parked next to my car. I had to take picture of that .

La Maya did not disappoint! The ambience is dimly lit, and perfect for a romantic dinner. On the cocktails side, I tried "Señor Sal" - a dirty martini / Vesper riff featuring their proprietary gin and vodka, dry vermouth, pickled jalapeño, olive brine, and lemon infused olive oil. It was a visually attractive, delicious, and sturdy cocktail. Just what the doctor ordered! Later I tried the house margarita. It was balanced and refreshing. There are options to add flavorings to the house margarita spec for +$2 (e.g., Matcha Coconut, Spicy, Guava Mint, Caramelized Pineapple). My dinner companion tried the caramelized pineapple and loved it. On the culinary side, the guacamole was fresh and flavorful. For an entree, I selected the Carne Nortena - a tequila-marinated ribeye with sauteed scallions, shisito peppers. The steak was cooked perfectly to temperature (medium-rare) and amazingly juicy. The roasted sweet potato wedges (Camote) were also outstanding. Don't forget dessert - the coconut flan was to die for! Service - I believe our server's name was Alex, was on-point. He was knowledgeable about both the food and beverages, and did not rush us. Thank you La Maya for a great evening. I will definitely return.

They kept a lot of the buildings older character so it'll appear as a "hole in the wall", but I found it warm and cozy. Seating choices include several tables, a long bar that faces the cooking area and a window seat for two that looks over Main Street. The staff was friendly and prompt. The menu has all of your breakfast standards, but also includes crepes. The lunch/dinner part consists of burgers, hotdogs, pierogies, tacos, chicken tenders and sandwiches. On the sweet side they have house-made baked goods, ice cream, sundaes, banana splits and milkshakes. My son and I stuck with breakfast. I had coffee and "The Shirley Special" - 2 eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 slice thick French toast, breakfast potatoes $9.50. My son had a Turkey Hill chocolate milk, two eggs and a bagel. The Shirley was a good portion for the price. Everything was fresh and came out quick. My only nitpick was the bagel with my sons meal. It was a plain jane supermarket type of bagel. A place like this needs to serve some fresh local bagels! The coffee was a simple and tasty black roasted blend. Breakfast for two at $20 wasn't bad. The bathroom located in the back was small, but clean. I'd definitely return when traveling through the area. Thanks guys!

That's how they do things at Drip. Instead of a server taking your order verbally, you fill out a paper menu. My buddies and I started off sharing three appetizers; Bavarian pretzels, fried cheese, and Nicky's Chicky wings. The pretzels were buttered, salted, and served with cheese sauce. The fried cheese was lightly breaded and served with a delicious garlic aioli. The cheese pull on these bad boys was insane! The wings were tender, but not crispy. The Nicky's Chicky sauce tasted like a normal BBQ sauce. After sampling all of the appetizers, I moved on to the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries and mac n' cheese. I didn't love the seasoning on the chicken sandwich, but the chicken itself was great quality and cooked to perfection. The fries were seasoned very well, but served lukewarm. The mac n' cheese was creamy, cheesy, and the noodles weren't overcooked like most places. Our server was welcoming, attentive, and happy to answer any questions we had about the menu. The one thing I didn't like about this place was "extras are extra." I can understand an upcharge for extra cheese or bacon, but an upcharge for LTO and mayo is a bit ridiculous. The food was very tasty I think it is the only restaurant I've been in locally that didn't use excessive amounts of salt. A big plus. The mixed drinks were interesting and reasonably strong. I usually quaff mine down fairly rapidly, savoring the buzz during dinner and still safely driving home after. I had potato soup, which was very good, and Ming had Beet Carpaccio, which was thinly sliced seared root veggies with seasoning. I only had a bite because she wanted it all! Then came dinner. I had the ribeye, which was done so that it was seared one the outside to keep the flavor in and red (while being cooked thru, not an easy feat) and it's was flavored but not overly salty, were unusual. I ordered my usual Worcestershire sauce to clean off the extra salt, but hardly used any. Ming had the crab cake, which was the only negative of the meal. While not overtired or salty, there was a bit of a fishy smell. Not terrible, but off putting. Luckily for me, I don't like crab anyway so I didn't have any. The desserts were good, with a tasty chocolate cake and a peach cobbler that was good but could have had a bit of peach goo to moisten it a bit. The prices were very competitive considering the venue AND the quality of the food. The bar was hopping too because it looked like a great place to hang out with friends!

However, the overall experience was disappointing due to slow service, lack of communication, and issues with the food. We visited after the Lehigh Graduate Commencement Ceremony and were seated from 1:30-3:00 PM. Our server, Younise, only checked on us roughly every 15 minutes. It then took 45 minutes for pretzels and another 30 minutes for our 2 entrees. While we overheard that the kitchen was behind, this was never communicated to us directly, which made the long wait more frustrating. There was also an issue with my order. I ordered the Caesar salad wrap (Julius' Chicken Dance $14), but I was brought a Caesar salad with chicken ($3 up-charge) instead. The server did not offer to have the kitchen correct it or provide an alternative. After discussing it, I eventually asked if she could bring me a tortilla so I could make the wrap myself. A 15% discount was applied, which I appreciated, but the bill still listed the incorrect meal and reflected the higher-priced salad instead of the wrap I originally ordered. The burger was also underwhelming, as the cheese was not melted. For a meal that came to over $60 for pretzels, a burger, a salad item, and one drink, I expected better communication, food quality, and customer service. The ambiance was great, but the entrees and service unfortunately did not match the setting
