HAD AN AMAZING DINNING EXPERIENCE HERE!!! We had the most wonderful waiter ever his name was Adam. Adam was super friendly and started many enjoyable conversations with us! Adam also always made sure we had what we needed and ordered and was very good at keeping our drinks full.The food was also very good! I am very dissatisfied by the overall service that this Waffle House provided. We waited about an hour for our meal to be prepared. The restaurant had many tables and only one cook. Personally I think that there should've been at least 2 cooks. To make matters worse the cook seemed to be taking his own precious time when preparing food for the customers. When we finally got our food most of it was cold and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. After eating we talked to a couple and the woman said she ordered a side salad. She claimed that the waitress didn't even bother to put on gloves to grab the lettuce. This is by far the worst Waffle House I've ever been to. Very disappointed in the business. read more

I have never in my life been treated the way I have been today , if I walk into your restaurant and have a order Togo or not it is your job to take the order don't worry about a tip. the reason you are not making your tips is because of your attitude . Waffle House just lost its service because of one employee saying oh no I'm not taking your Togo order because i have been taking orders all night long and no tips well you just lost another one so. read more

We've decided to go to our safe and consistent Waffle House. Unfortunately we haven't had any luck with decent food in Pigeon Forge so we felt that we couldn't be disappointed by coming here. This place is clean, the staff was nice and as always, easy breakfast food that is tasty. If you like Waffle House and in this town, come here. It's also close to the Smokey Mountain Visitor Center before all the crazy downtown area. Eat cheap, good and fast. read more

I don't know, seemed like a typical waffle house. Not the cleanest and usually pretty busy depending on where it's located. This one was busy as it was maybe around nine or 10 PM. Seem to be some drama going outside But that was handled. Anyway we did a call in order and had to wait quite a bit As someone actually quit their job then change their mind and went inside and start cooking again so that cause somewhat of a delay. After everything was said and done we finally got our food and it was, waffle house food.......Something to eat because everything else was closed. read more

This is the best breakfast I have ever had! Worth waiting the 45 minutes for a table. They were working with a skeleton staff and still maintained the service and quality of a five star place. Our waitress was enchanting and created a butterfly waffle for my granddaughter. The rest of the staff was hard at work with no let up in the line for a table, but maintained a pleasant attitude and worked very well together. Tonight my family came into Gatlinburg rather late and the Wafflehouse was the only thing open. Yes, they were busy, but the staff argued, complained about customers, and whined about the work load. My husband cleaned the table, because they couldn't be bothered to do so... We waited 15 minutes to get a drink order taken, and another 15 to actually GET the drinks. It then took 30 more minutes to get our food, which arrived COLD. When asked to have my food remade, I could hear the cooks complain. My husband has been waiting 20 more minutes for the staff to replace his cold grits, for fresh hash browns. (Update: after 45 minutes, we have given up on the hash browns.) The bathrooms are deplorable. Most of the food that I saw moving to tables had burnt meat, and under cooked eggs. Bottom line: the staff has given up, and because of this, we WILL NOT be returning to WaffleHouse during the remainder of southern trip. I am very very disappointed! read more

DISGUSTING! Went in after a seeing a comedy show in town only because it was one of the only restaurants open and I couldn't even get past 30 seconds just standing in the front entrance. The staff was hectic, the customers were frantic, and there were no clean tables to even sit down. A dish rag sat in the middle of the counter and the floors were unbearable. Maybe if I was willing to get past this nightmare environment the food would have been okay but for the sake of my dignity and my stomach, there was no other choice but to leave. read more

I come to gatlinburg/pigeon forge several times a year and since we always get in late after getting my family into our cabin I go get a to go order from this location. I was refused my order and the Waffle House employee said it wouldn't be "fair" for me to get my food before customers who decided to dine in. The lady was rude and said if I wanted to eat there I should've made my family come dine in at 1030 at night. read more

Food was what I expected, but the workers. Go Lindsey! A fellow employee is venting in her ear about restaurant supplies and a situation, without taking sides she listens and agrees she sees what he is talking about. All the while she is busy and guiding another (new to the grill) worker. She continues to ring up guest and take my order. Then the employee from outside (people leave trash and workers are trying to keep it for parking) comes in and checks the grill. The current cooking guy gladly hands over the grill and immediately ask a table if they need refills. An assumption was made by the "experienced" grill guy on the order and Lindsey caught it. AND this is the empress part. No attitude from anyone. This is the most professional behavior l have seen in years! A pause from him as she put the wrong order out of the way, then he got right back to cooking (dropping another pile of hash browns). They both kept working. The other guy who check on the table then put some music on. Can we say teamwork! Then I don't know what happened for two minutes, I took my coffees out and returned and my order was ready. These three were great to see work together. (There were two others but I have no idea what they were doing). read more

My wife and I came in looking for a quick bite to eat before heading to our cabin. We had the Steak&Cheese, it was delicious. Sweet Tea was good and the waitress kept our glasses full. The restaurant was busy, but not overcrowded. The next night we ate at the buffet across the street and trust me the Waffle House is better. If your looking for a 5 star restaurant, don't go to the waffle house. If you looking for good food, that's not over priced and comes to your table pretty fast - this is the place. Give the staff a little slack, most of these workers are likely making minimum wage and have to tolerate some pretty rude people. I left my 20% as I always do. read more

Alright, I'm going to be honest. After looking at some of the reviews, I wasn't feeling too great about going in to this Waffle House to eat. But, seeing as it was after 2:00 am, my boyfriend and I decided why not. We go in and spot only about two or three tables open, all of which were slightly dirty. We picked the least dirty and sat at it, sweeping the crumbs to the corner of the table, out of the way. Finally, after about a four minute wait, our server comes over. Literally the sweetest girl ever! Her positivity and overall attitude changed the entire experience. Her and another server continued to make my boyfriend and I laugh and even gave us some tips on Tennessee, which was greatly appreciated. Let's just say we gave them the highest tip of the entire vacation because they were some of the kindest and funniest waitresses ever! read more

The food here was okay. My eggs weren't cooked properly and my boyfriend repeatedly asked for syrup for his waffle and never received any. The only reason I'm writing this review is because of the woman waitressing a couple and their child. The people could hardly speak english and was being extremely rude to them to the point where the mom went to the car and refused to come in. The man pointed to a cheeseburger for the little girl but he received a waffle. When the man was saying he wanted a cheeseburger the waitress was instantly crappy to him and rolled her eyes and began gossiping to her coworkers. She gave the people a super sarcastic smile and then would go and talk about how they didn't speak English to her other workers.
