Made with Texas toast, the sandwich was grilled perfectly and delicious. Gaslight needs to market their Grilled Cheese Sandwich recipe. It's really that good! JP ordered a Mushroom Burger. He declared it the best mushroom burger ever! Excellent meat! Our friend ordered the Avocado Omelet. She found it to be very good, though perhaps the avocado could have been a bit fresher.
