This is not for the food but for an atrocious first time visit. This was several months ago. Maybe four or five months. I ordered my meal on their website for curbside pick up. It's a 16 mile round trip so I definitely made a special trip to try it. I ordered the yard bird blt and it comes with a side. One of the options is their biscuits as a side and I chose that because it sounded good. I get there and the teenager bringing out my food is tasked by management into telling me that they "can't afford" to give me biscuits as a side. I politely inform him it was an option and it's my first time coming here. He goes in and comes back out and says the manager says they need to fix that on the website but they can't afford to give me 4 biscuits. Then fine give me less. I didn't even know how many it came with. He goes in and comes back out and says We can't. I told him I don't want another side. The others didn't appeal to me at the time and I was getting annoyed. I'm trying to stay as polite as possible but why do they keep sending this teenager to mediate between me and the manager? It was absolutely unprofessional on the management. I felt bad for the kid. The interaction went on almost 10 minutes and I never saw a manager. It was absolutely unacceptable and possibly the worst experience someone can have.. especially a first time customer. It probably would have turned out better if they knew some basic customer service and that if a customer is less than pleased, have a manager speak to them. It may have been avoided if you called the person and not just waited for them to show up to say they can't fulfill your order because they don't want to honor their offerings on the website. It's weird and less then ideal how they handle things. Finally months later when I pretty much forgot about the whole ordeal, I decide to try the place again. I get on their website and low and behold the damn biscuits are still an option. If you can't afford to give a few mini-muffin-sized biscuits as a side with a $9 sandwich, then change the website. Take it off as an option or add an up-charge. Otherwise honor the offerings you've made available on your website. If a customer has a problem, deal with them directly instead of sending a 16 year old that looked like a deer in headlights to do your dirty work. You are going to have other unhappy customers if this is how you continue to handle things. read more

The food is pretty good but the experience was not. First, it was around 60 degrees inside. The majority of diners were cold and wrapping up. It was intolerable. Then I watched two separate staff members carry food out to cars with their gloves on. After touching doors and money, they did not change their gloves prior to handling food. I was past eager to attempt this spot!! First time attempting and I should state it was incredible. My new most loved spot. Best seared chicken I've had in years. Everybody is cordial and the food is breathtaking. Charmingly astonished by the food and administration was on point also. Staff took additional consideration to remain deferentially socially inaccessible and proficient. My food was hot and new and everything was delightful and delectable. The chicken fingers were delicate and thy had a broad lager menu that had bunches of neighborhood alternatives. I will definitely be back! This spot is certainly worth visiting again and again. Me & my wife were very excited to try this place out. Chicken & craft beer is a great combination. Well first of all the fried pickles were so salty they were not eatable. Then we both got 1/4 chicken dinners that had one small piece of chicken & it was very dry. The sides we had were fries that were old & soggy, and cucumber salad that wasn't even eatable because the cucumbers were so old & mealy they should've been severed. Then they advertise local craft beer from a local well known brewery, but all the beers from them were marked out on the drink menu. Basically this place serves low end bar food. This place is great for lunch, personal or business. It is also a great place to meet with family/friends. I have done these many times here. Dino, the owner has found a great concept. The bucket (tray) of chicken is great for sharing, the chicken strips are always fantastic. But the best item in the menu in my opinion is the Fowl Mouth, a spicy chicken sandwich - my daughter's "favorite spicy chicken sandwich ever!" Oh my God the worst food I have ever had. The chicken was to salty and the skin on was to well done the meat was dry. The coleslaw tasted like old oranges, and the French Fries were cold. I felt I needed to leave this review for this place especially with my experience and how I was totally ignored by the owner. About three weeks ago I ordered a sandwich from this place, I had never tried the food before so I decided to give it a shot. I took the food home and as I began to place the food on a plate I as I always do with any place that I eat at, lifted the bread up to see what everything looked like. As soon as I did this I noticed that the cheese looked to be very stale. I overlooked it some more to make sure that it wasn't just my eyes playing tricks on me as I was pretty tired and hungry from work. The cheese looked as if it was left out for a night at least with that really dark orange look and stale feel to it. Though I was not to fond of this, Still I was hungry so I decided to throw away the cheese in which I did take pictures of it before I trashed it for the next time I may go back to this place and make a complaint. after throwing away the cheese I then began to eat the sandwich until it was no more. The meat tasted ok but I would have liked for it to be a bit more fresh. I ate it and went on with my day. A few hours later my stomach began to feel a bit weak. Hate to be rude but I was in the bathroom in and out from both ends. I never thought about what I ate or the reason why at first until it continued on the next day. I felt weak in my stomach and I decided not to go in to work due to my complications. I then thought about what I ate and I remembered that after taking the cheese off of the sandwich to throw it away the sandwich spread was still on the cheese in which the residue from the stale cheese still lingered in my meal. I decided to go to get myself checked out because my body was completely out of the norm. The test came back that I had food poison I immediately let the doctor know what had happened the day before my visit. I called Waldos The one in Tulsa not sure if they have any more locations else where but I called them and spoke to a female by the name Amanda, the manager. I found her to be very rude, As I explained to her the situation she explained to me that I am the first person who has made such a complaint and the situation had not happened before. I asked her if I could speak to the owner and she told me both the first call and the second that and I quote, "He is always busy or he is on conference calls that is all I can do,". I was not at all happy that these people where trying to avoid the fact that they are running such a disgusting staff who leaves food out and then serves it to the public. I suffered with an upset stomach for almost two weeks and the "Owner" has yet to reach out to me but he surely comes online to the reviews when someone has something great to say. I have taken this manner up with my attorney he can't run from that. Please beware of places like this people. I am not bashing this business, I am only stating facts and my experience here. Ordered curbside delivery online from the Waldos Chicken website. Ordered 40 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time. Arived 10 minutes early and waited 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time to call and see where my order was. My order had not even been started. Waldo's completely whiffed the order and started preparing order after being prompted by my phone call. Special order request was ignored. Shift manager did not make it 'right' with customer in any way and did not even offer to make right the whiff situation. fired were barely warm, limp, and greasy--very unappealing at the least. chick was not any more tasty than KFC. Total hoax and waste of good dining money. You will be sorry about spending more than average on meals at this place, go somewhere where they have their shit together. Waldos in Tulsa will fizzle out with the low quality customer service and mediocre food product. read more
