    All Star Special and coffee.

Had the All Star special (Two eggs, over easy done right, blueberry breakfast waffle, city ham, raisin toast and grits.) the apple butter was a nice touch. Everything was hot and delicious. Very consistent for a chain restaurant. The waitress was very attentive and polite. 24 hr location which I think most waffle houses are. It was quiet for the most part and clean which I appreciate.

The service at this waffle house was like no other! The people here were so sweet and the food came so fast. The food was good. I got the bacon angus combo and the burger was amazing. My family was very pleased with their food. Our server crystal was a delight to have. She was so nice and i'm glad she was our server. The place was clean the lighting was nice. Overall, I had a great experience there

Love me some Waffle House! This particular Waffle House was clean, the waitress, Mykayla, was super friendly and the cook, Tarzan (assuming he goes by Lamar as well since this is what the waitress called him) was silent, but, deadly with the cooking process. Being from the Midwest, the grits we usually get are instant so I was super excited to get some homemade yumminess (or at least instant made in a way that wasn't plain and pasty). I was not disappointed! The rest of the food was awesome as well. Eggs over medium on point, hash browns crispy on the inside and soft in the middle (same description for the waffles) and perfectly browned toast. Really, I wasn't expecting an almost perfectly made linner (lunch/dinner). You know what I'm going to say right? Go check out this Waffle House! Bonus if you get Mykayla as your waitress and Tarzan swinging over the grill. Happy eating Yelpers!

My first Waffle House experience! Just what expected.. Average food, average price but it was fast and the service was very friendly! Girl behind the counter named Crystal was very friendly and nice! Bathrooms could use some work! Also don't go here if you are towing a camper or driving one.. Very small parking lot.. We had to use the hotel parking lot across highway!

Staff was quick and most of them were friendly. The food was excellent! Came out fast and hot. They even special made me a grit bowl that was extra delicious. We were thankful to find a good Waffle House along our trip.

Do you like eating cheap food at tables that haven't been fully cleaned? Then this is your place! We were starving after driving for hours and this place was the best option around (which is sad...). It gets the job done but it's unpleasant.

We had pretzel bites and a French onion soup that was perfectly browned and cheesey! For dinner 2 of us got chicken sandwiches and 2 of us got the garlic butter smash burger... delish!!! Tots and sweet potato fries were both wonderful! During dinner, I developed the hiccups... our sever brought me a lime to try to get rid of them. I'd never heard of this but it worked!! Great meal, great atmosphere, amazing service!

It was getting late and we were really hungry and with the RV and Freckles we needed a safe place to stop and get dinner. So I saw Cracker Barrel from 1-75 in Lake City. It was late and we were warmly greeted by all the staff. They have special RV parking too. Sherry was our waitress and the twins (Dave and I ) ordered the Campfire Chicken. One half of a chicken, little potatoes, carrots, and cherry tomatoes in a natural delicious gravy. It was wrapped in heavy aluminum foil. We also got two cornbread rolls and two biscuits with butter. What a deal for $15.99 each! We demolished mostly everything but I saved the carrots for Freckles. She was pretty upset today with all the thunderstorms and us traveling. Sherry brought me a to go coffee too! How sweet is that! So if you are in the area stop in for some good southern cooking!

It's a typical little neighborhood Cafe with a breakfast buffet and menu ordering. I had the two-egg breakfast with bacon, toast with tater tots (out of hash browns). I requested eggs to be cooked over medium and they were absolutely perfect!!! I was thrilled because this is not a typically happens when I order this type of egg. That tater tots Tasted like they were cooked in fresh oil and the bacon was amazing. A friend ordered the same except with home fries and a hot cake. She was a little bummed at the home fries as they were just sliced & just not what she expected. Her eggs and bacon were also amazing and her hot cake was wonderful. Coffee was nice and strong with good flavor. I visited the restroom and although the building is obviously old it was very clean. Crystal was our server and she was warm and engaging. 10/10. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area!!

It seems that their familiar logo beckons in all of its bright yellow neon glory road-weary travelers, partying college kids, parents with kids in tow, hungry workers seeking a casual and quick sit-down meal and just about everyone else from every walk of life. Since Waffle House opened its first location back on September 5, 1955 in Avondale Estates, Georgia, it quickly established itself by offering a consistent selection of food and by being open twenty-four hours a day. For me, the biggest appeal of Waffle House has always been their hash browns, which you can get basic or topped with a variety of toppings such as chili, white sausage gravy, cheese, ham, onions and so many more items and you can combine these toppings in a multitude of ways. For my main course, I have usually gone with their patty melts or one of their egg breakfast options. I myself can see the strangeness that I have never had a waffle in a business where waffle is in their very name, but I prefer a more savory breakfast than a sweet one. If you are in the southeast United States, odds are you have probably passed a Waffle House location. It seems that they are on almost every major highway exit ramp and strategically placed throughout most cities and towns in the southeast. If you see one, give them a try.

It is common knowledge that many things in the Atlanta area are expensive especially alcohol but tonight we were stunned at the amount we were charged for a beer in Lake City at Longhorn. Three 12 oz cans of Pernicious by Wicked Weed brewing company cost over $37. Obscenely expensive and for absolutely zero reason! We had a lovely steak and had commented throughout dinner at how very good the meal was and at a fair price. That good feeling went right out the window when we received the check. Charging over $12 for a 12 oz can of beer is insulting and it ruined our Longhorn experience. We dine out several nights a week and we are very loyal patrons but now have a bad feeling towards Longhorn. We don't have to have alcohol but we enjoy a good, cold beer and we are aware that restaurants make good money off of alcohol sales. We are fine with a restaurant making money and we contribute to those profits regularly but tonight we definitely feel taken advantage of and I'm not sure we will return to Longhorn. Very sad when greed is more highly valued than return customers. As a side note, we sat in the bar and Haley took good care of us.

The baked sweet potato was filled with water and had a soggy, wet skin. When they brought another one, it was the same. The potato was clearly not cleaned properly and still had a root runner attached. It's disheartening to see another restaurant quickly going in the wrong direction. The manager seemed uninterested in addressing the issue.
