The crowd is friendly, the food is typical fare: Hot dogs, burgers, ice cream, fries, soda, etc...CASH ONLY but they have an ATM ($3.99 fee for me the other night.) I believe they have demolition derbies here (I've only seen them on TV when I was a kid and several cars back into each other (not fast) and the last car that can move on its own wins). You can bring your own beer cooler in but must sit in a certain area. There are family sections where no alcohol is allowed. There is a senior citizen discount. The times I have gone, they have official start is about 7PM, but I think you can get in much earlier, depending upon the event...different cars run at different times. The announcers are informative (over the PA system). I went because I have lived around here all my life and the last 16 years can hear the cars in the summer from my house. I had to try once, and I have gone three times this summer. Parking is free. Keep a jacket in the car, because sometimes the temperature drops a bit when twilight deepens, depending on the season. I purchased my tickets on line to avoid having to waste time waiting in line. Even though I had printed tickets, I was sent to Will Call to exchange my printed tickets for paper tickets. Despite multiple clerks on duty, I spent a very frustrating 45 minutes in line. Come on Wall Speedway, this is not brand new technology nor are you new to the business. I certainly hope my next experience will be handled more efficiently!

They can be tricky regarding waivers and riding when it comes to minors. I know it is a liability but you literally need to get a form notarized before being able to ride. Once inside raceway park it can be tricky to navigate and know where you're going. There are no signs telling you where or what tracks to go to. (there are multiple) Track is always groomed well but it can get very muddy. With all the money this place makes all they have is porter potty's that are gross and hot inside. I really can't complain due to the fact this is the only track close to my home but they can definitely brush up on some loose ends.

For example, with the car racing, the person who was in managing the line, kept my family on the line for 20 minutes and did not communicate well, which led to the kids getting restless and frustrated. There needs to be a clear system for singles and doubles so that large families can plan accordingly. One of the highlights was the party room, as the host was very energetic and engaging with the children. The time in the room was short, but the room itself was beautiful and the food was enjoyable. We ordered pizza and chicken tenders and fries. The arcade games were fun and the kids had a great time. The rides are more geared towards younger kids so if there's a child in your group who enjoys fast roller coasters, this is not the place for them. All in all it was a great time and we were able to celebrate a birthday for the seven-year-old in our group with all smiles.

We did two races my teenager could participate in, plus one pro race. In every race, multiple karts stopped partway through, and each time one of us was involved. I understand that issues can happen, but there was absolutely no communication from staff about what was happening or why. The worst moment was watching my child's kart stop on a hill and slide backward down the incline. The same thing had happened to me earlier, but seeing it happen to my child was far more upsetting. It felt unsafe and genuinely scary. On top of that, the whole experience caused me major anxiety. I understand the need for safety, but the silence from staff during repeated stoppages made everything worse. It felt like being stuck in a vacuum with no information, and that lack of communication added so much unnecessary stress. The axe throwing was great, but the go-karting experience left me very uncomfortable because of the safety concerns and poor communication.
