Her section was full, yet she moved from table to table with ease, making every guest feel seen and taken care of. It is not often that you go to a restaurant and receive service where the server is truly present and on point from beginning to end, but Ms. Nikki did exactly that. She made our experience enjoyable and memorable. If Ms. Nikki is ever being considered for a promotion, recognition, or a raise, she absolutely deserves it.
