This place is absolutely horrible. The service is bad and the employees are rude. I will never go here again. The shuttles never run, so be prepared to wait a long time to be picked up at your car and wait even longer at the airport to come back to your car. There always seems to be a shortage on buses in rotation but every time I am at the airport I see competitors such as Park n Fly, Pre-Flight, or Parking Spot always in rotation and their customers do not wait as long as Wally Parks. This used to be a great place to park. However now they typically only have one shuttle bus running. We have waited over 20 minutes recently just to get to the airport from the facility. Today, there were 22 people waiting at the airport to get to the facility. We waited over 20 minutes for that ride also. They would only allow 13 people and the airport employees that park here cut the line by walking past and sitting on a concrete wall nearby, not standing in the proper line as marked. There were at least 6 Pre-Flight buses that came though while we waited for the one and only Wally Park bus. read more

My new go-to parking facility for domestic flights out of ATL. it is picking up in popularity so my best advice is to use the app, pre-pay for parking, and reserve a spot. This is a new facility and is highly automated using the App and bar code scanning when you get to the car park. I've used this place about a dozen times over the past year and have consistently received good quick service. My last trip coming back from vacation we were driven back by Ms Evelyn. I parked here for the first time when flying out of Atlanta. We were picked up by Ms. Evelyn from NYC about two minutes after we parked. Now that's fast! Ms. Evelyn was very kind and helped us with our baggage. Even the heavy bags. I hope we get her again when we are picked up to return to our car. I have been using WallyPark for years and was very satisfied. However recently the shuttle service became worse: not pick you up right at the parking space any more, and you need to go to the entrance with luggage to wait for the shuttle; and every time back need to wait for super long time till too many customers gathering with more than two shuttle buses to bring everyone back to the parking space. I was tired today after a long seven day trip, and not happy after a long time waiting again. But I was happy to meet Dana at the exit. She was delightful and warm to greet me and offer the help. She reminded me of the previous shuttle drivers and staff who were always happy and took the initiative to help. Do hope WallyPark have more staff like Dana. read more

after waiting on the shuttle bus in below 40° weather for about 30 minutes three shuttles finally pulled up at one time but we're only operating one bus at a time. There were about 45 people outside and we were all waiting to get on the bus. Tina, the bus driver tried to kick me and my coworker off the bus because she thought we worked for another company. She begins to yell and argue with us, holding up passengers trying to get on the bus while it is still cold. She refused to give us her name for a complaint, and i later found out she's a supervisor which is more disappointing. As someone in a higher position, she's teaching her employees this behavior is acceptable, she is rude and disrespectful and lacks professionalism for someone in an authority position. read more

We usually park at parknride because it's closest to the airport, but didn't think to make reservations for the Wed before thanksgiving. They had no room, PnF Plus was also full, so we pulled into WallyPark. Something weird happened at the gate and it let us in w/o a credit card or ticket. We told the staff, and they swiped our card and said we'd just need to use that card to check out. When we got back to ATL we tried to swipe our card to check out, but no luck. Staff member Dana was friendly and super helpful--she had us try our other cards, just to make sure we hadn't mixed up, and explained that if we checked in with one card and out with another we'd get charged twice. Once she was sure none of our cards were on record she entered our stay as a missing card. We'd taken a picture of our spot so we could remember it, but didn't need to, the drivers write it down when they pick you up. Then she gave us a discount for our trouble, and we were on our way. The absolute worst. Drivers are unprofessional and do not help in any way loading luggage, and had to be flagged down to come to our row to pick us up. Ours driver loudly shared her political views the entire time. Upon return from our trip, we texted them at 5:11 and called several times thereafter, but no one came to get us by 6:30, so we took a cab. Every time we called, they would lie: "Driver is 8-10 minutes away" and "driver is 15 minutes away" but no one ever came, and in the meantime we saw other car park shuttles constantly.Someone waiting for an Uber confirmed they are the worst and recommended the service called Peachy and the one with Dots or Spots in its name. I will not be returning to WallyPark anytime soon. There are too many options for off airport parking to return here for such a dismal experience. To begin with, the rates here were lower than elsewhere but you get what you pay for! Upon arrival and parking, I waited for the shuttle to arrive. It took about 10 minutes for the shuttle to come. The shuttle wouldn't come to the car and instead had everyone walk to the main center street to be picked up... okay, cool. Upon getting on the shuttle, the driver realized that now he didn't know everyone parking spot to fill in the ticket for when they return and guess what.. a lot of us didn't recall off the top of our heads! A mess. Everyone has off days so I just brushed it off and hoped that the return experience would be better. IT WAS NOT. Upon return, after getting outside to where you wait in line, they have a number that you text for pickup. It took THIRTY-SIX (36) minutes for a shuttle to arrive! And when he arrived, he was full of attitude because he was the only driver there that night. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Everyone couldn't fit on the shuttle (although many tried and were standing in the aisle on the shuttle), so he told the others he would return for them after he dropped all of us of because again, he was the ONLY driver that night. HORRIFIC. I'm not upset with that driver, but I am upset with management! You know better! Two stars because at least my car was safe and not damaged. And the rate was cheaper than the other parking lots. But I will not be returning. read more

Well, most of us have had to wait at some point in our lives for a shuttle, bus, train ect. And no one likes to wait; Myself included. Today was no exception. As I stood waiting for my Wally shuttle to arrive I saw many other shuttles pass through multiple times. However, when my Wally shuttle finally arrived I was totally disarmed from the anxiety of waiting by such a nice amd service oriented driver. When we boarded the shuttle Ms. Evelyn Nye could not have been more apologetic for the wait we experienced. She apologized to each passenger as they entered the shuttle. And after we were seated she offered each of us a cold bottle of water. She truly WOWED me with her great customer service skills. They are worth their weight in gold here in this Peachtree state. Thank you Ms. Nye for being an exemplary model of how things should be done; especially when things don't go the way we might have liked them to be. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with airport shuttles. We waited 45 minutes at the domestic terminal at 8:00 am on a Saturday in April before we called three separate times, each time being told a driver was five minutes out. We had one driver finally drive by, but told the airport security that they were going to the international terminal instead and could not pick us up. After ten minutes a different driver finally arrived. The driver blamed dispatch as being the ones at fault and to talk to the representative at the counter. We asked the customer service representative at the counter for assistance, John, However he was unsure about his supervisor's name at first and then said that their names were Carol White and Terri but also told me that no supervisors work on the weekends. Thankfully, an actual manager, not Carol or Terri, walked into work at this time and gave us actual information to contact Dana Royalston. The customer treatment was horrible, and a lot of passing the blame but not actually any accountability or knowledge of their services. No one seemed to be able to explain anything, just was told each time by all members of Wally Park team; the driver, dispatch, and customer service representative, it wasn't their fault or responsibility to give good service. read more

The website said it comes every 30 min and it didn't (although even 30 min is too long). We called the number and twice they said it was almost there and it was over 20 minutes after the call they finally showed up. Don't park here. I travel at least once a month for work and I've been loyal to these guys for over a year, but after today that's it, I'm done. I was walking through the exit door at 11:15 and saw the shuttle driving by. So I figured I'd wait 10 minutes inside the building and come on out. I texted these guys for pickut (which you shouldn't have to do if they're running a shuttle every 5 minutes like they SAY they do). I called the office at 11:39 to make an inquiry and was told that it would be another 10-15 minutes. Well the guy was correct, here comes the shuttle at 11:50. Worst parking option for Atlanta. Half of the buses don't have Air Conditioning (or at least working air). When you arrive back to Atlanta you'll wait for 15-20 mins minimum for a bus to pick you up. (And you'll watch 3-4 or more buses for other lots come and go). read more

Zero stars! Do not use this service if you are flying internationally! They will not pick you up at the international terminal, which means that after taking a loooong international flight, waiting in a loooong line for customs and another loooong wait for luggage, they expect you to wait in yet another long line to take the shuttle over to the domestic terminal, which also means loading and unloading all your luggage onto that shuttle. Then, when you get dropped off, you have to go back into the terminal, go downstairs and finally meet the WallyPark shuttle at the far end. When we called to request the shuttle, the girl that answered couldn't answer a single one of my questions without putting me on hold to ask her manager. She just kept repeating the instructions about where to go when exiting the domestic terminal, which had already been automatically texted to me several times. read more

WallyPark is close and quick for parking at the airport in Atlanta. However, when I made my reservations, i did not realize that my flights would be delayed for hours. Therefore, i was 1.5 hours late on my return trip, and even though i had to pay for 4 days because i needed it for 5 hours longer than 3 days, i had to pay an additional $7.50 because i was later than my reservation. My 77 hour reservation turned into 4 & 1/2 days charge. So, i have to assume that if you are 30 min late, you have to pay for additional time regardless of the number of hours (or days) that you reserved for. Warning: be very generous with your reservation hours or they will milk you for extra$ while being rude at checkout as well! read more

I will never park with WallyPark again! Last night in Atlanta it was 20 degrees and their shuttle took over 30 minutes to arrive to pick up customers in the domestic area. First, on their card they give you with instructions of where to meet, no where does it say go to the North side of the terminal, only to go to carousel #4 and down the escalators to door LN1. However, if you don't know the airport, how would you know the "N" in LN1 means north side! So after going outside to the wrong side of the airport we went back inside and finally found someone to tell us that LN1 means North side. 2nd: We were the first ones in line for the shuttle, but since the van never came for over 30 minutes, by the time they finally arrived there were about 25 people waiting, with people breaking in line to get in the van and a fight almost broke out. But people were COLD and the van just never came! While waiting for the Wally Park van to come, every other van company had 3-5 vans pass by us, so why in the world could WallyPark not have vans come around?? read more
