We ordered the Mac and Cheese Bowl with a combination of the pulled pork and brisket. Since I like rice (Of course since I am Asian), I had my partner get half rice/half Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese taste more homemade which is how we like it. The meat though is a little dry without the BBQ sauce on it. I wish we got more BBQ sauce on the side. They do give you a lot of meat though which is a good thing. The service is great. Price is reasonable.

Very solid choice at this food court! It's located next to Mahaloha and Mini Monster Cafe on the 2nd floor of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center, in the main food court. Kiosk ordering - awesome. Love the efficiency of ordering and it was extremely simple. The employee was also very helpful and pleasant. Menu is extensive but not too complex. We got the Brisket Loco Moco and the Brisket Street Tacos. The loco moco was very good. Peppery, smokey, and perfectly not too sweet. A decent portion and generous gravy. The tacos were awesome. The brisket is crazy good! The meat is tender and smokey. The tomatoes on the side were OK. Wish it was more pico de gallo style as it reminded me more of lomi salmon without the salmon. But it tasted fine with the tacos. Honestly, this is the most solid choice in the food court besides fast food. The portions were great and the prices are justified! For what we got, I think we got our money's worth. I believe they are related to Teddy's, Tex's and Tio's - all solid restaurants so I'm really not surprised they opened up another gem, but also, you might be able to use the app to order and/or get points. If you're in Waikiki, highly recommend this place for a quick meal that's affordable, and tasty!

    Small coleslaw. 0/10.

Y'all gotta be kidding. How are you gonna charge $12 for French fries and then be hella stingy with the portions? I know it's Waikiki, I live here and I'm used to it, but this is egregious. Potatoes are practically free. And that coleslaw is wildly bad. Couple bites of what is basically just mildly rancid cabbage. I'll admit, portions were good on the meat and the mac. Brisket and pulled pork were acceptable, mac was mediocre. Overall, mid and over-taxed. Do better.

I was craving Korean cold noodles in this summer heat, so we decided to stop by for lunch. Their parking lot also extends further so it becomes a pretty decent size and we had no trouble finding a spot. The banchans were good! One of the sides was poke, which we've never seen at a Korean restaurant before. It was unexpected, but so fresh and delicious. We ordered the cold noodles, spicy pork bulgogi, and seafood pancake. Everything was really good, and we'd honestly rank those dishes above most of the Korean restaurants we've been to. The seafood pancake was packed with seafood flavor, and they definitely didn't skimp on the squid. The spicy pork bulgogi came with a bowl of rice and had the right amount of spicy. The cold noodles totally hit the spot and had just the right amount of toppings in every bite. I was left very satisfied and we even had leftovers of the pork and pancake to take home. Service was friendly, and everything arrived in a timely manner. We'll definitely be back soon to try the AYCE and the soups!

I came here for lunch. I noticed this place changed owners awhile ago. Under the new name,…read moreMoobongri, they offer Ala carte menu items as well as an AYCE menu. I like that they open at 10am and that they serve delicious banchan. I came in one weekday and was seated at one of the regular tables. I guess they assumed I wasn't going to get the AYCE, even though it's pretty affordable for weekday lunch (like $28). Id like to come back to try the ayce sometime. I decided on the cold noodle and kalbi combo for $24. The cold noodles by themselves are only $14, so I thought there would be at least a couple pieces of kalbi in the combo. Nope. Apparently one piece of kalbi is $10. It was served hot, but it was served on a hot plate with onions and the plate itself wasn't hot. Why serve it on a hot plate? Very confusing. The cold noodles were refreshing, but you can get pretty good cold noodles at any Korean restaurant I think. I was a little disappointed in the quantity of food for the combo. Or I wish they had an actual lunch special, maybe I should have just got the ayce at this point right? But I wanted the cold noodles.... Oh well. It doesn't seem like they changed the interior all that much. It was pretty nice inside to begin with and there is a big parking lot. The workers come by when you ring the table side bell. Lol, otherwise they kind of just drop off the food and leave you alone. I was surprised there were like 3 other couples eating from the Ala carte menu at 10:30. I would possibly come back to try their other soups, but I wouldn't get suckered into getting the combos.
