The drinks are fabulous! They're definitely pricey but worth the cute photo op . The pineapple's delicious! The queen bea bowl was good

The pineapple is so fresh and the workers are super kind and welcoming! There wasn't cut fruit on the menu anymore but she still gave some, such a kind worker. Great Experience!

A tourist staple. A pineapple frozen drink in a pineapple with an orchid and a straw. If you want that photo, get it. The juice is kinda refreshing too, on a hot day, but hard to carry since it's a giant pineapple.

Very refreshing lemonade here. I ordered the passionfruit lemonade and sat on the bench right on the front and just took the views. I asked for a light ice. The sweetness was probably about a seven out of 10.

On vacation, we saw some people with big pineapples and we decided to try it!! At first i thought that it could be like a pina colada, it wasn't. We try the pineapple, and the coconut... definitely refreshing, a bit pricey but i enjoyed my pineapple...

    Shaved Ice-Pineapple and Blue Vanilla
    Shayna H.

I went to four shaved ice places on my trip to Hawaii. The Wakiki Grass Shack had my favorite flavor of all of the flavors I tried. The blue vanilla was so good I kinda wish I had done the whole thing as blue vanilla but instead I split it with another flavor, pineapple. It was still good but the blue vanilla was literally sensational. It's a small location on the beach. The Apple Maps has the location incorrect so I almost didn't find it. It's located on the side of the street where the beach is. It was so nice to just be outside and cool off with a shaved ice.

I didn't try the food but I was happy with what I got. I got the pineapple drink no alcohol but it was refreshing. It was about 20 bucks. It had pineapple and ice cream and I asked for added condensed milk for an extra dollar. The young ladies at the counter were nice but a little distracted - talking about gossip about some guy calling her on the phone, I'm pretty sure there was no condensed milk or ice cream in it. I should hsve went back to clarify but I wanted to go back to my room and didn't feel like walking but since I didn't taste it until I was halfway to my hotel. It was still good but I would just make sure to ask next time to make sure it was done.

    Coconut dream

This is a must visit cute hidden gem in Waikiki Beach. This is the perfect tropical treat while overlooking the ocean. This drink did not taste like the typical coconut drink that usually has a light texture. It had a thick texture which resembled an arroz con leche (rice pudding) texture with a subtle sweetness. The pineapple was fresh. Nonetheless it was good and refreshing!

I would have gave this place a 5 star if they served alcoholic beverages. A small shack that served non-alcoholic beverages, sandwiches/snacks location on the beach. Just a place to grab a quick simple bite if you got hungry while on the beach. Great place just to sit and relax. The pineapple drink I was having cost $15.00.

Everything was great and they were very friendly definitely will come back again for all of our drinks. Nice summer refresher

We have walked by this place so many times and never stopped. Glad we finally did! This was arguably the best poke we had on the island. It is very simple and doesn't offer many add ons.. probably because it doesn't need it! Awesome place to grab a quick bite and sit by the beach to enjoy.

Large rainbow shaved ice right on the beach. The ice is more crunchy than fine, and they only offer a snow cap and li-hing as toppings, but it's reasonably priced for how big it is ($5.95), and is so convenient to the beach.

Try the coconut dream! So yummy, creamy, and refreshing. It's served in cute coconut-shaped container with a little umbrella and flower. I wish they served a version of it with alcohol. They close pretty early, so I wish they stayed open later, too.

Sad shaved ice. Rude customer service and the ice is crunchy not soft fluffy shaved ice. Go across street for a much better treat.

Small stand with non-alcoholic drinks steps from the beach. The shave ice was good, about 10 oz of ice for $6.

The inner shop is fairly small, so the line was outside the door. There aren't a lot of spots for seating, which is a bummer. The service was okay, but really just the bare minimum. I have to say the two standouts for me about this shave ice are as follows: the texture of the ice is fantastic - so smooth. It does also mean that it melts quickly, but it's really pleasant to eat. The other standout is the Mac nut ice cream. It's delicious, the bites of macadamia nut give a little crunch, and it all-around is very balanced with the flavors of the shave ice. I got the Sunset Beach, which is passion orange guava and mango. With the ice cream, I personally don't feel like the condensed milk is necessary, but I could totally be wrong.

My husband asked if we could order as well and that we drove here straight from the airport with a 20 minute detour and was immediately told, "No, this is the last order." He walked out, realized it wasn't even 10:30 yet, and went back in to ask why they were refusing to serve us when we arrived before closing. Instead of simply explaining or apologizing, the employee, Kalei, responded with an unbelievable attitude and said something along the lines of, "People don't realize we have SCHOOL in the morning, but it's okay, I'll take your order then if you want shave ice that bad." WOAH?!?! Seriously? If you close at 10:30, then either serve customers who arrive before 10:30 or change your posted closing time. There was absolutely no reason for the sarcasm or nasty attitude. My husband told her he didn't appreciate the attitude and proceeded to order a strawberry shave ice. She then turned off the TV/screen and told him, "No more ordering for you." At that point it honestly felt like she was going out of her way to be disrespectful just because he questioned why we were being turned away before closing. When he asked for her name, she very boldly told him it was Kalei, advised him of their Google listing, and basically invited us to leave a review and contact her boss, as if she was completely confident nobody would care about how she treats customers. We weren't asking anyone to stay open late. We didn't walk in after closing. We arrived BEFORE closing while another customer was actively being served. The entire interaction could have been handled with basic courtesy, but instead we got sarcasm, hostility, and an employee seemingly trying to embarrass a customer for simply asking to order during posted business hours. One of the rudest and most unnecessarily hostile customer service interactions we've had. Completely unacceptable.

It's a little tricky to find, but that seemed to be a theme at this rather poorly labeled mall which had few directories. Eventually we found it, though! It's quite small with only a few tables, but the decor is very cool and Hawaiian inside. The staff were also very friendly and explained different aspects of the various beverage since this was our first time visiting. I had the frozen banana kona mocha which was really pleasant and extremely refreshing on a warm tropical day after strolling around this largely open air mall. The drink was extremely smooth and refreshing, although I will say it was a bit light on the banana flavor but still very good overall! This is a good option to grab a beverage during your Ala Moana shopping trip!
