Can't even dine in at night anymore. The south is falling apart and we're being oppressed by Waffle House. After a long night out and all we wanna do is sit down and eat I have to pull in a parking lot to see a line from a window. My food is rarely ever wrong. Now it's not the best looking place and the people are iffy, but it is the best, fast breakfast food. I haven't tried anything else besides breakfast food so not sure how the burgers are but people seem to get them quite often. My food is always cooked to order and hot. They have all the condiments you could possibly need especially the A1 for the steaks. There are some things that are not on the physical menu any longer but they still have them like the steak and biscuits and gravy. I just found out about the biscuits and gravy recently and come here quite often. The All Star breakfast is usually my go to. I can get absolutely everything I want with this. Sometimes I like to get T-bone and eggs and that is really good as well. Doesn't seem like you can go wrong with most things here. I wish they had an online order feature or went through ubereats. That would make my life easier but I know it probably wouldn't make theirs easier. read more

Listen, it's Waffle House. If you know, you know. This is one of those places where you should have VERY LOW EXPECTATIONS. If you do, then you're in the right mindset. I got stuck waiting for my windshield to be installed, and Waffle House is right next door. This one seemed very clean and the ladies working seemed to be doing their job. The food came out hot, quick, and correct. No complaints. My only complaint: the coffee was some of the worst I've ever had. I should put a disclaimer out there that I went at around 10 AM where I'm sure the service is much different then at say 2 AM. read more

I eat here once or twice a week. The cooks are excellent and as such the food always hits the spot. My order is always on my table promptly. They always refill my drinks without waiting for the cup to be empty. The kitchen and wait staff are great people and funny to talk to. If you show them kindness, they will treat you well. Tony and I like to frequent diners and small joints, local dives and haunts. We sometimes even plan our trips around a restaurant that I have opted to try out. He is always game, especially when good food and alcohol is involved. We both love love love waffle house restaurants. Not sure if it's the comfort food or WHAT, but one of our favorite joints...we usually go at breakfast time. I usually get the same thing so maybe it is a comfort food thing. The waitresses are always FRIENDLY and you can't beat their prices and food quality...whether it's loaded hash browns or plain with cheese..they are always a key seller on the menu..love the waffles, love the BLT sammies as well as the chili with grilled cheese... Never, until today have I had crappier service at any waffle house. Never got my bacon or biscuits & gravy. After trying several times to get the attention of our waitress (5or6 mins) I was told they had shut down the grill fir end of shift cleaning & that I would have to wait till it was bk up to get my order. There were several employees arguing loudly over tip out & smoke breaks instead of cleaning off tables so several customers waiting to sit down could. Just a horrible experience overall. read more

DONT GO HERE! If you dont like your food ie. food was unedible... they (especially briana the cook) dont care. They will not take care of you. We ordered a steak, there was too much fat and gristle to eat it and she said well you ordered it and that's how it came...told me waffle house doesn't take the food off...excuse me! To keep your customers you take care of them ( I work in the food industry). How is it our fault that they bought crappy meat...if a customer doesn't like nor can eat their food, you as a business, server, cook either get them new food or you comp it. Dont say oh well! This was an awful experience. The waitress was beyond rude and argued with me about my order. Saying I ordered something that I didnt. She served me cold coffee and was upset that I asked for a hot fresh cup. It was obvious she didn't care about providing good customer service nor caring if I was satisfied. read more

Mom wanted a pecan waffle and we went to the source. Never before have I experienced such Rude service... we went in and they were crowded. I was with my Mom and we sat down at the counter on the stools which were very uncomfortable. We looked at the menus and when a table opened up we got up and started to sit down at the table as mom is in her 70's, has lower back pain and the stool was causing her discomfort. We were immediately told that we couldn't sit there as it's their policy that we have to stay where we first sat down. This was beyond rude, we know they were busy but mom had to sit down as we could not stand and wait for a table. The other customers who were waiting were cool with it. Mom was so embarrassed that we just left without ordering anything. Shining example of poor customer service and a terrible way to treat a senior citizen. Moral of the story is you land where you land don't get up and move even if your order hasn't been taken. read more

When I walked in, I wasn't greeted or anything. I saw an empty table and asked if it was available. The server replied "yes" and I proceeded to sit down. Still no greeting. Immediately she asked what I wanted to drink and eat. I told her my order but also mentioned I was waiting for someone else. She walked away with an attitude. Fast forward...She didn't ask if we were doing ok, I ordered white toast, she gave me raisin (I'm allergic to raisin) and instead of fixing it she argued with me saying "I wrote u down for raisin."
