I had to give this morning crew a shout out ! When I say the BEST customer service I've ever had I mean it ! They were super friendly the minute I walked in the door, they worked so well together as a team, and very quick and efficient ! The food was delicious, the music was a great selection, definitely a vibe ! The hard work was greatly appreciated. Each employee checked on me from time to time even though they weren't my server. Anybody that gives more than a 1 star has to be fake profiles. This place is so filthy, the kitchen is mess with . The men's room had vomit in the sink and was clogged. The quality of the food that I had was so nasty I could not finish it. Ham and cheese omelet that came with no ham. No way was the cheese real. I love Wa-Ho. I just love waffles. Or, Waffles. I think maybe Waffles should always be capitalized. They have earned that respect. I mean, as a Wa-Ho goes, this one is alright. This is the typical Waffle House. The food and service is good. But this one is very messy. We came in at 8 am on a Monday. The counter was very dirty and the floor was a total mess. We made a comment about how messy it was. While there were a few waitresses standing around doing nothing, one young man, Vincent, seemed to be doing all the work. Went in for an "all star" came out pretty ticked off. Only table in the building, received most of our food but there was a wait on the bacon and sausage. Not a problem, I am used to a minute or two delay with that. However, that turned into a 15 minute wait, and the bacon and sausage I had ordered went to another table for customers who came in after us. Not only did the two men come in 10 mins after us neither of the pair were at the table when the food arrived. So the bacon and sausage that could of been at our table to complete our meals, sat there getting cold and was barely touched by the customers by the time we left. Management is highly unprofessional, very ignorant, his in the back room to avoid confrontation aka apologizing herself for the below average service, offering some form of accommodation(s), etc. Nicole and KeKe definitely gave their best service even under poor management. My hotel restaurant closed at 10:30 and re-opened at 5, didn't want to take a can anywhere and this Waffle House was right down the street. I was really hungry, had been up since 2am to work and it was around 11:30. It was busy when I went in only had 4 chairs open & the seats next to me filled up as soon as I sat down. When I walked in everyone said hello. Coffee was great! I took forever to order because everything looked good and had so many variations. I decided on the grilled chicken sandwich w one slice of cheese and added jalapeños. It was simple, white bread, grilled chicken, cheese and jalapeño. It was SO good. Not too big, got a side of hash-browns to go w it and left happy! Waffles, biscuits and gravy egg biscuit sandwich all looked amazing. The chili seemed like it would be good too. Everyone was super friendly and by the time I left the restaurant wasn't as busy. If you want a good simple meal and or breakfast all day, this is a great option. I called a week ahead of time to be sure they would be able to accommodate a group of 30 people. I was told it would be no problem and I said we would be there between 930 and 10. Gave my name and number to contact. The day before I called just to be sure. The morning of, I received two phone calls to be sure we were coming. When the group arrived, it appeared as though the ENTIRE RESTAURANT couldn't hold 30 people. And they were pretty busy. I asked to speak with a manager and she was the most ignorant manager I have EVER encountered. She walked away from me saying "I am done talking to you". It's unfortunate because we could have gone to a restaurant that really could have handled a group of our size. Never again! read more
