Yes, this is a typical Waffle House, tiny, older waitresses, greasy good food, and locals. Its kind of scary to think about going to a Waffle House in Euless, over off Euless Main, but its one of the better places to eat for breakfast. There is a Waffle House maybe a little closer by Walmart off Cheeks Sparger, but this one is by far better. I go on the weekends, usually around church crowd time. This place is never crowded, the waitresses are good. Sometimes their personalities vary, but they are attentive and always get the order right. And the food, its good. Never too greasy. I highly recommend breakfast, that's what I always get and its good. Me and my boyfriend go there about once a month. However, be aware, it is a smoking restaurant. And that's part of why I go, I believe its only smoking on one side of the restaurant. But, don't be afraid to stop by here! Its always yummy. read more

This will be my best review of Waffle House in the area. It's like most of them have fallen off the brand managers radar, especially in Irving. I read some of the reviews that were negative back in June, but from my experience they have addressed some concerns. Place was clean, everyone was super friendly, the good came out like I like it. Avoid this Waffle House. Rude cook and there was hair in my food. The cook was bothered to have to make our food. Terrible experience.

Our Family was in town and after a concert at 11pm we knew Waffle House was for us. Man, it was fantastic service and the food was great! Service was prompt, polite and professional. Food was obviously made fresh to order, timely and hit the spot. The cook even came over and introduced himself! Everything was super clean, including the restrooms. At 3am, when you just want to have a waffle, this is NOT the place to go. I know that the people that work there barely make minimum wage but you could still be happy you have a job. We sat there for 10 minutes and weren't even acknowledged. No water, no menus, no silverware, not even a "hey, how are you?" "We'll be right with you." We're really good tippers, even despite service and you've lost our business. We'd rather go to Cafe Brazil, where the food is phenomenal, the service is top notch and we don't have to wait 10 minutes for a glass of water. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. So I was munching on breakfast Friday 11/25. I was seated at the counter . I noticed movement on my arm. Yep it was a roach. Yeah that is always a stopping point for me ... they did comp the meal as I was walking out of the door. In addition the "grill operator" was out on is feet ... literally standing next to the grill facing the counter ... with his eyes closed looking like he was taking a standing nap. We sat at the countertop & e'rybody knows Waffle House menu like the back of their hands...but we still browsed the menu. Now it was about 11:30pm-12am...those are late hours but not the turn down hours after the club...so they weren't packed. Now why it took our waiter over 5 mins to even come acknowledge us for drink orders is beyond me. But he came over took our drink order & said he'd be right back. He was gone so long, we finally asked the other waiter to take our order....even tho he had a whole story as how they were assigned sections & blah blah blah...."Sir can you take our order?" lol. ...he took the order and we waited. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time...keep in mind "our original waiter" has yet to come back for that order we were waiting to place with him (side eye)! So while we were eating...."the original waiter" came over & was like "Can I get y'all anything else?" ....my smart mouth "Oh, you can help us now?".....this "young man" stated "at least I got you something to drink".....(clutches pearls...he done lost his Dayum mind). I politely excused him from within my space & said we're not fixing to go back & forth....because I promise I was gonna have the last word. He walked away...the other guy came by and brought me my bacon & shortly after he sat it on the counter...I see something to my right moving....YELP....A DAYUM ROACH WAS CRAWLING ON THE COUNTERTOP!!!! The waiter came and grabbed a napkin & killed it so smooth....this clearly wasn't the 1st time this has happened. I politely stacked all my dishes (plate still full of food) ....asked for my check....paid my bill & beat my feet to the streets!!! I don't do bugs, nor do I do rude service!! As a former employee of this particular store location, I have got to say there are some employees that epitomize friendly hospitality and going above and beyond standard customer service. If you do eat here during the day ask for Slim, Nancy, or Bassim they will make sure your dining needs are met and then some! Very local. Smoking is allowed in part of the restaurant which floored me. The waitress was super nice. I had a BLT and it was very good. The coffee was actually exceptional - first good coffee we had on our trip thus far not at all bitter, hardly needed sugar! Son had a cheesy meat thing sandwich and we shared the hash browns with some toppings. Not the cleanest place maybe, but not bad, washroom was huge but could've used an air freshner but I smelled bad washrooms in expensive hotels too. I've been to waffle house before but this one sucked. I waited over 20 minutes for a damn patty melt and when i got it it was cold. The service was terrible. Utensils were not clean and the waitress was too busy yapping to another customer instead of taking care of us. I will never go to this Waffle House. read more
