Microwave gave out with a bang. In this household that means no cooking is going to happen. Called Jeff at Wagner Electric at 7:30AM and had the problem solved by 11:00AM same day. I called Jeff in a panic as there was no electricity going to my oven and i was expecting renters arriving to my condo. I got his phone number off yelp. He was so quick to respond. Although he was in the car driving to an appointment, he helped me problem solve over the phone which was amazing and offered to add me to his schedule if need be, later that day. He suggested I first call the oven people as it might be an oven issue not an electrical issue. He saved me so much money as he was right and it turned out that the control panel on the oven needed to be replaced. It was not an electrical issue. Thankfully, the oven was under warranty. I really appreciate his honesty and help. He also told me if the oven people determined it was electerical he would fit me in immediately to get it working before my renters arrived. Purchase a hot tub last October thinking it would be easy to find an electrician to set it up electrically. Turned out that it was not that easy - companies would come over - maybe or maybe not send a quote. This went on for two months - until we found Wagner Electric. Finally an electrician who shows up on time, does excellent work and charges what he quotes. Can't say enough about Jeff - outstanding work. When it was time to replace my audio and video system in my home, I wanted top of the line components and an expert who could make solid recommendations based on experience, and above all, I was looking for excellent customer service. I found all that and more when I hired George Pro to do the job. George had excellent ongoing communications with me via email and phone conversations, as we jointly 'shopped' in a virtual sense on the internet for my new audio and video equipment. George sent me emails with detailed product descriptions and links to the manufacturers' websites, recommending top of the line equipment, sometimes from brand manufacturers I would not have otherwise have thought of, while keeping my stated budget in mind. His industry knowledge extends beyond that of the big box stores, and as a licensed electrician George was able to troubleshoot and solve issues that arose during the complex installation. Besides recommending and installing components including a new high definition TV with bracket, Blu-ray player, DVD/VHS and others, George and his excellent co-worker Jeff Wagner of Wagner Electric LLC, installed four speakers into the walls of our family room and painted them in a way that makes them virtually disappear into the wall!
