This is the worst unprofessional auto shop/ business I have ever been to. I asked them on 6/22/2016…read moreif they could take a look at my car since the A/C unit needed some Freon. I didn't expect them to do so right there and then since they had 6 other cars they were working with angry customers impatiently waiting, who seemed to have been there for hours. They told me, to pay up first and they would fill up the freon. Within 7 mins, they were done with with the car and told me it was ready to go. That it was colder than before and it should work perfectly. I drove around the whole day during errands, physically sweating because the A/C would blow air but it was just air and it would no longer come out cold. They made it worse than it was before. The next day 6/23/2016 I went back to complain and ask them to fix my car. The gentleman that seems to be the Manager ( Black Hair with a distinct Accent from Puerto Rico, his name might be Fernando not sure) said that he would take a look at it. For about 4 minutes he went looking for his lamp that he could not find in the shop and started complaining with the rest of his workers in front of me about people taking his instruments. He said that he felt that air perfectly and it shouldn't give me any problems, take note that he did not do anything to the car. He said if it gives me any other problems to come back. I went to work and used the car all day, the air felt warm and not cold, THE same as the day before. I went today and finally told him to fix it or give me my money back. He said he couldn't do that because their could be 100 factors to the problem. So I replied back why hadn't any of them diagnosed the car/ A/C Units before just assuming it needed Freon, he said he did not know. But the mangers went on a rant explaining how I didn't need my money back since 50 dollars wasn't that much now a days and you can buy a burger with that," I don't know why you want that little bit of money back" (Ace Alternator Manger). I told him if 50 dollars seemed so insignificant to him, he should give them back to me. He said he would take a look at the car again and see if he could fix the issue. He looked at it again, measured the gas pressure and said everything checked out. I do not know who the owner of this company/business is but he/she needs to get their act together. He has the worst Manger running the business. I would like my money back because why would someone pay for something that only made my car's A/C worse. Do not go to this shop ever, not even in heaven/ or in reincarnation.

Let's start out by saying I've been a long time customer. Since 2019. Storing my 36 ft class A. I…read morehave used their indoor and outdoor services. Over the years I have seen the quality of service rapidly decline. The place is packed and there's barely ever anyone there to help you. If there is it's usually someone maybe around 20 years old that's goofing around and could care less about you. They also will never have any answers to anything. I had my RV outside but they were packing it in like a sardine and I wanted it indoors for the summer days to preserve the roof. So I laid a premium. At the time around 550. For indoor service plus an extra 25 for 20 amp to keep the battery's healthy. Welp. Not sure what they did. When I checked my rv out - the batteries were completely shot. Can't even ignite the generator. These are new batteries btw. Also my leveling system is going nuts and beeping. So now I have to take my rv in for repair. Even though I have textual proof they PROMISED to take care of the electric. But then it gets worse! I realized the sliding plastic protector on my screen door that prevents people from getting to the handle from the outside was completely missing. I looked on the ground and there were a few broken pieces. Meaning someone broke it and hid the evidence. But we're so dumb they left a few pieces behind. So then I snooped around and realized that someone had Belen sleeping in my bed! I could tell from the sheets and pillow indentation. You see what they don't know is I had the RV staged for sales photos with very nicely made up bedding. And hand driven it at all since making the bed. So needless to say I packed her up immediately and drove her to a place that is half the price up the street with my own spot and gated security. What's the point of trusting your RV to a premium full service place that's not going to do any service and break in and use your RV as a resting spot? Oh. And they hiked the rates up because you know "the times" and I was paying I think around 630/mo by the end. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. I can only imagine they buy them or they are legacy. This place is so dumb there's also only one code for the secure gate. They change it maybe once every two years. I'm fairly confident I could go back. Gain entry and walk right into someone's RV if I wanted to. Best avoid. Save your money and look up the 15 a little bit. Much better options.
