Been coming here since I moved in a year-or-so ago. It's convenient and close by but let's get to the real reason this Walgreens is fantastic. His name is Jeremiah. This guy rocks and he's super kind not to mention handsome. Sorry he just is. He's super charming and always helpful probably one of the most helpful if not THE most helpful person there. They don't always have what I want there and sometimes the pharmacy lines are way to long but he always makes the visit worth the trip. Even when he's not working the front register he's always on top of helping me and I've seen him helping other customers quite a bit. Kudos to Jeremiah! read more

The pharmacists here are the worst i've ever met, especially the asian man working there (possibly the manager) I went here for 6 months picking it up always late because they told me it wasn't ready each time when i'd come, although they kept calling to tell me it was ready so I knew he was just being rude. Then when i did pick it up he told me to stop coming there and go to a different pharmacy because he didn't want to order my meds anymore. I was shocked. One time he only gave me 1/3 of my prescription thinking I wouldn't notice. I always treated them kindly but each and every time i got nothing but a horrible attitude from them. I switched to Sav-on and WOW they are super nice and never once gave me a bad attitude! read more

Seriously THE SLOWEST pharmacy in the area. If you have 20 mins to waste, this is the place. Pharmacy lines are always long and registers are under staffed. I'm definitely switching back to Rite Aid. Hardly have ever had a wait with them. read more

I like to use this store becaus of the proximity ot me. But I went in there with my Service Dog and the manager did not like that. First she told me that I had to carry him in the store because dogs were not allowed on the floor. My response was 'so what you are telling me is that a person that came in here with a 65 pound service dog, you would ask them to carry their dog in the store?' Her response was a hesitant no. Then she tried to quickly cover herself by saying 'Oh, what I ment to say was he is so small that I'm affraid he will get injuried'. I looked around to see 2 other customers in the store. When I said it is my responsibility to watch out for him and I am not concerned. She comes bake at me one more time, now she wants to see his ID and know why I have a Service Dog. WOW... Now, You have to understand this dog has been sitting there all this time with a service vest on, an ID tag hanging from his neck, another one hanging from his leash and she want to see the one in my wallet???????? So the moral of this story is......if you have a service dog be prepaired to be harassed in this store. And you may even be asked to carry your working dog. I just hope you are not blind or the dog is not 65 pounds. read more

Two days in a row dealing with the pharmacy and their technical issues. This is the worst place to go to get your prescriptions filled.

Rude one the phone. Called corporate to complain and they gave my name to the pharmacist. Then that rude person has the gonads to call me and confront me. Bad business on both parts. Then the pharmacist told me that they are out of my meds and they won't be getting them in until May sometime. That would be a 30 to 45 day wait. Really, I guess that they have lost my business for life. There is a pharmacy around ever conter, so here I go. Rude people won't last long in business. read more

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Very rude customer service and they only have maybe 1 or 2 people working at all times so you will be waiting there forever!!!! I've never got in and out quick ever. I hate going in there so I have changed everything to cvs down the street. read more

This Walgreen's always has great sales on their hair and beauty products. I just got the giant main n' tail shampoo and conditioner for only $2.99 each, they're normally $8.50 a pop! And the woman at the beauty product kiosk was extremely helpful she even found me a coupon for an extra dollar off a make-up product I was buying, I believe her name was Leeandra. Wonderful customer service and I ended up saving more than %50 on everything! Will definitely be back :) read more

Another typical drug store that avoids answering their phones when you have a quick question to see if they carry a product you are looking for. You have 5 minutes of voice prompts and useless messages to listen to. Shame on you Walgreens for putting your customers thru this. read more

I switched from Cvs to this walgreens pharmacy since this place is closer to my house. But I am about to switch back. The pharmacists are so rude. They act like you are wasting their time. Everytime I call just to ask if my medication is ready I am on hold for over 20 mins. The only good thing about this store is that it has a redbox. Normally I have great experiences at the Walgreens by my house, so stopping at this one on our way to go run errands was a great idea..but now I know why this one has such horrible reviews. Olivia was the lovely employee who thought it was a good idea to be rude to my children. She even had the audacity to call the cashier while I was standing in front of her to gossip about me not allowing her to speak to my children how she did. Unacceptable!! read more

As a doctor from the big city, perhaps the employees at this Walgreens would consider my uppity, but I don't know that it's reasonable to place me on hold for more than 15 minutes as I called in a prescription for a patient of mine who lives in Murrieta. I was about to hang up and mail the prescription to the patient, but waited on hold to make sure that they had a certain preparation of drug in stock. They were completely unapologetic. Given the problems I've had with other Walgreen's, I'd say this is an institutional problems. Not enough well trained pharmacists and pharm techs, and no regard for customer service. If it's not enough to provide good care to the physicians calling in prescriptions (driving your business), then what kind of business are you running? If I provided care on par with this Walgreens, I'd very quickly find myself with no patients. read more

This store happens to be just a few blocks from my home so, I have been here many times in the past. I was very friendly with most of the employees that worked here. I went in yesterday morning and I did not recognize the three new employees that were working and what a huge difference in personality from the old workers...these ladies were RUDE, unfriendly, not one smile between the 3, not one friendly word. I understand that times are currently tough but, I went in at 8:45 AM and was told that only seniors are allowed to shop until 9 AM and I needed to leave. I said okay and went back outside to my car to wait. During this wait I saw one of the workers take many packages of toilet paper to her car. It was 9 AM so, I went inside and no toilet paper...why?...because the employees are hoarding it. Not only were they super rude but they are hoarding the necessary supplies that people are looking for. You should not only limit what customers buy but, also what your employees are buying. When this is all over, people will remember what businesses treated their customers well and which ones didn't. read more

I'm from L.A. and was out here recovering from a complicated 4 hour eye surgery. I had a pain prescription for post-surgical pain that I should've just filled at UCLA but was too exhausted/in pain to stay and get it filled. I figured a pharmacy in my "hometown" would be far easier to fill a prescription at. Well I was wrong - this pharmacy gave me all kinds of FUSS about the prescription. They even said the doctor wrote the prescription "wrong" and I had to have my mom call the surgeon and explain to her the ridiculessness of the situation. Suddenly 2 minutes later they filled the prescription. I had other prescriptions I needed to fill but promptly took them to the other Walgreens down the street - they gave me great service and no hassle on any of the medications I needed. Avoid this one at all costs. Also my L.A. Walgreens located in Hollywood does far better service - they know my name, my medical conditions and don't give me hassle about any prescriptions. I mean this Walgreens pharmacy is in freakin Los Angeles People! The L.A. Walgreens give me far BETTER service than this suburban Walgreens - just sayin'..... read more

This pharmacy has THE RUDEST STAFF i have ever encountered! One employee belittled my family for having medi-cal. Then a week later i asked for a script that they supposedly worked on over a week, the pharmacist rudely gives it back and walks away. Not a word said. We live in Temecula but there is no walgreens there??? So i have to drive to murrieta to fill the prescriptions for my grandma because she has used walgreens in Chicago. First time I shopped here at this walgreens. The store was clean. The service was great and fast. They got my prescriptions done in 10 minutes.
